I would've preferred a phone call as opposed to filling out the app so there wouldn't be as much miscommunication between the movers and the job they had to do. Also, while it wasn't an issue, I got an email about 18 hours before our move asking if they could reschedule it for 2 hours earlier. They did not honor their contract and kept charging extra fees. They moved my belongings to another facility without informing me or my consent. They kept adding fraudulent charged to my account. I had to hire another company to move my belongings to. A total nightmare.
