I didn't have any issues with service or ordering even though I kept my order simple since I'm not familiar with their menu (yet). From my limited experience here, it was good. Service was non-existent and poor. Cashiers looked like they did not want to be there; they were out of strawberries which is a staple in a bunch of their cones. I had to ask a few times to figure out if I could get a certain cone without strawberries. I got the Cheesecake Cone, it was good but very messy. I'd recommend sitting down to eat. I wasn't give a napkin or spoons but you definitely need it especially if it get hotter. The price is up there for a singular cone it's about $11, they also have optional tipping that doesn't feel optional. The restaurant is clean, but lacking in keeping you around.
