Had a great experience with Nick's recently--I needed a tablesaw to be moved out of my basement, and a new one moved in. These are 250-350 lb beasts, with very little clearance to get through the doorway and up the stairs. A buyer was coming from NY to pick up the old saw, so the timing was critical and everything had to go right. It did. I dealt with Nick, who made sure there were enough people (4) to do the job safely. The movers were quick, capable, and nice. They arrived on time, set up and were done very quickly. Nick's moving team helped me move from Cambridge to Medford. They were my first experience with a moving company, and I appreciated the detail, follow up, and transparency throughout the process. The two gentleman who came to move the items - I packed them - were on time and worked hard, and I was happy to offer them cold food and drink during thr work. Do yourself a favor and read through the reviews. The price looks good, but STAY AWAY! Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced, where I was blamed and gaslighted for a scheduling mistake Nick made which ended with a no-show. There was no apology for the blunder, but instead I was told it was my fault because my appointment (which I literally made together with Nick) was at a bad time. Whaaaat? It's a load of crap; he was unorganized and double booked and therefore his team failed to show up. I was unable to find another moving company with availability for my move (the following day) and instead my gf and I hustled and did it ourselves; I have a bad back, it was 11pm and the plan was to leave the next day crack of dawn; in other words an utter disaster. Our frustration and fury with Nick's Moving was the fuel we needed to get it done. Instead of having the decency for a bare-minimum apology, I was instead told I should've picked a better time. He continued to blame everyone else on his team and never once took accountability for his incompetence. If I could give Nick's Moving Company 0 stars, I would. My experience with them was a complete nightmare. I was told that the movers would arrive at noon on September 1. Hours went by, with no update from Nick's. I would call every few hours for an update, and I was told that the movers were "on their way". The movers did not actually show up until 1AM on September 2nd!! Not only did I have to go through moving my belongings at 1AM (which is completely unprofessional), they did not even show up on the correct date, as they technically arrived on September 2. No apology was given, and I was not offered any sort of price discount. Things got much worse -- the movers lost a key piece of my bed, so they weren't able to put my bed together that night at 1AM. I was told they would arrive the next morning to fix my bed for me, which was already incredibly frustrating. They didn't actually arrive until 11PM the next night. I would call over and over again, and the owner would say that the movers were on their way, when they clearly were not. Again, no apology and no price discount. Nick actually double charged us, and never issued us a refund for the double charge, despite us calling multiple times. My biggest regret was not taking the numerous negative reviews of this company into account. My experience with them was an unprofessional nightmare. read more

