After seeing that Tous Les Jours didn't have much to offer late in the day, we came here instead. However, no acknowledgement from staff who does not look anywhere near 18. Like someone else said, maybe late middle-school. Just saying. I stalled near the front to ask if they had matcha without milk but they didn't seem to pay me any attention so I decided I would order on the app. Granted there was only one other party, the drinks came out fairly fast (as it should). But if I was not paying attention, we wouldn't have known if they were done since there was no announcement. My son ordered the Silky Mango online. When we got there, the drink was just finished in making, perfect timing! My son was fine with the drink, the only complaint he had was some of the honey boba was smaller than others. He thought they were all supposed to be around the same size. I love dogs but dont bring them into the "kitchen" space it's just not right! 2nd problem they ran out of stuff to make a full cup, guy was nice to try and add more toppings free for free to fill up the almost 1/4 cup missing but before I could answer the same lady who brought their dog in grabbed the drink and sent the guy who was helping me out. I brought my own cup for environmental reasons, and they couldn't make my drink in my cup. Why? Because they need to count cups. ...even though they take orders through a machine and I'm sure that software can tell you how many cups you've sold in a day. I've always been a fan of Teaspoon, so decided to come here for some boba as we were waiting for our take-out order to be prepared at a nearby restaurant in the same shopping complex. You can either order at the counter or through the self-service kiosk. When we arrived on a Sat afternoon, it was pretty empty inside. So we were able to order and get our drink after just a 5-10min wait. The barista was pretty nice from our very limited interaction. Opted for a Silk Mango drink with no ice, which was decent. Although I'm personally not a huge fan of milk-heavy drinks. The boba was great with a very nice soft and chewy consistency. The self-service kiosk screen was a bit confusing for us initially, as it requires you to click through the different tabs after hitting cart in order to get to the checkout screen. read more

To be honest, my first choice was to go to Happy Lemon which is in the same plaza but the line was too long. I decided to check out Teaspoon since I haven't been there in a while. I got the matcha royal with matcha cold foam yesterday. IT WAS AMAZINGGG. For a franchise they used pretty good matcha, almost phin cafe level potency. A light nutty taste, that the oatmilk complemented. Although it was a little too sweet, but that was with 75% so I figured I just need to get 50% next time. Service was perfect, the asian dude with blond streaks I think, super friendly, quick, and courteous. Today I come back for more just to be so dissappointed. In this economy a bad $9 drink can ruin your whole week This asian dude with black hair comes out of the employee bathroom after I had ordered in a silent store with NO workers behind the counter. It was so creepy I thought i just ordered with no one working today I go to get my drink from him and already the color was a pale light green I ask him uhh this has matcha cold foam?? Hes like yeah. And then i look closer- CHUNKS of brown syrup in the bottom 1/3 of the cup. Weird separation layers. I decided to try something new from my usual milk tea order at other teaspoon locations and opted for the Strawberry sangria which is strawberry marmalade infused with black tea. I ordered the Black Sugar Assam (creamy rich assam black tea, infused with our signature black sugar boba). It was pretty much the exact opposite of how I like my boba milk tea. It didn't have a cream milky flavor, the tapioca balls weren't sweet, and the whole drink lacked sweetness overall. The only positive was the strong tea flavor, but that wasn't enough to redeem it. Interestingly, this shop has plenty of outlets, so you can take your time and get some work done outside of your home without worrying if you can charge your laptop somewhere. Additionally, they have an outstandingly clean all-gender restroom. They have incredibly fast internet that you can sign onto as long as you have an Xfinity internet subscription, and you can log in using your home internet user ID and password. It's fast enough to support high-fidelity Zoom video calls. The only caveat I will share is that I recommend bringing "active noise-canceling" headphones as the music is loud. The piano instrumentals are played through a Bluetooth connection from the employee's phone, meaning if they are walking around, sometimes you will hear the music screech out of frequency. It will also start playing ads, or getting sudden phone calls would disrupt the vibe. read more

First off, the store is beautiful! Gorgeous lights and nice seating for a little study date. But the drink itself was disappointing. I love sweet drinks and always get 100% sweetness on all of my boba drinks, but this one felt like it was at about 50%. It was super sour, which seems uncharacteristic to a honey and pear drink. I would've thought that it'd be too sweet for me. For teaspoon prices, I can't justify ever ordering this drink again. Perhaps next time I'll choose a better one and stick with it :( read more

I think maybe they were relying on the strawberry marmalade to sweeten up the drink, but in the end it just tasted like milk, I was only able to adjust the ice, no sugar. No sweetness or matcha flavor whatsoever, I had to go home and add simple syrup. My boyfriend ordered the Lychee on Lychee, 75% sugar, less ice, but when he got the drink straight from the bobarista all the ice had already melted, effectively watering down the drink completely, thus also making it taste bland with lychee bits. Pretty disappointed!! The interior is really pretty and I could have seen myself coming here to get a drink, sit down and talk with a friend but it was not tasty whatsoever :( read more

TBH I think this place has always been super hyped up from the jump. They have decent flavors but nothing that really stands out to me compared to other boba shops. I remember I used to be on the hunt to find a location and one popped up by my work. I had the golden drink and it was okay but def people hyped it up. During that time I believe they only a handful of items to chose from a total of like 6-7 drinks. They've expanded to about double but still nothing pleasing to the eye. First things first, I love Teaspoon! However, this location is definitely lacking when it comes to service and quality. I got the Matcha royal with strawberries. The matcha was not enough after I mixed the drink together, it was barely green. I asked to add more matcha, which the staff was apologetic about it and added more. I left and realize they forgot to include the grass jelly that I had ordered, but I think the staff didn't near me (fortunately, wasn't charged for it when I looked at my charge). The service was so-so. The other person working there, an older lady wasn't very nice. I doubt I'll come back since there's others around that I've had better service/drinks at. read more
