When I called the store for a refund for the missing item, I was told they don't issue refunds, only offering to replace the item on my next order and directing me to call Chick-fil-A Cares for a refund. Chick-fil-A Cares said refunds are at the store's discretion; however, if the request is made through them, the store will honor it. They requested a refund and then received a call from Wayne Chick-fil-A customer relations. After re-explaining the situation, I was told they'd speak to the store manager and get back to me, but I haven't heard anything since. Posting a review only got me another offer to replace the item on my next visit, but I don't plan to return due to the poor service. This experience has been disappointing, with unclear policies, poor customer service, and nonsense red tape between the franchise and corporate. It's unfair to be charged for something not received, and I would like my money back and never to set foot in here again.
