The service from Jermaine at Shakey's Pizza Parlor in Temecula was OUTSTANDING. This young man handled the ENTIRE packed dining area at dinner, on a Saturday night, with Murrieta Pop Warner celebrating a win. They were crazy busy, and he helped every single person with a smile. I have not seen this level of impeccable service in a very long time. Shakey's needs to give this guy a raise. Food was good too, btw. read more

This is the second time my family has been here. The employees do work faster and more of a team than another location we regularly dine in. They regularly pick up our empty plates during their lunch buffet hours. They regularly bring out more food and clean plates in the buffet area. The pizza, chicken, and spaghetti taste as expected. It's a great place to eat. read more

This place has completely changed for the best! I have been here many times before but today was truly the definition of great service. There was a kind new employee taking the order at the front. He was training and didn't quite get our order correct. When the food came out we mentioned our concern and Dawn the regional manager immediately stepped in and took care of us. Not only did she take care of the missing order but she did it with a smile and was so kind about it. Her team works hard, particularly Jermaine who was non stop bustling to take care of us. From the second we sat down he was waiting on us like we are the only ones in the restaurant on a busy Saturday. I will say the food is always great, but the service now makes this place perfect! Thank you again, and keep up the great work!! read more

Always good coming here especially when seeing Jermaine, he's extremely helpful and always willing to assist with anything

My boyfriend and I decided to come for the bunch of lunch. Right off the bat Jermaine was amazing. He offered to bring anything we needed and continued to check on us. He was very nice and cheery was clearly in a good mood and ready to help. The food was good for a great price. We will definitely be coming again! read more

Shakey's Pizza Parlor - I only rate the BEST or WORST. NOTHING IN BETWEEN. either thumbs up or down. - Pizza Near Me - Temecula, California

We hadn't had Shakey's pizza for over 20 years. Today we heard an ad for 65 cent Mojo Potatoes. The pizza was fine and the Mojo brought back memories. They were great. Crispy outside and tender inside. A+ on the spuds. The half order for their special 65 cents was more than enough for two of us We may be ordering the Mojo again. Yumm read more

Shakey's Pizza Parlor - Pizza, chicken and mojo's!!! - Pizza Near Me - Temecula, California

I remember Shakey's being a great place to go to as a kid. Sadly that's where it should've stayed. I just wasn't that impressed with the taste or the environment. Maybe I'm just looking at it from an adult's perspective but it just seemed dirty and cheap feeling. The pizza was ok, but nothing special. And pricing ($40 for a large and 3 drinks) was pretty steep considering I can get better quality pizza elsewhere. I don't want to totally bash the place, but I wouldn't go back unless I had to. Try it, if you want. read more

Best Shakey's I've been to. Dawn (I think the manager) was amazing! She kept everything clean and kept asking if we needed anything. I felt like she was hosting at her home. read more

Fun place for the kids with the arcade. Pizza is pretty good and compares to BJs. The mojos are a hit with the kids. The place could be cleaner, the floor seemed dirty and there were a lot of dirty tables. Employees would just keep walking by them rather then pick up the dishes and trash and it was a weekday when we went. read more

The manager Dawn is so awesome and kind she really went above and beyond the place is clean and the food was so good and fresh! The love the Buffet! read more

Last day of school celebration!! Shakeys never disappoints. The game room upgrade is great! Shout out to Dawn and Jasmine for their excellent customer service. read more

Great food but even better service !!! Was greeted by the cashier she was attentive and polite!! Once we placed our order the gentlemen in the floor Jermaine made our experience that much better. He was polite, well mannered and checked on is several times. We had all the necessities before we even sat down, utensils , condiments , etc. it's hard to come across service like this anymore .. thank you Jermaine and crew!!! The only complaint is that several games were down but we were told w the weather ( tropical storm) the vendor would be out next day to address the issue . read more

Just had dinner with the family and the GM Dawn was so gracious and accommodating! Great food and the best customer service even the nice gentleman who served us didn't get his name but he was an awesome server! Thanks Shakey's we will be back soon read more

The service here is fantastic! The general manager, Dawn, (I believe this is her name) she is so detail oriented. She noticed our cheese pizza had a lot of air pockets so she brought us another at no cost. The young man who was helping us with plates and serving was so polite and attentive. This location provided better service than I've experienced at high end steak houses. My family and I love this location. read more

My husband and I decided to stop by Shakeys for the lunch buffet. The General Manager Dawn Thompson was an absolute gem. Dawn was at the cash register helping customers with a smile very helpful, I mean you don't get that type of customer service anymore that is why she stuck out and it's really sad to say but she was so appreciated. And with her being the General manager you know how the rest of the crew will run. As long as Dawn is there we will be back always read more

Went to Shakey's today had great service from young man named jermaine, was very on top and made sure me and my family were well taken care of. Very good service. read more

