RC Mason did a phenomenal job with our PCS. Our Crew Leader Harold and crew members Cori and Anthony, were very professional and kind. They did a great job making sure our stuff was loaded carefully and treated it like it was their own. We were going to put it in storage and then ended uo finding a house, Harold made sure to contact me with times and updates. Overall very pleased with the whole process. read more

My wife and I moved from Saugus to Foxboro, Ma a few weeks ago and we contacted RC Mason Movers of Peabody. The salesperson, Ray, came to our house and was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable . He went through the four floors of our condo and gave great advice, gave us an estimate, and made us feel that we would receive great attention in our move. The crew of Cam, Kevin, Ron, and Kris came on the day and time that was promised. They were clean, efficient, polite, skilled and helpful at all times. The entire move went great, beyond our expectations. Nothing was damaged and they complimented our packing skills. The crew put the furniture and boxes where asked and were very efficient. We definitely got our monies worth from RC Mason Movers and recommend them highly. read more

I needed a moving company on very short notice, and during the busy season, (late spring & summer). My husband an I were initially going to use pods, but after a couple days of packing realized we were in over our heads. With 3 bedrooms, a huge living room set,an office, an 8 seater dining room table, 3 armoires, an outdoor furniture set, kayaks, bikes, etc... I reached out to the company, and received an email response from the owner himself, Jeff Mason. The correspondence was with much ease. He sent us one of his sales reps within 24 hours. It's a good thing we reached out, we were told we needed a tractor trailer! Bryan, our sales representative was on time and courteous. He explained that with such short notice, (2 weeks), they had availability for such a big job. They came to pack us up 2 days before the move. We would then be moving into our new home the day after we closed. Because of this, we payed 3 nights storage at a very reasonable price. This worked out even better than I thought. We were able to give the crew a better idea of where we wanted our stuff when they arrived on move in day. Cam, the Forman assigned to our move was on time, professional, and has been with this 4th generation company for many years. The men working on his crew did exactly what was expected of them, delivering and setting up each piece of our furniture with the care of a white glove service. My antique armoires were in perfect condition, my framed photos weren't cracked, and there wasn't a scratch on any furniture. Hiring this company was the best professional decision we made in our move! read more

Professional, responsible and reliable. I could not have done my cross country move from LA to DC without Mason Movers. Jeff and his team of Mary, Ray and Mark have been amazing. The move was something I was dreading and they made it seamless. The movers showed up on time, wrapped and inventoried everything and stored my furniture/belongs for 11 months in LA. When I was ready for my stuff to arrive in DC, I just made the call and they were on it! They just delivered everything on time again in DC, in the same condition it was in 11 months ago! Mason Movers took something that could have been so stressful and made it easy. If you are looking to make any kind of move, these are your guys! I'm recommending them to everyone I know. I will not make another move without them. Thank you all for everything! I would give you 100 stars, if I could! read more

The guys, Carlos and Caharo were very careful in inventorying the items in my shipment. Nothing was misplaced or damaged.

I highly recommend this moving company. Starting with planning with Tay to the team on the day of the move - Nick, Ron & Kristian were friendly, professional, organized, and quick. pricing was reasonable as all moving companies are expensive but they completed the job in a timely manner so there was no increase in cost. Thanks team. read more

We had the most wonderful experience with the Team of Cam Kevin and Kristian with our move from Lynn to Franklin MA. They were professional, extremely efficient and very helpful with the placement of our furniture. They were very pleasant to deal with and we would highly recommend them. read more

Terrible experience. I had high hopes given the good reviews. Brian came over for an in-house appraisal. He was an hour late due to traffic, but that's given in downtown Boston. Excellent service and very professional during the appraisal, but then... crickets. I got an final estimate 4 days later to move one room and a car from Boston to Seattle. On-site he said it would be between $5k and $6k, but the estimate was for $8k... I am still waiting for other options that he offered to lower costs (ship car and stuff separately, for example). It has been over 10 days now, and still nothing. I have tried calling multiple times and no response, text messages and also no response, and emails, guess what? I can't get the guy to even make me an offer, how can I trust the company to move my stuff?f Ultimate decision? I am not moving my furniture. I am selling it or trashing it, and sending books, clothes, and whatnot with Amtrak... way cheaper and faster. I bet they move things okay, but I didn't even get to that. Your call. read more

