Food....4 Service.2 Competence.0 came in at lunchtime, ordered 2 paniolo burgers, large fries. Was asked if we wanted to make that doubles, said yes. Was asked if I wanted fries, again said yes. Order was repeated to me, again asking if I wanted 2 doubles, I said yes, and a large fries. paid, checked receipt, looked ok, see picture. brought food home, 2 singles, not doubles I paid for. Burgers were quite tasty, fries pretty good. Have left 2 messages for mgr to call me, no response. As I said before, competence is important to me.
This is hands-down our new favorite restaurant in Gilbert! We first noticed the beautiful, clean, and well-lit restaurant. Then, what stood out next was the amazing service, from the owner himself to the cashiers to the servers (we were checked on during our meal more times than most other sit-down restaurants with dedicated servers)! And of course... the food. The food is INCREDIBLE! The burgers are very incredibly flavorful, the food is filling without breaking the bank, and their fries are my new favorite "fast food" fries! I put fast food in quotations because this does not belong in the same category as any other fast food chain- this place is AMAZING!
For a burger place, this one is really good. Five stars as a burger place. Fresh, juicy, and flavorful. Plus, they have fruit drinks including POG. The fries are slices, not sticks. Seasoned and flavorful. My wife really liked her Polynesian salad.
My friends and I ordered take out and were greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff. Our order was prepared fast and ready to go once we arrived. Our drive home was around 5 minutes and we opened it and ate it right away. I subtracted one star because our fries and onion rings weren't crispy at all and could have been fried better. Other than that, the flavor was on point and our meals were very tasty! I would go back, dine in, and try it again for sure.
What can I say? It was our first time here and as we opened the doors we were greeted with the most beautiful, biggest smile I've ever received from someone in the restaurant industry. Kiana-lei even gave us a thank you card at the end of our meal since it was our first time. The burgers and fries were delicious. My husband had the Seth and I had the Max burger. The banana bread is a must-try! By the time we left, the place was packed. Wonderful food, ambiance, and service! Will be back again!
I came here for lunch on Friday afternoon. It's right next to Costco. The server was friendly but when asking for recommendations, she couldn't come up with any so that was kind of odd. The space is clean and lots of tables. I got the Seek's Deep Blue burger. It was good but not mouthwatering and I didn't taste the blue cheese as much which was surprising considering how strong blue cheese is. I shared the Paniolo Fry. It was different and I liked the pineapple. It was good but we didn't finish it. It didn't hit the spot. Perhaps I may try again another time but I'm not planning to anytime soon.
We LOVE coming here. The burgers are amazing but their crazy fries are something special! I love their origin story and that each burger is named after the seven brothers. It ties the whole restaurant together.
This place is absolutely delicious! We got the teriyaki burgers and the Panola fries and they were so good I forgot to take a picture but our daughter even love just a plain cheeseburger and fries everyone's super nice the foods very fresh and delicious and will definitely be back!
Food was pretty good (nothing spectacular) and all the staff was super kind and helpful! Super great for large groups too since their tables can hold many people.
This was a truly experience to have hawaiian burgers in the heart of Gilbert! My husband was in shock because we have never had food that actually matched the business's photos before. The portion sizes were huge so great value, the prices were very reasonable! Our service was fantastic, there was this cheerful brown haired girl that refilled the ice as soon as I notified her. The place itself is cute, surfer decor, very bright and felt open. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending this to everybody I know!
These burgers were insane! The AC had actually gone out when we were in there and it was so incredibly hot in there and the restaurant was PACKED . People were sitting down eating and there was probably 35 people in line as if it wasn't 100+ degrees in there! So you know the food had to be good! We tried everything! Appetizers, burgers, dessert, all of it was crazy good! The funny thing is we're had actually eaten at the food truck in Oahu and didn't realize it until we saw the picture on the wall! We loved it then and were so happy that we have one so close to home. It felt so Hawaii in there and this place is awesome for large groups. So proud of the staff for how they handled the AC being out, they just kept smiling and serving.

