Next, when I got home, I went to load my other car on the trailer and the front disconnected from my hitch. The ball is the correct size, she just never tightened it down on my car. Thankfully they took responsibility for the damage to my car and their insurance covered it, but even that was a slightly drawn out and annoying process. Their incompetence could have easily caused a major accident and killed someone. I'm just happy it didn't uncouple on the highway.

She understood that having multiple units near one another was ideal for our load in and explained the facility rules of operation/billing/access clearly. The little supply shop was great, too, when we discovered our padlocks were too big. And that we'd run out of shrink wrap. I've suggested this facility to two other stylists and everyone has been thrilled with their experience. Glad to find someplace easy to access and with a small business approach to customer service.
