I got a lot of confusing information from their rep Regis, mistakes on the quotes, and then a lot of attitude from him as well. When I asked to speak to Santiago I was told "that was a different time"... meaning that the owner no longer talks to customers...he is too big for that now. Never again. Unlike my experience with many of their competitors, Octopus promptly answered my call and provided a very reasonable quote. The service was scheduled for a few days later and the movers arrived promptly, loaded the truck and delivered/unpacked everything within the two hour window (1 hour 57 minutes!) I was targeting. They even reassembled the table for me. Both movers were polite and efficient. From what I understand, the company is based in Massachusetts and has recently branched out to the Providence/Newport area. I hope that they will be successful here.
