I had to load 2 commercial ovens onto my trailer that weighed over 800lbs. The…read morefirst red flag was the woman that hooked my car up- she left equipment in my way so that I was blocked in trying to leave. I asked her to move it and she told me I could do it myself. Next, when I got home, I went to load my other car on the trailer and the front disconnected from my hitch. The ball is the correct size, she just never tightened it down on my car. Thankfully they took responsibility for the damage to my car and their insurance covered it, but even that was a slightly drawn out and annoying process. Their incompetence could have easily caused a major accident and killed someone. I'm just happy it didn't uncouple on the highway.
