Went with Seven Moving for their very reasonable rates and long list of positive reviews - couldn't be happier. Zurab was super responsive, answering even outside of business hours, and the two guys who executed the move were very efficient and communicative. What a well-oiled operation! read more

They did a great job. They worked hard and were very focused and professional. Great people to work with.

Perfect. They were extremely fast, well priced, and took care of all our items. 3 hours for moving a large 1 bedroom across town up 3 floors was totally amazing. Clear communication all the way lessened our moving stress. Every box and item went into just the right spot. Even our plants made it through unscathed. They were also very flexible with timing which helped a lot with last minute weather issues. I can't imagine what Yerzhan, Ali, and Zahkar could possibly have done better! read more

Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Zurab was a super nice guy and accommodated my schedule which was changing daily because of the recent coronavirus outbreak. Not only did he exceed my expectations with scheduling, but his movers were extremely professional - communicated arrival times well, super efficient workers, and they did not break or damage a single thing throughout the duration of the move. We expected about 4 hours of work but, with a LITTLE of our help, we were able to get everything done in 2 flat. I will be coming back to Zurab next time I need to move again (which hopefully won't be for a while!) read more

Amazing! Seven Moving helped me move my one bedroom apartment last week - Zurab was incredibly communicative about the moving process from beginning to end. He called to let me know when the movers would arrive and Yerzhon, Ali, and Pramesh were incredibly quick, efficient, and kind. They wore masks and gloves the whole time and made me feel super comfortable about packing everything up (especially in the pouring rain). They asked thoughtful questions during the process and offered to place the furniture any way I wanted at the new place (other movers I've used in the past haven't been as thoughtful and rushed out). I really appreciate all their hard work! Highly recommend. read more

Just finished moving with them. Zurab was so prompt with responses, I had to change my moving day a few times and he was extremely accommodating and was very honest in that certain weekends would be more expensive. So, I very much appreciated him helping me find the best time and cost. I just can't say enough awesome things about the movers and the company. They were just AMAZING. I had a scheduled time from 1-5, but they had availability at around 11, so I was even happier. They called when they were about 30 minutes out. I moved from Dorchester to Brighton. I should add that for one person, I have way too much. Like a crazy amount of stuff. But, they took less than 3 hours. They wrapped my sofa and furniture and were so careful with all of my things. I wanted to move some delicate things into my car, like my tv and alcohol and some plants, and they even moved that for me too!!! They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They asked where to put things and if they can move anything to make my life easier. Eugene, Sergei, and Victor are spectacular, they're so personable and friendly! I'm using them again when I eventually move again! I'm recommending them to all of my friends. Also, it was SO WILDLY AFFORDABLE. They made the stressful experience of moving very smooth and stress-free! read more

Moving in the midst of an epidemic could not be easier! Everyone I interacted with throughout all my stages of moving was professional, courteous, efficient, and communicative. We were not the most effective packers, and our movers were able to tackle everything we had no matter what. Extremely happy to have ended up with Seven as my movers, and can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Moved us out today in record time and did an amazing job tying down furniture and carefully handling everything. Very professional and efficient. On time. All pricing was super transparent, which was greatly appreciated. Really smooth moving experience and would highly recommend! I've tried other movers and these guys were best. read more

Zurab was very quick to respond, and Seven Moving offered one of the best and most transparent prices. Our move was a short distance (less than a mile) but from a 1-bedroom to a 3-floor house. The 3 movers completed the move in 3 hours (which included hoisting a couch to the second floor). The movers were polite and efficient. Nothing broken or damaged. They were complete professionals! I will recommend them to anyone who needs a mover in the Boston area. read more

Seven Moving helped my husband and I move out of our apartment and into a new home last week. The company was super responsive and helpful pre-move answering questions and providing transparent information on services and rates. On the day of our move, the owners of our apartment building turned off the elevator :( and the guys had to deal with going up and down 4 flights of stairs to get us out. They were prompt, polite, incredibly professional, worked very hard, and did an amazing job. Despite having to go up and down 4 flights of stairs they were still able to get all our belongings in their truck within 4 hours. They drove our belongings to our new home, unpacked the truck exactly as the boxes and furniture were labeled, and were done within another hour. None of our belongings or property were damaged. I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving. They were cost-effective, did a fabulous job, and took a bunch of stress and physical labor off our plates! read more

