They don't have them anymore, but my experience with their trucks was seamless and easy. I was able to get all my stuff moved in and the truck returned in one day. The building was secure and there were cameras everywhere. Driving around it and parking were easy, and the units are relatively easy to find. The GM, Laura, gave me a tour and helped me pick the right size unit for me (a smaller one). Laura also made sure I had no trouble getting in the building with my personal security code. Signing the agreement was quick and easy and Laura was patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. I'll update this again after my lease term is up, but I don't anticipate any problems based on what I saw.

They sent a guy to come out with his sweatpants hanging off below his backside , kept losing my phone number and EM, never opened my texts for addresses, came late and in total confusion. He too gave a rough quote of $9-10k. Several days later got a call once again asking for my EM and info, gave it all again. They quoted $18k, because he told me he originally he thought Arizona was next to Florida; when he looked at the map and realized where AZ was, the price doubled. Run, do not walk from this company.

What a HUGE relief that they sell U-Haul moving/storage items! All I needed was a mattress bag and…read morethe plastic cover for a sofa, but the U-Haul location nearby (N. Beacon St in Brighton) only had one. I didn't even know this was an option until I clicked on "locate nearby" and Watertown Self Storage popped up. Not only did they have what I needed (and picked up 30 minutes later) but to avoid the craziness at the N. Beacon St location is a relief. Watertown Self Storage is clean, organized and new; U-Haul is old, dirty and a hot mess. The 9 foot cargo van is also available for pick up here (and can be picked up during off hours!!!) and I have a tentative reservation for that later this month as well.