My grand daughter 1st birthday was held there today and the staff was phenomenal. Joy and Dominick were awesome at helping our tables and they were quick to clean up and kept checking on us. I highly recommend using Shakey's for anyone's birthday or any party. read more

Staff was overwhelmed, I saw the frustrated manager yelling in the kitchen, the food was mediocre-there is much better pizza in town plus the salad mix in the salad bar was wilted, to top it off the busboy threw away the pile of arcade ticket receipts our children were saving to cash in after eating. The reasons I'm giving stars at all are for cleanliness and two kind employees, especially the kind young lady that helped my kids at the prize counter. read more

Came in and ordered 2 pizzas to-go with a side of chicken and mojo's. I was told it was going to be 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes go by and still no food..my husband was then told it would be 5 more minutes..just waiting in the last pizza. 10 minutes go by and still nothing. My husband was then told that they "didn't like the way the last pizza looked, so they're remaking it"...our first pizza, chicken and mojos get to sit and wait along with us. The kicker was after a total of 65 minutes waiting...I lost my appetite after watching a male employee pick and eat food that was sitting under the heat lamps, rub his hands on his face & through his hair and then go "tidy up" the all you can eat station. I looked for a manager to let them know that all the food had been contaminated, but I couldn't find one. I won't be returning. read more

Food was great. Seems that they may have been understaffed but they still got the food out in ample time. They have a good crew. Jermaine did great. Very attentive and a consummate professional. read more

I ordered 2 small pizzas to go. One was prepared with the toppings requested. The other, however, did not have 2 of the toppings that were ordered...and paid for. Of course we didn't realize this until we got home and were not in a position to go back to Shakeys. The place wasn't even busy; you'd think could keep the orders straight. Gosh Shakey's...thought you can do better than that. read more

The assistant manager melinda told us their were no tables inside to accommodate our party shortly after a Caucasian family came in and they allowed them to sit inside when asked why we couldn't sit inside they told us covid rules when we asked how come they allowed the party after us to sit down the assistant manager became hostile and told me to get my money and leave. We will not be patronizing any company with racist staff. Update: it's been a week and someone emailed me and nothing since‍ read more

Our waiter Jermaine was very welcoming and gave us great service. We will be back to see his face

I would like to thank the staff and their manager Dawn for such great service and food. I called last minute to see if I could make a reservation for a table of 20 and Dawn made it happen. Initially, I was going to enjoy a small birthday dinner (8 ppl) for my 8 year old at his favorite place and I ended up with 24 people. The pizza, wings and mojos came out hot and fresh and the salad bar was fully stocked. Overall, I am grateful for the customer service that our party was met with. read more

Very unprofessional manager. Pizza was reheated and cold when i got it. Like hours cold like you heated from a microwave. Asked for my number for a call back. They will pizza again and i tried calling back and they never picked up a phone. Guessing they see me from their caller ID. Wasted over 50 dollars of food. This suppose to be special for my dads birthday but it end up disappointed. read more

My 2 friends and I had Bunch of Lunch buffet today and it was great. Food was tasty and I had chicken cooked to order. There was a young lady there who seemed to be doing the majority of the work. She took our order and money, set us up with plates, glasses and utensils all while keeping the salad bar area cleaned and stocked and the hot food in order. She delivered my prepared chicken immediately to my table and proceeded to clean up the littered tables and prepare them for the next guests. I did see 1 young man in the kitchen and a young man came in and cleaned tables long after she had finished and gone back to the busy register. I wanted to give Jasmine a shout out as it seemed she was pretty much the only one handling front of house for quite a long while. We need more employees like her. She deserves recognition and a raise or bonus in my opinion!!! read more

Attending Shakey's pizza has always been a treat for my extended family and I. However, what made this experience one to remember was the exceptional customer service by one of the servers, Jermaine. Jermaine was very kind and courteous, had a positive outlook and attitude, and was very helpful and attentive from when we arrived to when we left. Jermaine not only allowed for my family and I to continue to enjoy the great food, but allowed for us to enjoy the overall Shakey's experience once more. We look forward to coming back and hope to see Jermaine again. Thanks for all your help and AWESOME customer service, Jermaine! read more

We have had my sons birthday party here for the past 2 years. They have amazing staff who are very helpful. We were allowed to come in an hour early and decorate our tables. Dawn, the manager, kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. My son has had birthday parties at Round 1 and several other places, but Shakeys is his favorite. He likes the smaller environment where his friends all stay together and can hang out in the arcade. read more

I really think the service at this place is the best we've had for a long time! My clumsy child was sitting at the corner and accidentally knocked more than half of our large pizza out. Joe and the staff made us another one, and thanks God bc the pizza was really good and I had four boys to feed! Thanks so much! Amazing service read more
