Great date night with the wife. Left full but not stuffed and food was amazing and the service was excellent!

Always like the flat breads. If you want something lite, get a flat bread (or two for two) and a bottle of wine. The fish is always good and properly cooked. read more

Great atmosphere, menu and quality service. This a real restaraunt! The weekly and seasonal menu items are fantastic.

Loved it! So much for me to choose from with not eating meat. When are you coming to Cleveland????

I took my family to Seasons for my mother's birthday dinner. The place is very pretty, nice environment indoors and bonus, it looked like they had a very pretty outdoor area. We all got steak and salads. I got an order of avocado toast. For the prices, I was disappointed. You can get better avocado at First Watch or Chuy's, which are in a whole different category. The dish was tasty but they piled sprouts, sautéed onions and cilantro on the toast, which was mushy and it was sort of a big mess. I did not think the avocado was great and a little obscured by the cilantro and other strong flavors. All of our steaks were undercooked, which left us thinking that that they may do this as a precaution, to avoid overcooking. To make matters worse, no one came back to check on how our food was cooked, which should happen in any restaurant serving anything, especially steak, and especially for the prices. It was at least 20 minutes if not more before we were able to flag down our waiter, who happened to be cleaning a table nearby. So by the time I sent my steak back, everyone at the table but myself was pretty much done. The waiter comped our shot glass desserts, which was nice. I am not sure if it was an apology for abandoning the table or they do this for all birthdays. The desserts definitely looked pretty but mine tasted mediocre at best (blueberry cheesecake). The bread basket, which we had to ask for and which they charge for, was our favorite thing. The place was just "okay". We hardly ever saw our waiter and the food was mediocre. Not worth the price. read more

Had an awful experience. I was seated in a large sun room style area in the front of the restaurant. The service started out very slow and midway through dinner the heat broke. The room dropped dramatically in temperature. My family was freezing and I witnessed several customers leave or ask to speak with the manager. We stuck it out considering we had already ordered dinner and wanted to get out as quickly as possible. One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I assumed management would make some sort of accommodation other than asking to reseat us when a table became available, but the experience was already damaged. I walked outside on a 40 degree night and felt warmer than inside. I only paid full price and failed to complain in person because freezing wasn't worth it. read more

We normally stick to local places but have always enjoyed heading to Seasons 52 and sitting at the bar to have a nice dinner and listen to live piano music. This was the one unique offering they had and was the main reason we came. Now that they have gotten rid of the music, we don't have a reason to choose Season 52 over any of the other places nearby. read more

Loved the atmosphere, not the food. This is a chain owned by the group that owns Red Lobster and Olive Garden (not sure why the waitress thought that was worth sharing?). The food reflects that. Bland. There are so many good, independent restaurants nearby. I will stick with those. read more

Wanted the food to be good as the service and staff was excellent . Great atmosphere but the food was very close to what you expect at a chain ( Friday's, Olive Garden ,etc) but twice the price . read more

We made reservations for Seasons 52, so we were able to walk right in and were seated immediately upon arrival. The bar area is very cool, lots of dark wood and deep colors. The service staff was attentive without being "always there". i loved the concept of everything being fresh AND under 475 calories; I actually was able to order what I wanted without worrying about the calories. I had scallops with risotto and asparagus and everything was simply delicious. We shared a flatbread appetizer and it was amazing as well; if it had been lunch I could have made a meal on it. I will definitely go back in the fall to see what new creations they have in store and highly recommend if you enjoy fresh food. read more

First time at one of these restaurants. People said it was good. I don't believe I'll be going back. Nice atmosphere and service was good, bit that was window-dressing on VERY over-priced food and wine. Most times, you get what you pay for. I felt like I paid double for half of what I wanted. Net, poor value and not worth coming again. read more

Food was bland, atmosphere was stale. I was hoping for something better. It's a great concept with average execution.

Filet and Lamb was perfectly cooked. Loved the fig and bacon flatbread and of course their signature desserts! Great meal!

The food was very good but the service was slow. It wasn't very crowded but it still took a longer time than we expected. The server was nice but not around if you needed something. read more

We just returned from our Thanksgiving dinner and all three of us were sorely disappointed. After opting for the "special", we realized that ordering off the regular menu may have been a better choice. The turkey was a bit dry, the side dishes were all miniscule in size and gravy was a mere spoonful. There were no rolls/bread provided. The dessert "tray" was laughable. Really! An oversized shot glass with a few ingredients do not make for a pleasing dessert. No other choices (a real piece of pie or a normal dessert) was available. For the price of $26.95 each, these meals were not worth the money and the atmosphere is not worth the extra money. Background music was so loud that conversation was difficult. Believe me, this is not a restaurant that we will visit again. read more

My husband and I have eaten here 3 times and never had a bad experience. The food is always delicious. The staff has always been professional. A great date night spot. read more