These guys came to pack up my house for a military move across the country. Honestly the best movers I've ever encountered. They were incredibly fast, and wrapped all of my items individually in copious amounts of padding and paper before crating them. Everything came through without a scratch. My parents have used Gentle Giant in the past, who are also fantastic, but R. C. Mason's team was even better. We were seriously impressed, can't recommend this company enough! read more

Impressed with the work ethic and professionalism of "Harold." This move was not for myself but I was acting in place of a fellow military member. Harold called me just before they arrived as I requested, the entire process went smooth. Also great job to his helper "Will." Harold is an asset to your company! read more

I would just like to say Justin, Mike P and George B was terrific handling our household goods. They fast and efficient. I would recommend this business. New England is lucky to have this franchise in this part of the country! Thank you! read more

if you need to organize an international move, do NOT hire RC Mason Movers. They did a poor job packing (and breaking our furniture) and then completely not taken responsibility for the dangerous and expensive mistakes that their international partner made. read more

Called RC Mason movers for a estimate on a move. They came out to give me a price, after Being a half hour late to appointment. They then told me it was a full 8 hour minimum per day because this was a busy time of the year? So if its only a 4 hour move you have to pay for 8 hours? So in January when there not busy can you pay half price? I think this is price gouging! I will never use this company nor ever recommend it!!!! read more

Had a great experience with RC Mason movers. The crew (Art,Angel,Oscar and Bernard) was professional and worked really fast and efficiently to complete the job. Everyone worked as a team and I personally enjoyed their good sense of humor. Would highly recommend them for any move. read more

Terrible phone manner and poor, very poor customer service. I called to get some information and a quote to move from the east coast to the west coast. From the moment the man on the other end answered he seemed annoyed. I mentioned I would like to take a couch, tv, king size bed, a motorcycle and a car. He quoted me $8,800 (outrageous) and then hung up on me after he said the number. Strange. This is not a company I would recommend based on their customer service alone. read more

RC Movers is moving us right now! Our area is incredibly tight in a small New England town with several feet of snow. These guys are professional, timely, hard working and they CARE about your house and your things. They also have a sense of humor! I am so impressed I've already sent their information out to several friends and real-estate agents in the area. Thank you Harold, Cam and team: Brian, Ray Q., Mario, George B. read more

Jeff and George are really professional and experienced movers. I started with Ray the office person at RC Mason Movers. He was so helpful and most of our follow up was by email. He sent a quote which was a very fair price and less than I had expected for a professional moving company. While this was a small job, I would use RC Mason for a full household move since they are an agent of Atlas Van Lines, so can handle the biggest, long-distance moves. It's clear that Jeff, George and Ray all have years of experience in their jobs and that was a big relief when things got complicated. For example, when they got to the new building for the move-in, they were required to move things through the loading dock, which was a floor below and through an obstacle course of hallways and doors, some of which required a passcode. Both Jeff and George took this all in stride, which helped my stress level because this surprise route to the unit took a lot more time and effort. They were extremely patient and seemed to just take the attitude that it takes whatever it takes to get the job done. That's what a pro does and I will be saving their number for future use. read more

I've had a pretty rough go of my move from Kentucky (completely separate moving company), but RC Mason was top notch. When the guys arrived, they were friendly, got to work quickly, and treated my stuff like it was their own. They worked hard throughout the day, and were all around pleasant to have around. I would highly recommend RC Mason for anyone looking for an actual low-stress moving experience with professional movers. read more

Harold and his team (Mario, Marcos and Anthony) were all fantastic! All of them were very professional throughout the moving process. They came to pack everything up on Monday, 6/26 and our originally scheduled delivery date was July 5th. We were pleasantly surprised when Harold told us he would have it there by 6/28. His team worked so hard on Monday - I don't think any of them ever even stopped for a break. They got everything packed and treated our home and belongings with great care. They were great on the delivery end too and would have stayed as long as we needed them to help us unpack. I would definitely recommend them! Thanks guys for doing such a great job! read more

I was in-charge of my daughter's move from NH to CA. The guys arrived, and got right to work. Harold Mir was the driver (lead guy) and he let me know what to expect, and he and Ray and Joel started packing everything up. Very professional and friendly but no nonsense. Very happy with my end of her move. Just hope she is as happy on the other end! Would definitely call them if I need a mover. read more

Harold Mir, the driver, delivered on time (even ahead of schedule, which worked for me). The final cost was 10+ percent / less / than the estimate. No fuss, nothing broken. Harold assembled furniture, stacked the boxes neatly. Excellent work. I highly recommend this company and this particular driver. read more

