The team was professional, polite, patient, and extremely hardworking. They helped me pack almost the entire kitchen, did a tremendous amount of heavy lifting, and were very accommodating with all of our belongings. They were also incredibly smart and resourceful--for example, they figured out how to get our washer through an extremely narrow doorway when we weren't sure it would fit! The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration.