From the salty, but no flavor crab and spinach stuffed mushrooms to the heavily sauced and over-seasoned salmon and the dry cold hard "bread sticks" served without butter or oil, this dining experience was a true disappointment. Great concept, but lots of issues with the kitchen's execution here. read more

What wonderful meals and service we had here on New Years Eve! Our group of four enjoyed our drinks of beer, wine, and mixed drinks. The lobster and fresh mozzarella flat bread was very tasty. Two of us had the lobster entree which we enjoyed. One person had the rainbow trout and the other had sea bass. The entrees were hot, had a lovely presentation, and tasted very good. We each chose different desserts which were all very good. I loved the key lime dessert! I cannot say enough about the outstanding service we received on this busy evening. The setting was also very nice, clean, and the music was appreciated. We will be back! read more

This is the best restaurant in the city. Several reasons why I feel this way. The food is good and prepared perfectly. Low in calories is their mantra. Secondly, the place is run well. Management is on top of things at all times. Thirdly and most importantly, the staff is well trained and is very friendly, accommodating to all requests. Bar staff is the very best. Thank you Seasons 52. read more

I absolutely love seasons 52. I was there Saturday night, and even though they were extremely busy, our server Jay was very attentive and that perfect combination of personable and professional. This restaurant is way above any typical restaurant. The food is delicious. They have very unique dishes. The Sous Chef T. R. took the time to come to our table to see how we liked the food. The presentation was also very impressive. The managers CJ and Kyle also came to our cable to make sure everything was going great! Annie, who is in training, I'll sell made our experience more special. I would highly recommend trying seasons 52. You will certainly be glad you did! read more

The devil is in the details, as they say, and this place is all about details. We've never been here before but decided to give a try and the short version of this review is, "we will be back. Soon." From the time we walked in to the moment we left the service was, in a word, perfect. Smiling faces and a crew that obviously takes some pride in where they work and what they do. The menu selection was solid and the food was absolutely delicious. My wife had Chilean sea bass and I had braised short ribs, staple dishes each with a unique twist. The place and a cozy ambiance and was spotless. Thanks to the Seasons 52 crew for a great meal. read more

Totally mis lead when ordering the braised short ribs. They are actually a hunk of meat chuck roast. Even the chef came to table and said its like a pot roast. Nothing like short ribs. The amount of grits that came with the chuck roast was a tablespoon at the most. Will not be returning anytime soon read more

The flatbread "pizza" was legitimately a cracker without any type of sauce and some veggies on it. My husband had the Braised beef which he compared to crockpot roast beef. All together unimpressive for the price. On the upside, the mushroom appetizer was decent. read more

We dined here as part of their preview. The inside is very nice for date nights. The food was very tasty and the portions were large. The service was also good; our server Rebecca was very helpful and friendly and our foodrunner Morgan was very knowledgeable about what we ordered and nice. read more

Super tasty food! For an appetizer we got the stuffed mushrooms-very yum. For dinner I got the vegetarian tasting: quinoa-citrus salad, soft taco, chili relleno, vegetables, cedar roasted tofu, and mango chutney. Not to mention a baked pear that was to die for. Nice to see a restaurant offer a vegetarian meal that isn't boring or the typical pasta + marinara sauce. My boyfriend ordered the lamb with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus-he loved it. For dessert they offered shot glasses filled with goodies. I ordered the red velvet cake and my boyfriend got the rocky road. Again, really good. Service was stellar and the ambiance is romantic/fun/lively at the same time. Prices are decent, definitely a nicer place to go but not outrageously priced or pretentious. My vegetarian option was $13.95. Highly recommend. read more

This is one of the best restaurants I've been to in a long time. The ambiance is nice, the service good and the food--TOTALLY DELICIOUS!!! It was fresh, tasteful, low cal. Nothing is perfect...this was a wonderful change from other restaurants. Not for big eaters, though. read more

Really great food and service. We split the pepperoni flatbread, ahi tuna & butternut squash soup as appetizers and then went on to indulge in the korean duck wraps and bbq chicken. All the food was delicious and well prepared read more

I visited C52 for the first time last night. I would rate my visit really more of a 3.5 but additional visits would be required for a possibly higher score. I had a reservation but it took nearly an hour to be seated. This is reasonably forgiven, however, since it was the evening of Thanksgiving and the place was packed. The person who received my reservation over the phone earlier in the day was unable to write down my name accurately even when spelled which resulted in being repeatedly mis-addressed by the staff. This was eventually resolved, and I was actually impressed that everyone went to the trouble to try address me personally. Once seated, the waiter attention was excellent, and food delivery quick. Food quality and taste were excellent. The Portions were generous. Overall service was excellent. I have no concerns about returning again the future. With their reputation of menu changes reflecting the seasons, I am actually curious how the food will be at different times in the year. read more

