I really wanted to like this pizza! The commercial makes it look amazing. Let me start with the online ordering. It was average at best and I didn't feel it to be very user friendly. I didn't have any problems but I could see where less tech or older people would give up. You can try to call in your order. Unfortunately you have a long phone tree, possibly a hold and the person on the other end may not be the best at communicating. Delivery took forever and the pizza was sub par. It looked okay but it wasn't good at all. We went to bed dissatisfied, disappointed and hungry. read more

Ordered twice from here when they first opened, and it was great. Really disappointed this time around. Ordered online for pick up 10 mins before closing. I have to wonder if they gave us a leftover pizza because it didn't taste fresh at all. Barely any cheese and crust was hard like it'd been sitting around. You can just tell when a pizza is old. I've had their pizza delivered before so I know how it tastes freshly baked. Plus, I ordered Parmesan cheese crust and got regular crust. It was too late to call them by that time, and we were tired and hangry. Glad we didn't add additional items to our order, like we initially intended to. Happy New Year! First time eating from Marco's pizza. My whole family really enjoyed it. We all know ordering pizza now a days can get a little too pricey and not be very tasty for some at least that's my opinion. My husband saw an advertisement to an other pizza shop and for some reason he thought Marco's was it. Well to his surprise and mine Marco's pizza and wings were really good. His only complaint was, could have given more meat on the Deluxe pizza. Pepperoni pizza was good on toppings. We got one large, one medium and 15ct wings all for $45. I totally recommend them. Ordered Marco's from the new location (Benton) for the Super Bowl. Was not disappointed! Got 2 pizzas, wings, cheesy bread, classic wings, dipping sauce, and a 2 liter for $50. Not only was it a good deal but there was nothing left after my family of 4 dove in. Yes, the pizza was a little greasy but if you know anything about pizza, you know that's where the flavor is! Ordered one pizza with light sauce as my son and I don't care for much sauce. It was perfect. My wife and daughter really like sauce but thought the "regular" sauce pizza we ordered was a bit much. Will definitely order light sauce from now on. The cheesy bread was amazing! Super chewy and dough with tons of cheese melted all over it, very good! The wings were good, average I'd say. Plenty of meat but nothing spectacular when it came to the flavor. Good enough to order again if they're part of a special or combo. Initially was told 40 minutes for delivery, they had it at my door in 30 and it was still very hot. Good customer service, timely delivery, good food. Was so excited to have my very first ever Marco's Pizza and we ordered online and here's what it is... Large Ultimate Magnifico Original Crust, Garlic Sauce Crust, Double Pizza Sauce, Base Cheese, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Old World Pepperoni, Old World Sausage, No Side Cup, Romesan Everywhere. Looks good but unfortunately, this pizza did j no it deliver. There's no wow factor and in top of that, my lady got very sick from it and she was up all night with a big upset stomach. It was disappointing, not to knock it down because I know that it might be good to somebody else. Just our honest opinion. We eat out everyday and tried almost anything within the 15-mile local radius so I can say that we've been around. The service is very slow, they keep taking orders and promises a pickup time but when we got there, still had to wait 25 more minutes because of the phone orders that looks like their priority. We even showed up 10 minutes late to give them time so, does it take 35. + 5 minute prep time to make one? One staff is very polite and he stood out over everyone else, he's a big bone boy with a big hair, greeted everyone that walked in and out with a smile while everyone else just ignores customers. To start with national advertising pizzoli $5.99 so any way sounds good I'll try it start with they charged me $7.99 so two of em $17.38 not $12.00 and tax but that wasn't that big of a deal but one with pepperoni and sausage I think they used one pepperoni and stretched it for the whole thing more sausage and a TON of bread the next one chicken ranch and I think bacon but had a hard time finding anything but the bread did find some cheese but it wasn't even melted.
