This is my first time renting a storage unit and it was so easy to do. Dean is super nice and very informative. He made my whole moving process go so smoothly. I feel very confident that all my belongings are in a safe place because of their advanced security system. There's cameras everywhere and it's in a really good location in Pinole. The thing that sold me is that the manager lives on site. I'm always in and out beacuse it's never over crowded with people... except for Wednesdays when there's a whole bunch of trucks that fill up the parking lot.. but we were warned of that when we signed up. But it's really not a big deal to me. Overall, I'm very happy with this storage place! Definitely worth the money if you want all your stuff in a safe place! read more

Just moved here from San Francisco and needed a place to store some extra stuff. They were extremely helpful and really took the time to go over all the paperwork and payment schedule. I didn't get the chance to look at my space before I reserved if bc of my move and schedule so I really appreciated Dean walking me through the facility and letting me check out the space. I was also have issues online and went into the office and they were more than helpful and kind... When my son moved home after 6 years in the Navy we needed a temporary place to store his stuff while getting situated in a new job and finding permanent living space. Sara, one of the managers, explained I could save $9 per month by bringing in my HO insurance policy so I don't have to pay extra for theirs. Every saved $ counts in my book. So a month or so ago my husband and I were shopping around for storage cause we were getting ready to sell our house, so came here first cause it was closest to our home. We left to compare location and price, but this place gave us the best deal, better location and also has great customer service. Lady who helped us (sorry didn't catch her name) showed us around and gave us the different prices . I love how their security system works, alarm will sound and notify the front if you didn't enter the main gate yourself without that password. I also like how they have security cameras everywhere so we feel safe with all our belongings being w them. read more