The reviews here are all over the map. Some are 5 star. Some are 1 star. Please check the reviewers post history to see if they are legitimate. -- I needed help with a last minute move. I was desperate for help the next day, and Nick was the first company with any availability. He called me back, and quoted me $195 hourly for the job, and said that his crew would bring enough boxes for my two bed room apartment. I agreed, because I was not in a place to negotiate. I paid a $900 deposit, and waited for the next day. The crew arrived on time, but felt that they could not park close enough. So what do they do with my $195 hourly? They get coffee while Nick calls me to ask about parking, all while billing me full price. Sure, we could not have gotten parking permits overnight, but what exactly was I paying for? Certainly not for professionals to work a last minute job with unknown difficulties, because it seemed that they expected me to have solved all problems for them. They already had my deposit, so that could comfortably waste as much time as they wanted. Once we sorted out parking, the crew felt that they needed more boxes. Sure, it is not like I told them to bring boxes the previous night. So they drove off at $195 hourly to get boxes at Home Depot, and added $250. When they returned, we did the job. The job its self was pretty easy. I had a few friends to help pack, and we did what we needed to do. I asked the movers if they were getting paid extra for their trouble, and they said that they were. At the end of the day I tipped each $20. So imagine my surprise when the first call I get from Nick complains about me being a lousy tipper. Nope, $195 hourly is not enough. Gratuity is not extra on top of that. As a business, Nick is totally comfortable with insisting on more money on top of the agreed rate. No one is made of money, but why not see how much he can get out of me? Why not see if I have more money than common sense? Go for it, Nick. That night he could not bill my card for any more money, because we had hit a spending limit. I told him that my account had money, so we would talk the next day. So the next day I am sitting in a class around noon, doing my Saturday thing, and I see that he calls. I forward the call to voice mail so that I can follow up when my class ends, but before that I get a message from one of my friends. Apparently Nick felt that I was ducking his calls, and started calling any of my other contacts to get through to me. At that point I had to step out of class to tell Nick that I just spoke to him the previous day, and it is not appropriate to contact my friends about my bill. He billed my card again, and we hit the account balance, but I told him that I would follow up on Monday with the remaining payment. Banks are closed, so I can not do any thing before then. On Monday without calling Nick felt free to charge my card for whatever values he could get. He tried progressively smaller amounts until he got my last $100. At that point I got really upset, because he not only planned to use my card information at will until he was satisfied (not unlike an identity thief), but I also obviously needed my last $100 to live on. Then I had to firmly tell Nick that we were done. I cancelled the card. I told him firmly that he would get no more money from me, and that he should leave me alone. He said that he would see me in small claims. So we went to small claims court. Nick wanted to sue me for the remaining balance. I sued him for a more reasonable $105 hourly rate. He referred me to his lawyer, and suggested that I would be responsible for his legal fees if I sued (not true in Massachusetts small claims, but a decent way to intimidate the uninformed). He offered to settle for half of the remainder he wanted to charge me, but no deal. We had our day in court. After all of the facts, the court found that I was bound to pay the $195 hourly, but that Nick intentionally inflated the job, and owed me for the hours his crew was not working. So that is presumably the end of this transaction, assuming that he pays as quickly as he charges. Now one of two things is true, depending upon what price he quotes you. Nick might quote you the same $195 hourly, and additional $250 for an unspecified number of Home Depot boxes that he charged me. In that case he needs to look long, and hard at his business overhead. Or he might quote you a lower rate, which means that he thinks that it is some times OK to rip people off. Either way, this is probably a business you want to avoid. So now you know the facts. Please plan ahead so that you have more flexibility to avoid a bad experience of any one else is available. I never got my fair price from Nick. He freely charged my account until I cancelled the card, and only refunded me some of the money after I sued him. That is fine. He got a few dollars out of me, so please learn from my mistakes to keep him from doing the same to you. read more

An absolute nightmare to work with. Avoid at all costs even if this is the last moving company on the planet after some sort of apocalypse. Nick is a con artist. I was given a window of 12-2pm and his guys showed up at 9pm. 7 hours late for a 2 hour window. He's currently trying to charge me for 4 hours even though it took 3, citing an hour of travel time (I live less than 10 minutes from their location). Charging $200/hr for travel is absurd. He lied to me and led me on all day, using the same canned excuses over and over again. He spoke in circles and the terrible excuses - they moved a hoarder before my move (yeah right), a driver got sick (maybe but you have 5 trucks how does that back you up 7 hours?), a truck went down (probably not, and that's your fault so don't charge me full price?). I should have posted this sooner to help people avoid trouble. After reading some of the recent reviews, I was reassured of my suspicion with Nick's Moving Company. Below is my review. I'm going to just explain what happened, and have you come to your own conclusion. I reached out to Nick around 3/17/21 about booking an apartment move for Aug 31/Sept 1. My credit card was charged in full for $1450 on 3/17. However, on April 4th I noticed I had three identical charges from Nick's, on 3/25 and 4/4, and 3/17. I emailed him about this and ended up calling him. He was surprised to hear this and said he'd look into it. I emailed him the activity on my bank credit card. I didn't hear back from him so emailed him again on 4/5 to see what was going on. He replied and said I was accidentally considered a storage customer, which is interesting since I wasn't charged at regular intervals, and what kind of storage costs $1450 for ~ 1 week? He notified me I'd see a credit in 2-3 business days. Four days later, I still had not seen any of the two credits, so I emailed him. He said he'd reach out to the merchant processor. Four days after that (8 days later), I saw a pending credit for only one of the $1450 charges. I again emailed him to let him know, and he said he'd check with his assistant tomorrow. Six days after that (two weeks later) on 4/19, I still did not see the second credit. I ended up calling Nick, and he said he'd call the merchant processor. He said they thought it was a duplicate credit, which could be true, but at this point that issue should have been sorted out. He also didn't take my complaint about only one credit being issued seriously, as he tried to explain that it can take 3-5 business days. I tried to explain that if it was a time thing, it doesn't make sense that one charge was credited while the other wasn't. I talked to him a few times on the phone after that, always with a response from Nick that he'll talk to the merchant processor and I'll get a refund credit in 2-3 days. I explained again I was worried about my credit card bill and how I essentially had to fork up ~$4300. He also said he'd send me the email confirmation from the merchant processor for the credits. On 5/1 or 5/2, I called Nick again and explained that I still hadn't seen a credit for that second charge. I told him I wasn't comfortable going forward with the move with his company since I saw this as a reflection of the organization of his company, and how quickly he resolves customer issues. I didn't know if I could even trust that the movers would show up on time, let alone show up. He convinced me to give it another day and that he'd call the merchant processor to get it expedited asap. He also told me again that he'd send me the confirmation email he got from the merchant processor, I never received this from him. Well on 5/3 I still didn't see a credit issued back, nor did he ever send me the email confirmations of the credits. When I called him to tell him I'm done, he said he just got off the phone with the merchant processor and they would expedite the credit. He tried to explain that this is an issue on the payment backend and not a reflection of their services, and how I must have had issues getting credit refunds before. I was not convinced and told him I would not like to move forward and would like a full refund. On 5/29, almost 7 weeks after I first raised this issue with him, I still never saw a second credit refund, nor had I seen a full refund. Luckily I got my bank involved and disputed the remaining 2 charges, and saw credits back within 1-2 weeks. In the 15 years I have been using credit cards, I have never had a credit refund take more than 10 business days. Nick was always pleasant to me on the phone, and always took my calls. But what exactly happened with the triplicate charges and the obnoxiously long credit charge issue resolution is a mystery. read more

