Richard and I had set up the date and time about 3 weeks in advance and he delivered wardrobe and linen boxes to help me get my packing done. Over a long day of hard work, the Team was consistently careful with my property. The guys were polite, responsive to my questions and even suggested a great idea for furniture layout in an oddly shaped room. Now that I've unpacked the boxes, mirrors and framed art, I can say they are the best movers I've ever used over the years and that includes local and large interstate moving companies. The best crew! Rich was amazing as well as his staff! He knew I had to get out of Shetland Park before the raised their rent on me by the new owners by 90%. He told me it would be 4 men but to our surprise there were 7 men due to cancellations. They moved me so fast and carefully as my move was antiques and two fragile china cabinets. Three men very carefully worked together and packed my things accordingly. They have their own system and they know what they are doing. They were efficient as you know you pay by the hour. Recently moved into a new construction home. The move in date was not secured until 2 days before. Richard was very flexible on the move on date and times. I kept him constantly updated on the situation and no matter what happened Richard had us covered. Richard actually came to the house and figured out the amount of time he would need and the amount of trucks. His estimate was pretty accurate and his moving rate was very reasonable. I called other companies and they were much higher priced. They showed up on time the day of the move, Richard instructed his team on what to bring to the truck and he packed the truck perfectly. He filled 2 big trucks and if it wasn't for his packing skills the third truck which he brought to be safe would have been to have been used. My property had to be packed one day, stored overnight and then delivered the next day. They showed up the second day to deliver the property on time again. They moved everything where I asked and moved things to different locations as I needed. It was a very smooth and professional operation. I cant recommend their services enough if you are looking to move. The only negative thing I can say is, the moving truck lift gate gouged my new driveway when it was laying on it. It is a brand new driveway and soft, but I was disappointed my brand new driveway was damaged. I thought some wood could have been put down to prevent the damage. As far as moving services go, this is the company to use. read more