I had my birthday brunch here two weeks ago and Seasons 52 is one of my new favorite restaurants! The service was incredible, our server was overly attentive and made me feel so special for my birthday! The food was absolutely INCREDIBLE, I had a bloody Mary and Seasons 52 version of eggs Benedict. Everything was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be frequenting this restaurant! read more

Went to Seasons 52 for the first time tonight. Was quite excited as their brand promotes fresh, in season, food. While the food was good, portions were small and the service was rather dreadful. Even though we had notified them that two of the members of our party were celebrating birthdays, we felt rushed through the entire meal. Complete meal was in and out in a little over and hour--hardly fine dining. The "artisan, cheese fondue" was little more than a cheese dip with baked flatbread as the "bread." While the food was well prepared, portions were small and the entree arrived before the appetizers were even finished. Wife's water glass was not refilled once and while the waitress was pleasant, I felt like the service was not what I would expect for the prices. Lobby was packed when we left, so it felt like the objective was more geared to moving people through quickly than it was cultivating return business. Odds are we will not be going back. I am pretty disappointed as the food was very good and it was the kind of menu I enjoy. read more

The location of this restaurant is very attractive, as is the inside decor and overall ambiance but that's about it. The food is mediocre at best. Service was incredibly slow from the hostess stand all the way through the end of dinner. The hostess was frantically running back and forth to the kitchen while phones were ringing in the front and impatient diners were gathering behind my wife and I waiting to be acknowledged. Once seated, a less than attentive waiter with a name posh enough to match his arrogance casually asked if we would like any wine. Wine selection was nothing to write home about; the typical $12 bottle marked up 300%, par for the course. Starters came out (flatbreads)... Steak and chicken. Both lukewarm, bland, and made with less than quality meats. Entree was steak and salmon; steak was certainly passable aside from the fact that is was served on a bed on unseasoned, seemingly boiled spinach, and flavorless mushrooms. Salmon portion on the cedar plank was small, overdone, and lacked flavor. The only saving grace was the grilled lemon served on the side which added some much needed acidity to the dish but not much else. Vegetables served on the side were bland and added nothing to the dish. Dessert shooters are visually appealing but all of them are so incredibly sweet that it becomes a struggle to finish one. Our waiter disappeared after dessert... No mention of coffee, or more drinks, or more anything... Won't be back to this undeserving trendy and busy location. read more

First, I prefer fresh, organic foods, grow my own herbs and avoid a lot of fat and animal products, so this restaurant sounded appealing. I do like lots of flavor and I know you can have that without sacrificing health. Chili usually means spicy and flavorful. Not their White Bean Chili. It tasted more like Poor House gruel or prison food. It was accompanied by a small sliver of cold, hard, dry bread. The hamburger didn't live up to the description. Dry and bland. Didn't think much of the lobster flatbread either. Nothing tasted yummy. The servers continually demand that you affirm that everything's delicious. They cleverly phrase it so that no other answer is possible. The raspberry, on a toothpick in the watery raspberry lemonade, was sweet and juicy. That's about all I can say. . Food can be healthy and also flavorful with the right combination of herbs and spices. I won't go back. read more

I was celebrating my birthday with a group of ~10 friends. Upon arriving at Seasons 52, we were placed in our own private room, which was amazing. Then, our server Angelo was able to work with friends joining at various times to make sure that we had our food together at the same time as best he could. Not an easy feat, given how tardy a couple of my friends were! He was extremely attentive and I felt I was never without a drink in hand. About half of my friends had never been to Seasons 52 before; they LOVED all of the food - appetizers and entrees! And then dessert - WOW - appreciative that everyone had a free dessert to begin with, but we continued to order more! And then at the end, Angelo was able to split our checks in various ways that may have been annoying but he did it without showing frustration. I always have a great experience at Seasons 52, but this topped all the others. I will absolutely come back again, and I do think some of my friends have now become new customers of the restaurant. Seasons 52 truly made my birthday feel so very special. read more

My family had really looked forward to having Thanksgiving dinner at Seasons 52, but we were sorely disappointment on November 26. The restaurant was overwhelmed with people and could not handle all of the guests. Our reservations were for 6:30, but they were running so far behind that they were not sure when they could seat us. We sat at the bar and were aghast at the slow service and bad attitude we experienced. It took 15 minutes to even get my first drink, and I had to flag the bartender down for it. I tried to get another male bartender to help me and he scowled at me...he was very stressed out. The third bartender almost rolled her eyes at us when we flagged her down(brunette). Even the main bartender was getting short with guests. They all did appear to be working hard, but they were not smiling and obviously were not happy to be working that night. I am hesitant to return there anytime soon. We cancelled our reservation and went straight to Capital Grille(sister facility)... had wonderful service, as usual. Many people then started coming to Capital Grille as they were frustrated with what was going on at Seasons 52. I'd recommend that Seasons 52 not try to do Thanksgiving again, unless they limit the number of reservations. Coaching is needed with their bar staff on how to manage a busy bar... read more