If I could give this company 1 star, I would. Nick's company is exploitative. Not only is it more expensive than literally every other moving company in Cambridge, there are unbelievable hidden costs ($50/item for furniture assemble and I got charged $100 for furniture that wasn't assembled). Further, the movers that Nick sends are horrible. They are slow, lazy, and unbelievably rude. They damaged several of my items, refused to handle things more carefully, and then reported back to Nick, who screamed at me. I have moved in over a dozen locations and using Nick's company led to the worst experience I have ever had. Nick's moving company exceeded my expectations on this move. I wasn't sure how this would go, but I am ultimately satisfied with my decision and intuition to hire Nick and his crew. They proved to be very efficient by bringing everything I needed for the move at the very beginning. Nothing was brought late or out of order. They were fully prepared from the very beginning, which set the tone for this move. The transportation of my things went well and the unloading went even better. They were either in rare form that day or just a high performance based company. Regardless, I got my moneys worth going through with Nick's Moving Company. I had a pretty mediocre experience with these guys. We were moving a one bedroom apartment into a 2 bed condo just 6 blocks away, and Nick's got decent reviews and estimated me several hundred less than other movers, so I figured why not, it's a short simple move. You get what you pay for, is the old adage, except I think we ended up paying them more than we would have another mover. Issues that came up: initial communication - Nick himself was extremely difficult to get in touch with and get a timely response from. We confirmed a couple months in advance and then I never heard anything else, so I called a couple weeks prior to confirm; no answer a couple times in the day, left messages, sent emails. He finally called me back a couple days later asking me to forward the original email back to him. Hmm. We ended up agreeing on a different date on the same weekend, so I'm pretty sure he lost my original booking. When the day came, the move was fine, but unprofessional and haphazard. It was just a couple of guys and a rented truck. They did not tag items or take inventory, which I overlooked because I was going to be following the truck the whole time; but still not very comfortable with that as a general practice. They did not bag our mattress, they did not pad or wrap any furniture, and they did not pack the truck well at all. The whole time they complained about how much stuff I had and how it was actually a "three man job." Great. On unload I started helping, because we were way over time and I knew I was paying for it. I should have helped load too, but come on, that's not what I'm paying for. As I was unloading (and later on) I noticed a lot of dings and dents in furniture and mishandled items. Frankly it wasn't worth making a fuss about, it was our cheap college furniture anyway and they were still good dudes, just not trained well or with the right experience. End of the day comes, still can't get in touch with Nick to confirm the time. He calls me later for the credit card, and of course it's over double the amount he quoted originally. By the hour, so what can you say. Get Gentle Giants, Grasshopper, or literally any professional moving company and pass on Nick. The $100 you might save in money you'll pay for in time, stress, and care of your items. Not really worth it. read more