I was extremely nervous about having movers come by and pack my things but Cory and Shawn were both AMAZING and surpassed my expectations. They did an excellent job packing my things carefully and thoughtfully. I was lucky enough to have such hard workers assigned for my move and for that I am thankful. I hope that the movers that meet me at my final destination are as nice and professional as these two. Thanks! read more

Jeff, Neil, Oscar and Ray did an outstanding job of packing up our air freight and household effects for an international move yesterday. They were a little early (!), finished ahead of schedule (!), very courteous, had all of the supplies they needed, and knew when to ask questions. This was my wife's first move in 20 years, and by the time the RC Mason crew finished, she was feeling a lot better about her carefully-wrapped stuff. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Jeff and his team were incredible! We are a military family and this was our best pack out ever. We moved to Europe and we didn't have any breakage! This was the first time we had zero loss in 10 moves. The team was kind, respectful, and detail oriented. Thank you Jeff and team for supporting the needs of the military community and for being such a positive part of an otherwise stressful time in our lives. Bravo!!! read more

I was very disappointed with how things ended up with RC Mason. The salesperson Brian was very helpful when providing me information, although it often took him several days to return a call. I chose to go with Mason for my move from Danvers MA to Boulder CO. My belongings were picked up as planned, 3 weeks before my arrival to Boulder. The day before I was flying to Boulder I found out my belongings NEVER LEFT MASON's PARKING LOT. Not only did they forget to ship my things, they lied to me about it. I eventually found out from Atlas and not RC Mason. Ashely from RC Mason pretended she was helping me and said Atlas dropped the ball, but I specifically asked her where exactly my things were and she said "she is trying to find out from Atlas". However they were in a truck in the parking lot of Mason. Ashely gave me her work cell phone and said call anytime - but when I called she never responded. I finally spoke to Jeff Mason who did at least follow up and provided me with honest answers. My belongings came one week late and I had to stay in a hotel while my pets that came with me were in an empty house scared. I would NEVER hire them. If you do follow up every day and call Atlas for an update, because Atlas is the ONLY one that told me the truth and helped me manage through it. read more

We just moved using RC Mason movers and they were great from start to finish.I called to get a quote after they were recommended by my son in law. Brian came the next day to give a quote. He surveyed our apt and we also told him we had stuff in a nearby self storage unit. He was very professional and sent us an estimate promptly. We were not moving for a few weeks after that. They were doing some roadwork at the condo we were buying and we told him about this. He actually went over there and spoke to the construction crew and condo maintenance dept to be sure his trucks would get through, They recommended he not use the largest truck so he called us and we agreed to a revised estimate using 2 smaller trucks ( with one starting at apt and one starting at storage unit). He said it may even come out cheaper that way. On moving day the crew showed up promptly and were again very professional. Both trucks and all 4 men started at the apt and then went to the storage unit. They said they felt it would be more efficient that way. Luther was the crew leader and the other men were Matt, Denery and Denis. They really were very efficient. Since we had already moved over many of the smaller items and cartons they just had furniture to move. They ended up not needing to use the second truck so the final overall charge came out less than the estimate. All furniture was placed in the condo where we wanted it and the entire team was pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend RC Mason movers if you need a quality honest moving company read more

Working with this company has been a nightmare. My delivery time frame was 8am - 1pm. It is now 5:30 and I am still waiting. The dispatcher and the movers have told me lie after lie over the phone all day. I lost a day of work and still have no idea when/if my belongings will arrive. read more

Just a few days away from the closing, the piano sale fell through so we had to find a way to remove the final piece of furniture before the walk-through. Called and explained the urgency to RC Mason and the following day, a 2 man crew quickly moved the piano to it's new home two towns over in about hour. Professional, accommodating, and timely, will definitely use them in our next move. read more

I couldn't say enough about RC Mason Movers. Harold, Bruce, Michael, and David are the best packing and loading crew I've had out of nine military moves. Professional, courteous, and punctual are just a few ways of describing this crew. Thanks again guys for a pretty much flawless move! read more

Local packing guys were great but it's been 12 days and my stuff is still sitting in a warehouse somewhere 1500 miles away. We were supposed to receive everything yesterday but it hasn't even gotten out of their warehouse yet. We are living day to day out of a hotel because no one will give us the courtousy of letting us know when we should expect our household goods. If you want a company to treat you with respect then look elsewhere. This isn't it read more
