We had to move the left items and they gave me grief for requesting a $100.00 credit/rebate. They also "lost" belongings. The other day I was going to give them another chance, and gained quotes for 2 moves....2 locations. I got a lot of confusing information from their rep Regis, mistakes on the quotes, and then a lot of attitude from him as well. When I asked to speak to Santiago I was told "that was a different time"... meaning that the owner no longer talks to customers...he is too big for that now. Never again. They are not the company they once were.

Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. First off, I wanted to start this review with the acknowledgment that the gentlemen who moved me did an excellent job. They worked hard and efficiently, and they did a great job helping me pack my apartment into the small space of the unit and were very friendly. The only 2 complaints I have however with the company in general were the punctuality and the cost. I initially asked for a morning slot and the week before when I reached out to verify the confirmation, they requested I take a 2 or 3p slot, which I said I preferred the 2p, but they confirmed as 3p, and I agreed. However, around 2:10p I received a call that they were going to be late around 4:30p due to the previous movers. Then at 4:35p I received anther message saying they were sorry, but now they would not be there until 5:10 due to traffic. This caused me to not finished moving with them until 7:30p and I still had work to do after they left. As for the cost, while they do not make this clear, when they say minimum 3 hours - they mean minimum on labor is 3 hours + 1 Hour minimum on travel. So please expect their minimum cost to be 119/hr (2 movers cash) x 4 hours = 476$. If they had come at the requested time, total travel time would have been only 45mins + move time 2.15 hours = 3 hours for myself, so there was an additional cost not expected. Just please be aware when comparing companies.

Sam and 2 other guys moved our 3 bedroom house locally in 5.5 hours, and this included finishing up a lot of extra packing that we didn't finish before they arrived on moving day. They also brought a second truck to carry all of our garage/outdoor belongings, which was nice to know that those things weren't co-mingling with our indoor belongings. We were not initially quoted for a 2nd truck but we were also not charged extra for it based on our agreed-upon hourly rate, so it was much appreciated! They assembled and placed my furniture exactly where I wanted, and nothing was damaged in the move.