First, this burger with tomatoes, that cost an extra dollar. It was the size of a plum tomato, I could have bought a couple whole ones for that price to see this. I thought it was a joke. Second, it was supposed to come with a drink, we ordered the drink and didn't get the drink. The shrimp salad was another kids pick and the shrimp was so incredibly greasy, she pulled all the coating off. The lid to the dressing wasn't on so it spilled all over. Then the veggie sandwich that was supposed to have cheese but didn't and the bun was almost like it wasn't cooked and very gummy. My husband got a burger without the bun and it wasn't the right lettuce for a bunless burger. The fries were extremely greasy but made a good breakfast potato the next day. Not sure what we are missing with this place but it felt more like a rip off and the reviews seem way off from what we brought home.

If you're looking for a fantastic meal in Gilbert, Arizona, you absolutely need to check out Seven Brothers. During my recent visit, I decided to try their chicken sandwich and a side of onion rings, and I am so glad that I did. Both items were completely delicious and exceeded my expectations. The chicken sandwich was the star of the show. It was cooked to absolute perfection, featuring a beautifully crispy and golden exterior that gave way to incredibly tender and juicy meat on the inside. Every single bite was packed with flavor. To accompany the sandwich, the onion rings were equally impressive. They were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crunch, avoiding that greasy feel you sometimes get elsewhere. I would highly recommend ordering them as your side. Beyond the amazing food, this spot offers a truly great value for your dollar. The portion sizes and the quality of the ingredients make the price more than worth it. As for the atmosphere, the dining room is just a little bit on the loud side, so it might not be the best place for a quiet, intimate conversation. However, the outstanding service completely makes up for the noise. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick. I know that I would definitely love to go back there again very soon! read more

I am born raised Gilbert never had a burger or service this good. Wow. I debated trying a new place other than the go to In n Out burger and I am addicted to this place. They cook in beef tallow, are family owned and everything is fresh. The girls at the front are so nice!!! They look like they actually enjoy the job unlike most places u go today the cashiers look miserable. The crazy fries are actually to die for!!! read more

I would have given 3.5 stars if possible. Overall I liked. The burger was great and I customized and it was done perfectly. But there was a small piece of plastic in my salad and I thought the potatoes were under seasoned. The salad was good besides that and I really liked the dressing. Staff was nice. I got there a little early they told me it would be a couple more minutes so I sat at a table and waited and when it was ready they did not let me know, it sat at the pick up area for a couple minutes before I went back up to get it. read more

ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! From the super friendly service and welcoming fun Hawaiian vibe when you walk in.... to the DELICIOUS food, it's ALL WONDERFUL! We SUPER LOVE the fries... seriously they're the best and unlike any others we've ever tried! I love that they fry in Beef tallow too!! Their burgers are ALL the bomb and huge! We stopped by for lunch around 12:30pm on a Wednesday. It was busy but there were still tables open and there wasn't a long line to order. Every worker that we met (whether it was while we were ordering, getting our food, asking for extra sauce, etc) was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and fresh! We tried their Shez and Teriyaki burgers along with a side of large fries and onion rings. We also tried their OMC mint and vanilla oreo shakes. Everything was incredible and reasonably priced. Everything is sold separately so for two people it came to $52, because we totally indulged and it was so worth it! The restaurant is clean, bright, and has a cool Hawaii/surf aesthetic. We really enjoyed everything from the service to the food to the ambience. We will definitely be back when we are in Gilbert again. read more

I'm hoping this place gets better after it's been open longer, but sadly this experience was just not good. For some reason this location isn't on their app or website where you can order to go which is frustrating when you're in a time crunch. Interior was nice and clean but it was empty. The burger was so small and the bun tasted doughy and dense. Not pleasant to eat at all. The only redeeming factor were the home fries. Those I'd eat again. With all the other good burger spots in the area, Seven Brothers needs to do better. read more

Order a takeout,did two add ons to one off the burgess , non of them weren't there. Food was over salted and cold( when I was picking it up there was only one person in the kitchen)ordered salad as well,which was not edible, looked and smelled old ( black spots and rotten) Not worth the money and time read more

Subpar for the hefty price we paid. Service was short staff. We waited awhile at the register to order. We waited awhile to get our food which was missing things. I ordered the special fries but got the basic fries. The fact that burgers did automatically come with fries is just an expensive concept. The food was average in taste. The two others with me were not impressed either. read more

Got home with my pickup order and there is no meat. They forgot the entire piece of chicken on my sandwich. I called to try and tell someone and get a refund but it's an AI system, when I ask them to connect me to someone it rings once and then says sorry were busy and hangs up. I've called 5 times. So I spent $19 and got nothing and can't get a hold of anyone . read more
