This was a truly experience to have hawaiian burgers in the heart of Gilbert! My husband was in shock because we have never had food that actually matched the business's photos before. The portion sizes were huge so great value, the prices were very reasonable! Our service was fantastic, there was this cheerful brown haired girl that refilled the ice as soon as I notified her. The place itself is cute, surfer decor, very bright and felt open. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending this to everybody I know!

My friends and I ordered take out and were greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff. Our order was prepared fast and ready to go once we arrived. Our drive home was around 5 minutes and we opened it and ate it right away. I subtracted one star because our fries and onion rings weren't crispy at all and could have been fried better. Other than that, the flavor was on point and our meals were very tasty! I would go back, dine in, and try it again for sure.

I am born raised Gilbert never had a burger or service this good. Wow. I debated trying a new place other than the go to In n Out burger and I am addicted to this place. They cook in beef tallow, are family owned and everything is fresh. The girls at the front are so nice!!! They look like they actually enjoy the job unlike most places u go today the cashiers look miserable. The crazy fries are actually to die for!!!

We LOVE coming here. The burgers are amazing but their crazy fries are something special! I love their origin story and that each burger is named after the seven brothers. It ties the whole restaurant together.

I guess we are not the majority with this burger place, not sure what we were missing. My family loves burgers and the reviews were crazy good. First, this burger with tomatoes, that cost an extra dollar. It was the size of a plum tomato, I could have bought a couple whole ones for that price to see this. I thought it was a joke. Second, it was supposed to come with a drink, we ordered the drink and didn't get the drink. The shrimp salad was another kids pick and the shrimp was so incredibly greasy, she pulled all the coating off. The lid to the dressing wasn't on so it spilled all over. Then the veggie sandwich that was supposed to have cheese but didn't and the bun was almost like it wasn't cooked and very gummy. My husband got a burger without the bun and it wasn't the right lettuce for a bunless burger. The fries were extremely greasy but made a good breakfast potato the next day. Not sure what we are missing with this place but it felt more like a rip off and the reviews seem way off from what we brought home.

I would have given 3.5 stars if possible. Overall I liked. The burger was great and I customized and it was done perfectly. But there was a small piece of plastic in my salad and I thought the potatoes were under seasoned. The salad was good besides that and I really liked the dressing. Staff was nice. I got there a little early they told me it would be a couple more minutes so I sat at a table and waited and when it was ready they did not let me know, it sat at the pick up area for a couple minutes before I went back up to get it.

I came here for lunch on Friday afternoon. It's right next to Costco. The server was friendly but when asking for recommendations, she couldn't come up with any so that was kind of odd. The space is clean and lots of tables. I got the Seek's Deep Blue burger. It was good but not mouthwatering and I didn't taste the blue cheese as much which was surprising considering how strong blue cheese is. I shared the Paniolo Fry. It was different and I liked the pineapple. It was good but we didn't finish it. It didn't hit the spot. Perhaps I may try again another time but I'm not planning to anytime soon.

We stopped by for lunch around 12:30pm on a Wednesday. It was busy but there were still tables open and there wasn't a long line to order. Every worker that we met (whether it was while we were ordering, getting our food, asking for extra sauce, etc) was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and fresh! We tried their Shez and Teriyaki burgers along with a side of large fries and onion rings. We also tried their OMC mint and vanilla oreo shakes. Everything was incredible and reasonably priced. Everything is sold separately so for two people it came to $52, because we totally indulged and it was so worth it! The restaurant is clean, bright, and has a cool Hawaii/surf aesthetic. We really enjoyed everything from the service to the food to the ambience. We will definitely be back when we are in Gilbert again.

Food was pretty good (nothing spectacular) and all the staff was super kind and helpful! Super great for large groups too since their tables can hold many people.

These burgers were insane! The AC had actually gone out when we were in there and it was so incredibly hot in there and the restaurant was PACKED . People were sitting down eating and there was probably 35 people in line as if it wasn't 100+ degrees in there! So you know the food had to be good! We tried everything! Appetizers, burgers, dessert, all of it was crazy good! The funny thing is we're had actually eaten at the food truck in Oahu and didn't realize it until we saw the picture on the wall! We loved it then and were so happy that we have one so close to home. It felt so Hawaii in there and this place is awesome for large groups. So proud of the staff for how they handled the AC being out, they just kept smiling and serving.

At first I thought I didn't want a burger as I usually make my own at home but was pleasantly surprised at the menu & ambiance. Sarina was our waitress & I asked her if the California Bowl was like a salad with a veggie burger as it doesn't state a beef patty? She said it's like a burger w/o a bun but as a bowl w/the ingredients & TOPPED with a beef patty. Oh, I see... So I asked if I could just have the Basmati Rice but it was a mixture of Basmati & Quinoa so she said she could give me more ingredients of something else like Brussels sprouts or Greens so I asked for more Greens. The ingredients are: griddled Sweet Potatoes, roasted Mushrooms, caramelized Onions, Brussels Sprouts, Quinoa, Avocado slices with a Tamari glaze. It was also topped with Cilantro & Green Onions. I also ordered an Iced Tea. The California Burger Bowl was soooo delicious with such a flavor bomb of textures, sweetness & caramelized, smokey flavors! The crunchiness from the cold greens, warm Brussels Sprouts, soft & sweet Caramelized Onions & Sweet Potatoes, plus the creaminess of the Avocados was such a great medley! I think I need to replicate this at home! Very creative & healthy! My cousin & friend both got burgers, one topped with mushrooms & one with a lettuce wrap sub, Zucchini & Sweet Potato Fries. The seating is very comfortable with the cushioned seats & booths & the restaurant is very bright & airy with lots of windows & high ceilings. If you have to use the restroom, it's located outside & will give you a passcode. Highly recommend this place!

We stopped in on a Sunday evening around 6:00 PM; the restaurant was quiet, so we were able to order immediately. The service was a standout. The burgers looked fantastic, and both the onion rings and fries arrived piping hot. Some of us ordered cheeseburgers while others ordered sliders. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and forgot to add fries. No problem, as my husband shared his with me. My burger was on the dry side, and it had an overabundance of red onion slices. The grandsons and their Dad liked what they had. In fact, they said they wanted to go back again.

There are so many breweries and pubs around here that there's pretty tough competition. As other reviewers have stated, their duck fat fries are great! So crispy and the herbs really elevate it. They can be a little heavy handed with the salt to the point where you may see salt piles on your fries, but at least the salt granules are larger and can be easily swept off. Although their fries are great on their own, they unfortunately struggle to strand up when loaded. I'm not sure how they do it, but we've been to places where fries can remain crispy even when loaded with toppings. Their poutine is still tasty though if you don't mind your fries soggy. Their burgers have great beefy flavor, but after trying a few of their burger options, my partner and I also feel that some other places do their unique burger stylings a bit better. A lot of the toppings overwhelm rather than contribute to the overall burger. There's plenty of searing both indoors and out. You have bar top, high table, and regular table style seating for indoors. There's plenty of 4 person tables outdoors under shade and also with misters on if it's hot out. Indoor seating offers plenty of viewing for sports. Service is also pleasant. Due to how they source their ingredients, the overall menu is on the pricier side. Although my partner and I prefer other breweries more, we do think it's still worth it to try visiting Arizona Wilderness Brewing at least once.
