I'm so much happier with this place and especially that I can be locked into a year's lease with no increase in rental fee. Also, they don't have the hidden charge of insurance or buying a proprietary lock. The place is clean and easy to use. The only semi-weird thing is that there are load bearing columns in the units that you need to work around for storing your stuff but that's to be expected in a retrofitted old factory building. I believe the space taken up by these columns is not counted in the square footage of the unit so it's no big deal unless you're trying to store some sort of giant item. Anyway, highly recommended!