Don't store with them. I picked Nick because they store as well as move stuff and I needed that. It was a mistake. They came and picked stuff up at the arranged time. The movers did a good and fast (30 minutes-ish) job loading things into the truck. Nick tacked on an extra two hours for driving back to the storage space and unloading the stuff. This seemed high, but I went with it. Then, on the day they were supposed to arrive, I heard nothing. I called them when they were 15 minutes late, and he said that the person who had moved me out was sick. Then he started asking me which stuff was mine. I guess they don't keep any records of any kind. The following day, when they finally did show up, they moved everything in well. Again, the movers worked fast and professionally while at the house. At the end, Nick did whatever he could to jack the price up, but he had way overcharged on the deposit and sounded surprised when I only owed him $30. In the month or two since the move, I have noticed that some of my stuff has had parts broken off and have had to be replaced. I would not recommend Nick's moving for storage. For moving, they might be fine for the price. read more

Moving is stressful, but selecting the right moving company does not have to be a stressor. Nick's Moving Co is cheap and friendly, as advertised, but they were also accommodating in scheduling and met additional requirements I needed. Overall, they were professionals. I was impressed by the young crew who wore masks during the entire move, and were mindful of my belongings. The company also has a comprehensive COVID procedure. They also went above and beyond by making additional stops, and even kept furniture overnight at their warehouse so they can drop them off to Habitat for Humanity for me. I will definitely be hiring Nick's Moving Co for my next move (although I hope it'll be long time from now!). read more

Suddeny the whole website was redone and all the positive reviews are lies. A father needed to move his sons apt . BAD. I have to wonder if many of these reviews are fake. I put down a $150 deposit for a 9/1/16 move. They were supposed to be there that morning at 10am. After much back and forth, 4.5 hours later, owner leading me on, hanging up on me, and being passive aggressive and rude, I finally opted to go rent a UHaul. I was supposed to be out by noon. The new tenant was moving in. Nick had no sympathy for the crappy situation HIS COMPANY put us in. I BEGGED him to just tell us if they were coming or if he was lying. The truck "was just on its way to us" so many times I thought I was going to be on an episode of Punked. I caught him in several lies. Did the truck just leave, was it already on its way, did they just finish up another job, were they just stopping for lunch - who knows. I couldn't stand to have all of my stuff in the apartment that someone else was moving into any longer that we broke down and rented a UHaul and did it ourselves. Our stuff was in the way of the new tenants and they were kind enough to go shopping for house items while we moved our stuff out ourselves. (Also, we paid much more for the UHaul than we would have if we planned on doing it all ourselves.) The worst part was getting the $150 deposit back. He said he would return it. After 4 weeks and his "new credit card processor" not returning the deposit to my card, I filed a dispute with my bank. Then Nick says that he's going to mail me a check. 1.5 weeks later it never came, but his assistant totally mailed it. My bank finally resolved the dispute for me. What a pain. Please do yourself a favor and look at his reviews on Google. Also, this company just moved from Somerville - the old Yelp! profile for the company with worse reviews seems to have been deleted. Moving pianos is part of their service, but the company did not ask any questions about the piano before giving me a quote. Though the initial hourly price was less than others, there is a minimum number of hours, and additional costs not revealed until they showed up. I was given a FLAT FEE, but then the invoice I was supposed to sign added in gas, an item fee, and later he added a plastic wrapping fee! The piano was removed but could not be delivered as planned because "it was heavier than we expected and we need 3 more men." He offered to hold it in storage for another fee. I lost the piano sale and had to donate it eventually after $800 in costs. This was extremely stressful in the midst of a major move. read more

So, I needed to have my bed moved and a tv to two locations. I called Nicks and received a quote for 89$ an hour, and they estimated it would take two hours and required a 100$ deposit. I was told they will arrive at 9 am at the day of the move. They arrived at 8:45. Unfortunately, I was not at the location till 9 am. They managed to complete the entire move by 9:45, which was an amazing 45 minutes, and an hour from the time they arrived. They did take an alternate route to the location, which took an additional 5 minutes, but felt that was negligible. Unfortunately, my credit card was billed 100$ and then an additional 98 dollars. The move cost $198. That is 20$ over their original quote. Essentially, I ended up paying 198$ and hour for Nick's moving company. Be warned their quoted hourly rate is not accurate, and you would be better off on relying on the total cost estimate. I will never use this company again, and suggest you be cautious. (update) I was advised that they have a two hour minimum. I just wish I was advised of this fact when I got my estimate. (update) However the owner also sent a message to me with a disparaging comments. read more

