Arayah is in charge here. She is a consummate professional always interested in helping me find the right unit at the right price. I always leave feeling satisfied and feeling like my items are safe. They also have online agents but I prefer to have an in person relationship and she makes that happen. There is a large easy to use elevator and they have long hours giving me flexibility. It does not appear that Arayah can impact the prices. I hope that corporate does not push rent increase like most storage businesses. I fear this will make my stay unsustainable. The registration process online was smooth; going in person to get everything started with the young lady was smooth as well. There were some misprints about the hours of operation but it was clarified by management. I used a two disk lock to secure my storage; combo lock and a key lock. During move in, I met a seemingly frantic guy who said his storage had been broken into, twice. I got concerned. I did a walk through to see that some of the storages were broken into. I have renter's insurance; so, I wasn't too worried and I used two disk locks. There were a few break ins during my time there; however, people were using pad locks when the information from the paperwork and management said not to use pad locks. Whenever I visited, the moving beds were a hit or miss, management was not present 85% of the time I visited. Sometimes I would be there for a while going through my things. After I completed all the paperwork for move out and moved out, I received a bill the next month and had to contact management via email to ask them not to correct their records. I received numerous invites to write a review, even before moving in. I waited until my service with them was done to make sure I did not have to return to update the review. I would use them again. 1 star for peace, 1star for onboarding ease, 1 star for the lady who got everything started, 1 star for ease of moving in and out. read more

UPDATE: I revoke by 5 star rating. After several weeks of trying, I still never received my refund for the remaining 25 days of January 2024 that were due to me. I was promised a refund for unused days when I paid for all of January (by mistake) and emptied by storage space on January 6th, with proper notice . When I called or emailed I was either ignored or given an excuse about the machine that is supposed to create the refund not in or not working or some nonsense. It's been five months almost to the day when I vacated. I am deeply disappointed. Take your business elsewhere, as their business practices are suspect. read more

Stay away from this place!!! Our last two years has been difficult and this place did not make it any easier. The first incident we noticed was a mice/rat infestation. There was piss and feces on the ground but also high up on top of our personal belongings. Damages to quality yarn (couple of bags), handmade crochet items, suede sofa and ottoman, leather bed, washer, etc (See pictures). When we brought this up to the front desk rep, he mentioned that they will be getting a new exterminator - this was in 2019. He also mentioned for the damaged items we can claim insurance. This was all false and the worst is yet to happen. This person who saw the inside of our storage unit was never seen working there again.... Fast forward a few months in 2020, our storage unit was one of the few that was broken into. We've lost thousands of dollars worth of stuff, but what hit us the most were the non-valuables but highly sentimental items belonging to my late mom. They most likely tossed in the trash because they are worthless to anyone but us. We were sure it was an insider job - they knew which units to hit and how to get in. When we engaged with management, we were redirected to their insurance company, which took us a few months to get a hold of. The insurance had a $500 deductible, takes into account depreciation, and doesn't cover damaged items. We've waited for surveillance footage for weeks and surprisingly, they were never given to us. These people did what they do best, run circles around you and stall. In 2021, we discovered more damages to our personal items from the rodents and there's not much we can do but to move out. Disgusting. Unsafe. Mice/Rat feces in storage units. The hallways might be "clean" but behind doors, you'll see how disgusting this place is. You can even smell it! They've been saying they will hire a new pest control company for years and the situation still hasn't been remediated. We've had our belongings destroyed by the rodents. We've had storage unit neighbors complain about the same thing and they've finally moved out. Management did nothing about this but point the finger at the pest company. Sketchy area - just make sure you look around before moving things in and out of the building. Parking is terrible with about 6-8 spots depending how big the cars/trucks are. When there is a bigger truck or van, it will block the entrance. read more

Jimiqua, who staffs the office at this location, is one of the most helpful customer service reps we've ever dealt with--sorting out payment issues and online account information that can be tough to do otherwise. Dismissive and rude, if you're lucky enough to even get them on the phone. I was about to rent a space on the website and figured I should call just to make sure the units are wheelchair accessible. In this modern age of progressive California living, where the Americans with Disabilities act requires reasonable wheelchair access I didn't think it would be a problem. But when I finally got them on the phone they said that NONE of the units have access. So I called up the parent company StoragePro to let them know of the issue, and not only did they take zero accountability, but they actually hung up on me. I couldn't believe it. So, went to check out one of their large storage unit the other day. When I got there, the first thing the customer service person said was "it leaks." They were a nice person. I said nicely that it would have been helpful if they'd told me that on the phone to save us all some time. I mean, what storage business rents a leaky space? When we checked it out there was standing water and a lot of apparent leaky spots. Why I wanted to write a review was that when I asked why they didn't tell me that they said that they were not permitted to tell people that on the phone. This policy is not transparent or trust-worthy and does not reflect the values of a company I want to do business with. Also, there were more cockroach traps than I've ever seen lining the halls. I'd save your time and not bother with this location. I've been to other StoragePros that were much better. Word. (I gave them one star as the customer service person was really great.) read more