My experience with Seven Movers: I was moving from NJ to MA. I checked the reviews on Yelp and Google Maps and called 10 different companies. SInce this was a interstate move and I was on a strict budget from my company who was paying for the move, I didn't want any surprises or hidden fees on moving day. My wife and I created a comprehensive list with pictures of all our stuff which doesn't fit into standard moving boxes and we took pictures. We sent this PDF to every company and compared quotes and reviews. Zurab responded right away and gave us a fair quote once he reviewed our requirements. Beka and Misha came on time and did an excellent job. Very polite, fast, and extremely professional. In 3 hours, my entire 2 bedroom apt was loaded on to their truck. The next day, they arrived exactly on time and this time had 3 people to unload the truck and get it up to our 5th floor elevator building. Like clockwork they were done in 3 hours and we couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism, and their politeness. I recommend this company without reservations and have already send their # to others that have asked me about movers. Thanks guys. read more

Our movers were awesome. They were friendly, efficient and moved very quickly. The price was very fair and they were very responsive and kept us updated. Highly recommend! read more

Such a positive experience working with this company. The movers were incredibly efficient and communicative. We ended up getting everything done in one hour which to me is unheard of. I can't recommend enough. read more

I chose this company based on reviews so feel compelled to write one. I'd choose this company with caution. I was moving from one unit within a building to another one, so I knew my move would take less than the two hour minimum, so my comments are not about that. I feel their pricing was reasonable. They called me the day before my scheduled move and asked if they could move me that evening instead and said that even if I wasn't 100% packed (I wasn't) that it probably would only add 15-20 minutes to my move time. I figured I'd go along with it and they nevertheless completed my move in well under the 2 hour minimum. The guys didn't really want to move my loose things and did leave a bunch of stuff I ended up having to move myself after the fact, but I gave them a generous tip because I knew I had several boxes of heavy books and they all seemed to be working really hard. Here's my issue -- they damaged most of my larger items (which probably could've been avoided if they slowed down) which I didn't discover until well after they left because they stacked everything I owned in one room, so it took me a while to discover the damages. Here's what I've found so far... (1) the corner of my sofa is bent back somehow and now needs to be against a wall (2) found a large chunk missing in my coffee table leg. Ended up replacing. (3) my bookshelf has a major dent in a corner (4) my brand new stainless steel trash can, which I'd acquired a month prior, was clearly dropped. There are scrapes and dents all along the top (5) my long sofa table has gashes along the top face (6) my underbed drawers are damaged at the edges. I don't know how the rest of my bed fared because of the configuration of my new bed room. The icing on the cake is my sunglasses, which I had on when they arrived and set down near where they put down their paperwork while they were moving things, also went missing the day of the move. The lead guy ran back to my old place to grab the paperwork while I was at the new place, and I never found my sunglasses again. I don't know if they took them (or why anyone would take sunglasses) but find it odd I had them on when they arrived and never found them again after they left. I'm not the careless type with my things. Bottom line: They work hard and won't waste your time money-wise if you just have a lot of boxes, but if you have anything that could get damaged, tread carefully. No moving company is perfect and would have understood damage to one or two things, but I am disappointed at the extent of things dented and scraped. read more

We just completed 2 bedroom apartment move in Quincy and couldn't be happier with how the whole process went. Zurab was very easy to reach with emails regarding quote and scheduling and was always available to answer my questions. For the actual moving, Andrew and the crew were very professional and efficient, and the moving went very smoothly without any hickups. Highly recommended and will use this company again in the future! read more

We had a great experience with Seven Moving. They were very professional and made our move go incredibly smooth. They worked quickly and efficiently and tackled every little thing that came up. I felt I was in really good hands and that I could rely on them. I'd definitely recommend them! read more

I was really happy with every aspect of Seven Moving. Zurab provided a quick and accurate quote and proactively communicated the day before my move. The crew worked very quickly (helped by me packing most things myself but was very careful with potentially fragile items, like my TV and glass coffee table. We moved my things into a storage unit and the crew did a fantastic job slotting everything into a secure position. I wouldn't hesitate to use Seven Moving again. read more

Hired Seven Moving to move from third floor apartment. My friends who have used this company before recommended me to them. Zurab scheduled the move and told us price, hours etc everything upfront. Misho, Igor, Volodya came on move day with truck and all items - Roll of tapes, boxes, blankets, shrink wrap etc. These three guys were fast, careful, hard working and did a fantastic job. There was no waste of time or slacking. I would highly recommend Seven Moving services as they are priced right, bring all appropriate tools, do dis-assemble, assemble of furniture. They were also friendly and professional. Thank You Seven Moving especially Misho, Igor, Volodya for your hard work!! Five star for your service!! read more

