The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice. They don't have an auto controlled door, and keeping the door open to move things in and out can be a hassle. It's a heavy door you can't prop open. "Watch out!" they raised my rent twice in one year - with little warning, a post card in the mail, no email. That fee that looked reasonable will double. They count on not losing you because you are there. But they have lost me - I will be moving out next month. Poor customer communication.

It's an epic dumpster fire that treats their lower level employees like trash ( no I'm not a disgruntled employee ). The facility has had multiple flooding issues because they have refused to address the sprinkler system and electrical issues involving the sprinkler system. I'm currently moving out of Salem and today my wife and I were doing on last clean out to finish our move. To our surprise we found an epic flood. The sprinkler system had clearly burst and had been doing so for hours. I had to call the fire department to come down to shut the water off to the sprinkler system. I spoke openly with the Salem fire department and they informed me that they have had multiple issues with this and tried to address the situation with the district manager and at the corporate level to no avail. Their concerns fell on deaf ears. The poor assistant manager had to show up in her pajamas to try and address the problem. Meanwhile the useless district manager and the useless general manager sat at home on the phone. This facility has become an epic dumpster fire. They had great management for a while until some genius decided to make unnecessary changes. They over charge for a facility with a rat problem, a clear structural and electrical facility issue. I'm not sure who actually has the ability to make a decision with this location but who ever it is should be fired because they are absolutely incompetent and uncaring of customer support and care. I'm attaching actual photos and hopefully the videos of the issue. Again because they haven't addressed the problem I HAD TO CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AND IF I HADN'T BEEN THERE THE LEAK WOULD STILL BE GOING!!! Also see the oil slick in the water... because someone was allowed to store large quantities of oil in their unit, which is against their so called lease agreement. BRING BACK TYLER!!! I'm not the only one fighting this. There are at the very least 10 - 20 other tenants ( one who has lost over $100,000 in damages) fighting this company. The manager is unprofessional and seriously needs to rethink how he speaks to customers and deals with women specifically. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SUBSTANDARD.

With 3 bedrooms, a huge living room set,an office, an 8 seater dining room table, 3 armoires, an outdoor furniture set, kayaks, bikes, etc... I reached out to the company, and received an email response from the owner himself, Jeff Mason. The correspondence was with much ease. He sent us one of his sales reps within 24 hours. It's a good thing we reached out, we were told we needed a tractor trailer! Bryan, our sales representative was on time and courteous. He explained that with such short notice, (2 weeks), they had availability for such a big job. They came to pack us up 2 days before the move. We would then be moving into our new home the day after we closed. Because of this, we payed 3 nights storage at a very reasonable price. This worked out even better than I thought. We were able to give the crew a better idea of where we wanted our stuff when they arrived on move in day. Cam, the Forman assigned to our move was on time, professional, and has been with this 4th generation company for many years. The men working on his crew did exactly what was expected of them, delivering and setting up each piece of our furniture with the care of a white glove service. My antique armoires were in perfect condition, my framed photos weren't cracked, and there wasn't a scratch on any furniture. Hiring this company was the best professional decision we made in our move!
