BUT that was not the case at Pride storage 2 centre st Wakefield. By far the worst storage facility I've ever dealt with. I opened a storage spot w. This joke of a…read morecompany back in August of 2019. I originally did it with automatic payments so I wouldn't have to worry about missing payments. Boy was I wrong. Automatic payments were taken out in the beginning as I applied for. All of the sudden automatic payments weren't taken out. You would think the storage facility would call me, email me, text me, or inform me any other way that I have a missing payment. 1 missing payment turns into 4 missing payments at a total of $900.00. John thought it was a great idea to text me on my fourth missing payment to inform me I have $900.00 in missing payments. Now I call John furious because there shouldn't be any missing payments because of the fact I did auto pay. There was a lengthy discussion and John specifically tells me "I'll take the extra lock off your storage. Come grab all your stuff and leave." We then confirmed with John that there will be no payment due because of the fact that it should've been taken out automatically. He did confirm that there will not be any payment due just grab the stuff so he can rent it back out. Fast forward you today. I grab my stuff and tell him it's all set and he sends me a text saying "I'll be filing w. The collections Bureau have a nice day." He's upset with me because he didn't do his job the right way and 1) take the payments out automatically 2) didn't inform me that it wasn't being taken out due to their system. If you decide to have a storage from this company make sure you make your payments every Month because They will rack up you bill and Threaten you!

I was put up against a wall by another recommended moving service, they dropped the ball by a number of ways like, not informing me they were going to be late because they scheduled an entirely different day, even after I confirmed with an email which day I needed them. Two Men & a Truck was called and they answered big time with an offer of same-day service within less than an hour after I called. The two men who came were courteous, affable and very accommodating. Even when they were ready to leave, they made sure what I signed, I said I did, I did! There was breakage of one piece, and even though I did pay the extra insurance for it, they had no qualms about it at all and reimbursed me as soon as we had done a follow-up interview with the service. Bottomline, they were there in a pinch and didn't pinch me in the process!
