Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I drive up the uhaul truck, still in the driver's seat, the employee walks to the back of the truck and yells, "Give me the keys and leave the engine on!" I waited a moment and yelled back, "How do I hand you the keys if the engine is still on?" No response. Did he want the keys or the engine on? Can't have both lol. He comes around to the drivers side and I turn off the engine to hand the keys through the window. He gets REAL angry and pouts," Ugh, NO. LEAVE THE ENGINE ON AND GIVE ME THE KEYS." I asked loudly, "HOW HOW DO I GIVE YOU THE KEYS AND LEAVE THE ENGINE ON?!" He gets flustered and stammers out, "NO, UGH, LEAVE THE KEYS IN." I said "OK." Dude walks in to the office shaking his head in an exaggerated way like a toddler. I said within earshot, "Bad instructions man." He just kept shaking his head and finally goes sarcastically, "OK HAVE A NICE DAY SIR." Horrible. Will never, ever, use this place again, even if it is just to drop off a uhaul truck. People like this make life just a little shorter for everyone. read more

I have been a patron of Security Public Storage in Glendora since 2005. I have always been impressed with Joanne's professionalism and warm positive attitude. Recently, I went into my storage unit for the first time in years. It was immaculate. Joanne and Bill make a great team as on-site managers, and the proof is in the pudding. It takes considerable effort, discipline, and commitment to keep that facility in such pristine condition. They must have a magic wand to be able to keep it so clean. At one time I considered moving my things to a storage unit closer to my home in Lake Arrowhead, CA. However, I do not trust that I will be as satisfied with any other establishment that is not managed by Joanne and Bill. They definitely make a difference. I highly recommend this storage facility. And I do not bat an eye at the storage costs. It is so readily apparent that Joanne and Bill work their little behinds off to maintain their high standards of excellence. This place is fabulous! For over a year, I've been using this storage facility. The staff are exceptional. Joanne and Justin are very kind, good people. The facility is top notch clean, security is great, and I highly recommend. The pricing is fair, and when I needed to downsize to another unit, Joanne worked with me to find another in the same building. It was a bit stressful as I had movers coming to pick items the following week, and I needed to move some items to another unit so have two simultaneously for a brief time. This facility is clean, convenient and safe. I chose Security Public Storage because the staff members are honest and on-site (unlike bigger companies where the person you call to ask questions is located across the country, which makes them unfamiliar with the facility in question). The storage units are indoor, alarmed, and monitored by video surveillance. They are not air conditioned, but the facility is insulated, so the building stays cool and belongings are not harmed. Additionally, discounts are sometimes available, making the prices very reasonable for someone on a tight budget... especially if you're only planning on storing for a few months and not long-term. read more

Joanne is a great manager! Such great customer service from her and the staff. I got a 10x10 unit last year and this year I got one as well but I am sharing it with a friend.