I was thoroughly happy and impressed with my move and movers, many thanks to Nick's! I have never hired movers before, and found it was so worth the money. I don't have much of a basis for comparison, but my goodness could these guys carry sh*t!?! I was amazed at the speed and efficiency... I was really impressed with Nick's customer service leading up to our move and the moving day process as well. We had to reschedule our move several times as our closing date kept changing. The office manager was professional and helpful each time we called to change the date. Mark, Santos, and Scotty did an excellent job on our moving day. They arrived right on time and got right to work. They worked seamlessly as a team, saving valuable time. It was the hottest day of the summer but they were fast and professional. Their professionalism made the moving day totally stress free. I actually was on a work conference call for most of the time that they were unloading the truck because I knew I didn't need to worry about them! They delivered all of our boxes to the correct destination room, making unpacking a breeze. We ended up having to hoist our box spring as it wouldn't fit over the stairs. Mark clearly explained what they needed to do, why, and how much it would cost. I appreciated that he took the time and was transparent with me. Nick's was referred to us by a friend. We were moving from RI to Boston and needed help moving stuff to our 5th floor walkup. Timeliness was important since our rental truck was due with tight schedules and our drive was long. The quoted price for services was very reasonable. On the day of the appointment; Mark, Tom, and Franco arrived 10 minutes early, planned the move, and efficiently unloaded the truck all in 50 minutes flat. This was a very pleasant surprise. They were very careful with every item, and in spite of the great number of stairs plus some heavy boxes; were very professional, courteous, and congenial throughout. At the end of the hour, all our stuff was in our new place, with not a single scratch/scuff on any delicate item. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a painless experience; and will certainly utilize them for our future moves. read more

Nick's moving was awesome. I moved from the South End to Somerville. They emptied out my 1 bedroom in about 30 minutes; they're really fast. The longest part was the drive over to the new apartment! They took care of the parking permits and also hoisted a box spring up through the fire escape b/c it wouldn't fit through the stairwell. They also dropped boxes off 1 week before I moved out. WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! Nick is a con artist! Don't trust him or his company! I schedule for a 1pm move on yesterday (May 30th 2020) but hadn't heard from them to confirm my appointment since u booking the appointment earlier this month (May 2020). At the time of booking, he charged me a $300 deposit and then charged me a $300 deposit again 10 days later (May 17th). When I called to get the duplicate charge refunded, he lied and said it would be handled quickly. However, on the day of my move, the money still hadn't been refunded and he justified this by saying that the move would cost about $600 after a 20% gratuity which is NOT true given that I was moving from a 450 sq ft one bedroom apt and only had 25 boxes, a couch and a mattress and he was suppose to be supplying 3 men a truck for $145/hr. What makes matters worse is that by 6:50pm the movers still hadn't showed up and he had been lying to me all day about when to suspect them! I struggled whether to give this company a 4 or 5 and ended up giving a 5 for a few reasons. 1). They were on the lower end of their estimate. Quoted 4-5 hours and ended up taking 4.25. 2). For the whole move, only 2 wine glasses were damaged, everything else is in the same shape as it was in our old apartment. 3). The guys moving were personable and genuinely seemed like they wanted to complete the job as quickly as they could. 4). They were able to get me in 5 days before my move date. As background, I was moving from a 2 BD in the West End on the 10th floor of an elevator building to a 1 BD 4th floor walk-up in the Fenway/Kenmore neighborhood. The rate was ~$130 per hour for the move-out and ~$140 for the move-in (reasoning was because it was a walk up above the 3rd floor, anything over 3 is charged extra per hour). Prices seemed reasonable and the only other surcharges were for diesel fuel ($20) and some of their tape ($3) that I used. $600 plus tip for my move is much less than I expected to pay. I can't say enough about Nick's moving! I've moved 7 out of the last 9 years. For the past 4 moves I've hired companies - started with Gentle Giant - who were good but very expensive, then Precision Moving for two moves who did a good job and were less expensive but took a little longer than i'd expect, and this last weekend I used Nick's. This was the biggest move - a full condo on the third floor, moving into a house with two sets of stairs, with the most breakable items I've had thus far, and the longest distance I've had to move things. 5 guys, 3 hours, and not a single item broken! They were professional, hustled, took great care with our items, and moved the most things in the least amount of time. I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I had scheduled a move time at 8:00am in the morning. At 7:00 that same morning, Nick's moving company sent me an email (no call, text, or voicemail) to inform me that my move would be pushed back 5 hours. I had to rearrange several other deliveries and moves to accommodate this last minute change. The movers intentionally left behind certain pieces of furniture in order to increase the time, and they also tried to charge me double the the moving time (due to "rounding up"). When I called at the end to explain my disappointment, I was spoken to extremely rudely, blamed for the logistical changes, and talked down to in a way that I never have. I am very understanding of service jobs like this, and was even willing to bend on the price and the time, but when I was spoken to SO rudely, I was truly at an end. The guys are REALLY nice and holy cow FAST!!! no really they are fast! They emptied my 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment in like 30 minutes! then drove from Somerville MA to Attelboro MA and unloaded all our stuff in under 45 minutes! the drive took longer than the moving! Plus they charged me just over $500. I recommend these guys to anyone I know that is moving. FAST and FRIENDLY... really what more do you want from a moving company? read more