I have used this service twice now for moving and Eugene and his team have been fantastic both times. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with seven movers. They were responsive and easy to schedule. The guys were super friendly and worked hard to get the move done quickly and carefully. read more

A friend of a friend recommended them. They were really good. Three guys came, they got everything out of the apartment and into the new place really quickly, nothing broke, they were polite, and very reasonably priced. They give a 5% discount if you pay cash, but will accept cards. I could not ask for much more. Update: we used them again for two more moves. Each time, they were stellar. Max was wonderful, I don't remember the other guy's name but they were hardworking and good spirited, despite 5°F temps and having to carry items up a very long, somewhat icy driveway. read more

I never write Yelp reviews but these guys were amazing! I had a 1 bedroom move where the new place was up 3 flights of stairs, it was pouring rain when they arrived. They were so incredibly efficient, and careful with my items making sure to plastic wrap and/or cover everything important with a blanket, nothing was affected by the rain and not a scratch on a single item. They were kind enough to disassemble and reassemble my bed frame as well and help me set it up in the new place before they left. Very kind, so efficient, and an extremely reasonable rate. Thanks you guys! read more

The team made my move so easy! We finished well within our time window and they were masked, efficient and we got out of my old place and into my new with no hiccups. I really appreciate them making my move such a stress-free experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area! read more

These guys were amazing - patient, helpful, and STRONG. We moved from a 5th floor apartment to another 5th floor apartment. Seven Moving was easily the best quote and had such an easy reservation and communication system. It was our first time hiring movers (in the past we just tried to muscle through it ourselves) but now I recommend Seven Moving to everyone I know. Totally worth it! Thanks Seven Moving! read more

Ive hired them a few years back without an issue. I called last minute, and they were still able to schedule me. The move took a total of 1.5 hours, starting from the time I called. Also, it was very cheap 5/5 read more

I have moved several times in the past few years, but coordinating the move with Eugene and his team was by far the best experience. They were moving my belongings from Boston to Ithaca. I had already arrived in Ithaca, so they had to coordinate with my housemate in Boston to pick up my things. They graciously worked with her schedule. There were around twenty boxes and a few other items. Three men moved everything from the 4th floor without an elevator in less than 15 minutes. In Ithaca, it was one person, Erke, but he was very efficient and fast. They always call exactly an hour before arriving, and do the job as smoothly as possible. Moving is always so much more than transporting things from one place to another. It is nerve racking, and having good movers is truly a blessing during these moments. I could not have asked for a better moving company. read more

I've never hired movers before and so we got a number of quotes. Seven Moving had the best rates and after experiencing their efficiency- we clearly made the best choice! Zurab was communicative and even called the night before to add another mover because it was supposed to be extremely hot on our move day. Our movers were professional, kind and swift. Everyone wore masks and the charges were reviewed upfront. We moved from a two bedroom, two floor apartment into a second floor condo and the move was complete in under two hours! We unexpectedly had to hoist a box spring up and over the deck and the movers were able to accommodate that without a problem. Can't recommend this company enough! They made our move in day a breeze! read more

I had hired another moving company to move some of my stuff to storage, and then I booked them to move my whole 5000 sf house at the end of October. A few days before the move date, I called to go over the details, and was told my date and time was accidentally double-booked, and could I do it on another day. I could not, so I started calling around again only to learn that everyone was totally booked (or too expensive). My realtor sent me contact info for Seven Moving, and I called and spoke with Max, who assured me Seven Moving could not only do the move on my schedule, but that it would cost less than the others. The Seven team showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and got right to work. They wrapped and protected my furniture, and took care not to damage my belongings as well as my (soon to be former) house. My move was large and somewhat complicated, some stuff to go to my local storage site, and some stuff to travel to western Mass to my new place. Max was very easy and flexible to work with (and took all my calls at late hours and over the weekend!!). We ended up adding additional last minute dates and trips, even working until 1AM the final night. The crew presented me with a written detailed bill, and it was very reasonable, exactly as Max had promised. Even though it was an up-against-a-deadline hire, Seven Moving came thru for me, and at a fantastic price. I strongly recommend SEVEN MOVING for your next move. read more

I recently used seven moving for a move and I can't say enough great things about the service. The team was responsive, quick, reliable and moved all my items without any damage. I also used them to dispose of some items, which was very helpful. Definitely would use seven moving again for my next move. read more

These guys were great, showed up on time and worked efficiently even in heavy rain downpour. Thank you!!

