The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. So when I initially got my storage unit here I was very happy as you can see in my previous review…read more I was able to rent a large unit where I could store a substantial amount of my belongings safely. 4 months later, although, I was informed that the cost of my unit has raised 50%! From $219 to $319. They do not offer leases so whatever they say goes or I have to go back and move a very large apartment worth of my belongings which is a complete hassle, find a new storage facility, and find the time to move all of my stuff. The only other option is to submit to their management. No possibility of any kind of a discount if I were to rent an additional unit,nothing! I understand a rent increase but to raise my rent 50% is absolutely unheard of! And after only being there for 4 months. I feel trapped now. I thought I had a stable situation with long-term storage. And again this place is very clean and secure and I feel confident about the storage of my items, however, raising someones rent by just under 50% is not fair. 10% is understandable after being there for a year. I strongly suggest that you do what I am in the process of doing now, look for a different storage facility. One that possibly offers a contract with a lease agreement.