The job itself went smoothly and the gentlemen were very nice but the payment process has been very suspicious and unprofessional. After paying for an extra hour of labor that we did not use, we incurred two $50 fees that we did not agree to and were not notified about. I have contacted the company several times to discuss these charges and I have been ignored each time. Expect to be charged several hundred dollars more than they quote. We would never have booked this company had they quoted anything near the actual amount we paid upon inquiry. Too bad, because the move itself was great. read more

Worse moving company ever!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE! I booked my moved with these people on 6/14 for 9/1 at 8:30am. I put down a $300 deposit and then a month later, without letting me know another $300 were charged to my credit card. When I called the first guy apologized, said he'd refund me the money and after a week of not seeing the money back, when I called I was told that this was just a pending charge in the event the move exceeds the $300 - fine, whatever. Fast forward to 9/1....the real nightmare started. The movers were suppose o be there at 8:30am. At 9am I called and I was told that a driver called out and they were running behind. To make a long story short, I was given the run around the entire day, heard all sorts of excuses while I was in the most uncomfortable situation I have ever been. The new tenants moved in, I was in their way with all of my stuff, thankfully they were very nice and understanding. I sat outside for literally 8 hours while they kept telling me, I'm sorry we're working on it, but they didn't seem bothered by the situation at all. Finally at about 5pm - my moving permits had expired my lid blew off and when I called they had the nerve to tell me that the earliest they could someone out to me was 8:30PM!!!!!! These people are fuckn' insane and irresponsible. My boyfriend ended up having to go get a truck last minute and move my stuff. Now the fight begins to get my $600 back. I was quoted for "2 men at 125/hr. Estimate 2 hours." 1) Crew arrived 2 hours late 2) They charge me an hours worth of time to drive from the warehouse to Porter Square 3) They brought a huge 24 ft. truck (which is for 5+ rooms) even though I made it clear I had very little to move. 4) They took an hour longer than I to drive to the new place. 5) Movers were inefficient, I was carrying more stuff than they were. I'd use these guys again in a heart beat. I knew nothing about them - happened to see their building one day bike riding (not sure why I was bike riding on Joy Street...) and liked their tag line of cheap and friendly. And they were! And they worked hard. Not one of them slacked (and there were 5 of them) during the whole 5 hours it took to move us. Before anyone thinks I have a gargatuan house, I used them to move our office. We who had to coordinate the office move were really pleasantly surprised how painless it was. Nothing was damaged or lost. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is they did'nt show up on the day they were supposed to. While that is pretty major, it was hard for us to be really mad because we called them the night before we were supposed to move and changed the date - we probably screwed a bunch of things up for them and since we were using a much bigger crew and truck, it was probably a fairly sizable annoyance for them and our new date probably got lost in the shuffle. They did compensate us nicely by giving us the 5th guy for free and an even bigger truck which comes out to a pretty big savings when you're moving a lot of stuff. read more