Sorry if this is cliché to say, but we really got the five-star service. This was my first time hiring movers, so I was very nervous about how it was going to turn out. I saw that these guys had mostly five-star reviews so I figured I'd give them a try. I got a quote within a half-hour, and it seemed very reasonable. Coincidentally, I told a friend a few days later that I was hiring movers. "Did you go with Seven?" he said. "I've moved with them a few times. They're the best." :) They guys who showed up were punctual, polite, and professional. Within a half hour they had moved most of the small boxes down six stories without complaint, even though my tiny, sketchy elevator doesn't always open (lol). They arrived at my new spot before I did and started unloading right away. The entire five hours they worked, they only took one break (!!) and they were pleasant and speedy the whole time they worked. No lollygagging or dilly-dallying in sight. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone! read more

Wow, moving in the Boston area is terrible but these guys were amazing. Super easy to book and great communicators, moved an entire two bedroom apartment into a third floor walk up on a 96 degree August day in less than three hours. Extremely polite and very careful with my things, even installed our window a/c units on their way out. Will 100% use again. read more

I've got the referral from the friends. They were able to schedule the move a few days from the move itself. Guys arrived on time. I needed to move furniture from storage in the basement to the apt on the second floor. Also I needed some assembling of stored sofa, shelves as well as newly purchased bedframe. Everything was done very quickly, professionally, without any damage. I recommend this company to my friends. read more

Professional and efficient. I contacted 5 companies for a quote. They were the first to respond. The only other company to respond took a few days to do so. Throughout the process, they communicated quickly via email. All of my questions were answered, and I felt comfortable going ahead with them. On they day of the move, they maintained contact with me by phone to give me any updates on their ETA. They had told me beforehand that they would supply boxes and could help me pack - specifically, I needed help with packing my dishes and glasses. When they arrived, I started to pack the boxes they supplied (for free), anticipating that I would be able to finish before they emptied out my apartment. I was wrong. They were super fast. Before I knew it, all of the big boxes and such were out of my apartment, and I was left looking like a fool trying to pack my dishes. No matter. They packed my dishes, and they packed my clothes (in hangers with garbage bags, as Jeff B. described) much faster than I could have done. I also had a decently sized sofa that was maddeningly difficult for me to bring into my apartment. They moved it out with ease. (^_^) Professionalism (^_^) Communication (^_^) Efficiency (^_^) Carefulness (^_^) Bang for buck Glad I chose them. I hate moving, but next time I do, I'll find these guys. read more

I hired Seven Moving to help with a fairly straightforward move from storage in a garage in the 'burbs to a 2-bdrm apartment in Brookline, but had to coordinate it while I was out of town and have my parents help out. The Seven Moving team was available for contact in advance, prompt to respond, and showed up ahead of schedule. They assisted with some furniture reassembly and were very efficient and got the move done with travel time in under 4 hours, saving everybody time and money, which is much appreciated during the costly endeavor of relocating. I really like that they charge by the hour. I would hire them again! read more

Absolutely above and beyond! I actually scheduled our move on the wrong day (a week or from what we planned) , didn't realize it until I asked for an ETA at 3pm, and these absolute legends got a truck to us in an hour! They didn't even charge extra, though I offered to up the hourly rate given the extremely short notice. The move itself was expertly done, everything delicate handled with extreme care (even our two super heavy motorized standing desks that, to make it even harder, had to go up two flights of stairs), and they were so so fast I could barely believe it. Would absolutely recommend this company to everyone, as enthusiastically as possible. read more

I forgot to write about this. The only reason I'm writing about it now is because I just recommended them to my boss. I moved near the end of September. It was a move within the same town I live in, and I didn't have alot of stuff, but still where I lived was complicated to get this brought down from the top floor the way the stairs moved. If I tried to do it with people, it would have been a pain in the neck. The two guys that they sent did an awesome job, and they had me moved out and dropped off in 45 minutes tops. Excellent job, and I will continue to recommend them. read more

Misha and Erzhan helped me move with 4 days' notice during a Nor'easter. They were very fast, careful, and professional in addition to being pleasant people. My move included picking up furniture and boxes from 3 different towns and delivering to a fourth. Everything was completed (48 miles) within 3 hours door 1 to door 4 including dis- and re-assembling furniture. There were no hidden charges - hourly rate + a few dollars extra for special packaging + previously agreed upon travel fees - just like Zurab wrote up in his quote. I'll be recommending Seven to anyone I know that's moving. read more
