I stopped by to get a boba after work, around 6pm. It was my first time here so I wanted to try it out. There was a line which didn't look so bad so I waited around a little. When it was finally my turn to order, that's when girl cashier decided to make me wait around. She has no interest in taking my order, so I decided it was not worth a wait. I just walked out because I was running out of patience. I just wanted my boba after a long day. Worst customer service I've ever witnessed. I stopped by this location for some boba with my brother. Due to COVID, they taped instructions on the floor for standing and waiting. It was unclear because the arrows were off. Our cashier was Taylor and his attitude seems extremely obnoxious when asked what we wanted to order. Prior, there was a lady arguing about her drink mistakes and so I think he got a bit angry which isn't a valid excuse to act rude toward the next customer. My brother order a taro pearl milk tea with mini boba and I ordered a mango green milk tea with mini boba. He asked if the order was correct and I said yes. After, he proceeded to make changes to my order and therefore messed it up. As I stood outside, I didn't pay attention to my receipt so I got a "mango green tea" without milk. I was a bit upset but didn't want to make a big deal about it since he wasn't happy already. Overall, please treat your customers in a professional manner even though you're having a bad day and please make sure orders are correct. The San Gabriel location is an older location compared to Arcadia which opened in early 2018. However, that didn't matter to me as I was buying my drinks to go so didn't plan on staying long. I came in to purchase 4 drink specials that I received an email coupon for. I definitely recommend that you sign up your email as you start receiving coupons for drinks at a discounted price. When the worker there first rang me up, she didn't realize that my coupon was applicable for 4 drinks, not one. After I reminded her of her mistake, she promptly made the correction to the total price. Thereafter, it took awhile to get my 4 drinks. They only had 2 workers and not that many customers but it still took more than 10 minutes for my drinks to be ready. Despite this, my drinks were pretty tasty so with that said, I think I would definitely return to this store again! read more

My family and I are frequent customers at the Cerritos location so we assumed we would have no issues with the Arcadia location. First visit one week ago the boba was over cooked and or old. It was so big I couldn't even suck it up through my straw. We ordered 4 drinks that day. All with this nasty boba that is normally wonderful at the Cerritos location. Besides that our drinks were actually pretty good except for the Oreo blended that we got that looked like they just blended up Oreos and ice instead of using milk as well which my 4 year old right away said this is not right. Wait time was about 20 minutes. We decided to give this place another chance on 11/30 and when I asked to have one of my drinks split they wanted $1. Where the Cerritos location does not charge. And I could understand $0.50 but $1 come on! That's ridiculous. Again I ordered four drinks and while the boba was so much better I was pretty pissed off about our first visit and appalled that they wanted $1 to split a drink for my kids. $25 for four drinks was a little hard to swallow.. read more

Sharetea only has one size cups which is nice to not have to pay extra for larger cup. One of my favorite things to order from here is the strawberry lychee with ice cream drink. Also really recommend their Oreo ice blended. read more

This is my favorite place for boba bc they give so much and it's so good!! Their milk tea is the best I've ever had and I'm not usually a big fan of milk tea. I gave one star because the workers visibly looked like they did not want to be there. I understand if it was busy and they would be irritated. However, it was pretty empty. The girl at the register was looking down for a while and did not say anything. She did not ask "What can I get for you?" She just looked at us. No one called out our drinks. We waited to see if they would call it out but nothing. I'm glad the Sharetea in Monrovia opened up because some of the workers from this location moved there. When the drink is good it's great. But i've noticed their drinks are very inconsistent in terms of tea flavor. I regularly get their green milk tea and probably half the time the tea is either super watered down or bitter. I'll also get a drink every so often that has a varied level of creamer/sweetner. Overall, I do think the product is good but I think the store needs to work on consistency when brewing their tea and making the drinks. read more

This place is pretty good. It is packed though, especially right after school hours, as it is very close to a high school and two middle schools. Most of the drinks range from $3-$5. The classic milk tea is pretty good costing about $3.50, but the mango green tea, is the best at about $4.50. They allow you to adjust your sweetness level and ice level and the staff are super nice. read more

I usually always get 80% sweet and it's just right -- but recently it has either been wayyy too sweet and sometimes not enough (depending on who is making it). Awesome place. Their drinks are usually made pretty quickly and consistently taste good. Also the workers are super nice and friendly.

The drink is pretty good, about 4 stars, but it takes them about 3-5 minutes to make a drink. If you see about 5-10 orders in front of you, you'll probably have to wait about 20-30 mins for your order. Also, they seem to like giving out the drinks all at once so you might have to wait until other orders are done before you get yours. The owner should consider hiring more staffs. read more

I don't typically leave negative reviews, but after my second visit to this place I felt I was compelled to. I first came here after seeing it on WeChat. The drink I ordered the first time I remembered being somewhat bland and the place did not leave a great impression on me, but I didn't think too much of it, just that I probably wouldn't visit again. Yesterday, I decided to give this place another chance because they have the mini boba I like, which many drink stores do not. Upon walking into the store there was one other customer waiting for his order and two employees, yet there was no greeting. I ordered a Earl Grey Milk Tea no sugar, no ice, with mini boba. I happened to see the employee make my drink and after he poured what was in the shaker into the cup there was still about a fifth of the cup left unfilled. He then proceeded to add tap water to fill up the rest of the cup. I thought, maybe that's just standard procedure and didn't mention anything. Only upon trying the drink did I realize that it, indeed, tasted very watery and not at all like you would expect a milk tea to taste. Rich and creamy. I don't know if it's the recipe or if it was how the employee made it, but it did not taste like other Earl Grey milk teas that I've had in the past. On top of that, some, not all, of the mini boba was very hard and difficult to chew. Other pieces were soft and soggy. Anyhow, it was mainly the drink that I wanted to address, but the customer service was pretty marginal as well. read more
