I would like to point out that JIM, a long-term, part time employee has ALWAYS been helpful, polite and wonderful in every way. He himself earns a five star rating *****, but sadly not everybody has Jim's high standards for customer service.

They got to our 2 bedroom apartment right on time, and even though we had quite a bit more than they anticipated (definitely a miscalculation on my part) they came more than prepared with extra truck space, blankets, tape, wrap, and more. We moved into a single family home and they delicately, quickly, and safely put everything where we envisioned, reassembled everything perfectly, and didn't complain once when my wife had them move things just a hair here, there, and everywhere. It really made it SO easy for us to get settled in and just be able to focus on our baby coming. We booked the move, confirmed the time, and they started communication / confirming details of the move about 7 days ahead of time. Even better communication day of move. The team of superstar movers (Arlen, Marvin, and Roberto) showed up at the early end of our appointment, quickly and efficiently loaded the truck, made a second stop in Cambridge on the way, and met us at the apartment. By the time I found parking in Beacon Hill and walked over, the move was done. Including a long sofa up a winding staircase to the 5th floor. Oh, did I mention NO ELEVATOR? A buyer was coming from NY to pick up the old saw, so the timing was critical and everything had to go right. It did. I dealt with Nick, who made sure there were enough people (4) to do the job safely. The movers were quick, capable, and nice. They arrived on time, set up and were done very quickly.
