Gave this place a try since it's a newer location in the area. I ordered their chicken sandwich it was a crispy chicken patty covered in teriyaki sauce and a house made aioli. Definitely something interesting but nothing show stopping wish they offered adds on for sandwich since it was basic in comparison to the burger options. My friend got the Tama Samoa. This is stacked high with flavor and toppings. Service was great, staff friendly and food came out hot and fresh in under 15 minutes. Prices are a little steeped when comparing to competitors. One big thing keeping me from coming back is the ambiance, the line was wrapped around when we came inside and all the tables were full. Since the restaurant was well over capacity the whole place was miserably hot. We waiting about 20 minutes to order and then another 10 for a table to open up. I probably won't give this place another try until winter just so I can escape outside if it continues to be hot inside the restaurant. read more

Seven Brothers is my all time favorite spot!!! Aloha spirit sweet staff amazing food everytime!!! I am so thankful they are so close to us!! I have brought all my family in to experience this food and a piece of the island! Mom's banana cake is do good. My husband and I ate the while loaf within the night. All the burgers are fab. Took the extended family out for lunch today and thought I would give Seven Brothers in Gilbert a try. I hadn't read any reviews and had an open mind. In fact was really excited to try this place! Imagine a shop specializing in burgers! They must be really good as thats pretty much all they serve. Well I am very sorry to say we didn't enjoy their burgers very much. A very basic thing is being either poorly executed or ignored here. It's the beef to bun ratio. The beef patty was so much smaller than the bun. All you saw our hamburgers and you can't execute this ratio correctly, I don't see how you can stay in business. I won't comment on the fries or the onion rings because this basic parameter prevents the rest of the meal from being decent. My picture speaks for itself. You're better off going to In-N-Out then to spend this kind of money on a burger that can't even support a basic decent beef to bun ratio. My guess is this is all portioned out and weighed carefully so it's not a mistake. If this is your soul product and you skimp out on a basic part of it and then charge a premium, your business model will fail. read more

Been a fan of Seven Brothers Burgers for years. First experience, years ago at Laie, HI, been back several times. Great experiences!! Haleiwa location in 2024 and visited with eldest brother Spencer. Great ambience, he took time to visit and tell us the goals, food very good. Queen Creek, AZ opened a location in the last 2 years and have been there several times. Today the balloon was rapidly deflated as we visited the Seven Brothers Burgers at San Tan Village in Gilbert I love pineapple, so typically order the Spencer Teriyaki Burger. I have come to expect a burger, fresh and full of burger and condiments. Think, lots of lettuce and freshly cooked burger. Today, I got a burger that had one, thin layer of lettuce, a paltry amount of sauce, some pineapple and a burger patty that was thin by all standards. It had clearly been grilled previously as it was COLD. I invited the cashier to look at the burger and he offered to redo it. I don't know this but I think he heated up the same patty. My companions had equally bad experiences. My wife had a lettuce wrap. There was no wrap as the single piece of lettuce covered only the top of the burger. Friends ordered fries and they sat in the window for five minutes before he went and retrieved them. Did I mention we were the only customers. We had bragged Seven Brothers to our friends, who went with us today. It was a disaster. As we left the restaurant and all five staff were sitting on the counters or leaning on the wall with their phones out. My friend said he would choose the other burger place that has a number in it, anytime, over this embarrassment. We were in town from Dallas and decided to try Seven Brothers Burgers. I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant. All the burger choices were unique and looked really good. I chose the Paniolo burger and my husband chose the Seven Brothers cheeseburger. Both were so good. The meat is fresh and the buns are to die for. The home fries were amazing and something I haven't had anywhere else. I wish they would bring a location to Dallas! Bonus - we got to meet one of the owners in the store that day and what a wonderful guy. I am going to overlook the wait as it was 6pm on a Saturday. But, with that being said, they were busy and no real place to sit as the place was packed. This is good for business. The staff was nice and the place was clean. The burger was good but a little lack luster considering the hype and the picture on the app for the burger. The fries, well they were just awful. Overcooked, and hard as rocks to eat. I kind of figured the fries would have been more fresh. Overall a little disappointed as I was really excited to try the place. I will probably try the place again and hope for a better result. For the record I got the SHEM burger, which was decent but the burger like the fries were a little overcooked, but not bad. This one hurts to write because the first time me and my husband came, it was fantastic! We thought this would be our new burger spot. The food was amazing and the service was great! We came back a couple weeks later and brought our son, and it was below mediocre. They brought mine and my husband's order to the table and said they were still working on my sons. 5min goes by and my husband asked what the status was and they said the onion rings burgers take more time. 5min more goes by and I noticed people who had arrived 10min after us had recvd their food and they had onion rings on their sandwich so we went up again and asked what the status was. They said they were still working on it. I feel like they forgot about his order or something and just didn't want to admit it.. regardless his order arrived 5min later and the fries were burnt and the Pattie's on the burgers were so small in comparison to the bun. We were served a raw chicken sandwich. Visited yesterday 12/18 for lunch. Excited to try and new burger place. Gave it back to them and they offered to remake. But it was so raw and the texture was such that it the experience was not salvageable. We expected nothing monetarily but would have appreciated some leadership presence with an apology. Clearly there was a problem with the fryer oil temperature. For an establishment that puts their faith out there as a tenet of how they run their business this was a miss. Most places have a policy for this to asure customers that this was a deviation from the norm and not how they would like to be perceived. However, with the lack of response and the "do not care" body language of the staff, it was clear there was no care or concern. read more
