Stopped in on a Monday morning and ended up with a bag of pretzel bread, garlic cheese dip, cinnamon raisin bread, and a hot coffee to go. The self service coffee was delicious. Smooth, hot, fresh and not acidic and no burnt taste whatsoever. Delicious. I didn't try the Highlander Grog but I probably will check that out next time. The pretzel bread is fabulous, especially with the garlic cheese as a dip. I put them in the microwave for a few seconds and it made a delicious snack for Little Mister (the whole family enjoyed it!). The raisin bread made some delicious French toast in the morning. I like that they have more than one location. Call ahead when there is a holiday to make sure you can get an order in. read more

Smells like a bakery, has fresh baked goods - donuts specifically - and the donuts taste like donuts are supposed to taste. It's worth coming here for your donut over Dunkin. It's so much better than Dunkin, Krispy Kreme, or "fresh"grocery store donuts. I was in and out with a dozen donuts in no time at all. They were a big hit at my office. read more

My sister and her wife drove down from New York for a big birthday party. I decided to have a mini-party the day before. Being new to the area, I consulted Yelp for a reputable bakery. Servatii's Pastry shop appeared to be the best choice. And it was. I ordered a white cake with raspberry filling and these little red and white hearts. The cake was a hit with all the ladies and while the cost was a bit higher than I'm used to, I would definitely do it again. That was for them. For me I ordered the Schnecken and some kick out sesame Vienna bread. The bread was a masterpiece, the Schnecken filled the void. In fairness I will say it had the right amount of raisins and it was a sweet delight. I think I was disappointed and a bit pouty because they didn't have apricot OR raspberry rugelach. Momma we have a new bakery in Blue Ash. This place has a bit more German comfort which is great for me. But, they understand all of Eastern Europe, as well. GREAT BAKERY! I grew up enjoying all the beautiful birthday cakes from this pastry shop. It has been a staple in my family over the years. When we are not celebrating a big event, we often stop in to get their famous cinnamon rolls or check out the selection of donuts. I seem to never be disappointed with the options they have, and some of those options change daily while others are staple items they carry each day. This time, I've decided to try a blueberry scone and a lemon Square. Both were delicious! I have also been there for lunch, as they have a great turkey sandwich. They are also known for their pretzel bites. They are quite delicious and make for a great appetizer for a dinner party. There is a small section to sit inside the deli. Love that I have a Servatti's close to home and on the way to work. I can swing by to pick up something special for a birthday at work (open at 6:30 AM). My favorite is their cinnamon butter ring for under $7. I also like to pick up a dozen cookies for $4.25. During the non-holiday season, they run a special - get a second dozen for $1. Today I needed cookies for GOTR. They had individually wrapped turkey cookies for $1.25 each. Very cute and the girls loved them! The reason I deducted a star was their customer service. Usually, the service is spot-on - friendly and efficient. The last time I was in the person was not cheery at all, but grumpy. If you're going to be in the customer service business, you need to be friendly and personable no matter what mood you're in. read more

Needed a cake last minute, and didn't want a box store cake. Went in and picked out a cake made earlier that day, and they wrote on it beautifully for me. Cake was delicious and moist! I love stopping by here and grab a donut or cakes. Their cinnamon cake is very fluffy and light which I love. The price is good. $6-7. I catered pretzel sandwiches (egg salad and chicken salad) and mini deluxe desserts. I didn't like much of their egg and chicken salad. The taste was bland, not enough flavor. The sandwich tray came with very fresh sliced tomatoes and lettuce. The mini dessert pieces were tiramisu, cheese cake, etc. The cost for each turns out to be $0.80. They just tasted sweet without much flavor of chocolate or cocoa. I wouldn't cater these anymore. read more

Garsh I love this place! My favorite is the carrot cake and the turtle cheesecake. Much better service than the Blue Ash location too.

Their decadent pastries and fine chocolate make it an easy choice for when you need to entertain some guests or don't want to show up to a party empty handed. For run of the mill kids birthday cakes and cookies, I usually go to Busken (can I say that name here?) but if you want exquisite truffles or german chocolate, Servatii is the place to go. And this is the only place I can consistently get good jelly roll to make Trifle. OH Servatii. How lovely you are. I've lived in (basically) Amish country and south Florida now, and I cannot find a bakery that compares. Their wide variety of breads and tasty treats mixed with the fact they have the best pretzels makes this my favorite bakery. It is one of the places I miss most in Cincinnati. The tea cookies are, in my opinion, the best in town. The cookie is crumbly, a bit buttery, and not incredibly sweet. A nice buttery cookie. The icing is perfectly smooth and sugary. Great place. I found t his place looking around in Google and could look inside the store. It is quite beautiful. I spoke to the Manager after I had seen her give a wedding cake tasting to an engaged couple. She told me that I was more than welcome to schedule a private wedding cake tasting with my bride to be. The company does not use mm/dd/year format for cakes when they are manufactured. No way ordinary people would know if their cakes are fresh or stale. Just because Servattii cakes are pricey it does not mean that they are fresh. Stopped by to buy a birthday cake for my son, California fruit tort for $36, used to be our favorite. Blueberries discolored all surrounding fruits: kiwi, cherry, apricot, etc and strawberries had mold on them. Everything on that cake was screaming: "Nasty!". Could not buy the favorite one, so asked about the freshness of a second choice. Was told that "it was made on Saturday but it's still good through this Saturday". It was only Thursday. No, Thanks. Asked about three more choices and they were all old cakes. I had to buy the one that they had in the freezer in order to have a "fresher" one. But it did not have any stamps or labels about when it was made either. Baking the next birthday cake myself in order to avoid food poisoning of our guests. read more
