I have rented storage units in the "city" and pulling a 10-ton truck in to load in and load out is a nightmare. While filming in a warehouse in Wilmington I noticed this facility being built. At the end of the year I decided to go check it out since it was time to put the kit to bed until February. It was awesome. Easy to get into. And the manager is so amicable and accommodating. She understood that having multiple units near one another was ideal for our load in and explained the facility rules of operation/billing/access clearly. The little supply shop was great, too, when we discovered our padlocks were too big. And that we'd run out of shrink wrap. I've suggested this facility to two other stylists and everyone has been thrilled with their experience. Glad to find someplace easy to access and with a small business approach to customer service.

NEGATIVE STARS RUUUUUUN from this absolute SHAM business…read more I had to get this storage space through my company as they were relocating me to the UK, and at the time, it was privately owned. This is the THIRD owner of this space and it is an absolute RACKET. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ever use this business!!!!!!! not only are they unprofessional bordering on criminal with their policies (they sold the company and let me know the day of that it was sold and there was zero option to opt out of the new owners, change payment, do anything) the space is seriously not kept up at all - there was a roof leak recently and my space was damaged because there is nothing over the individual spaces but the main gigantic roof which has major water issues especially in winter (hello New England) STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRIMINAL EXTORTIONIST EVIL COMPANY the absolute WORST! won't protect your belongings, takes zero responsibility for their SOLE purpose, evil evil evil extortionist assholes. Moveinit Moving And Storage committed to the date of Dec 2nd weeks in advance. They even dropped off boxes, packing supplies the week beforehand. We were scheduled for the Monday after Thanksgiving so everything needed to be set before leaving for the holiday weekend. The COI they provided for both buildings needed to be updated and Ken literally just never sent the updated insurance. All of this needed to be completed by Wed EOD before Thanksgiving as the move was for that Monday. All week I emailed and called Ken, non stop asking for the updated insurance and a CC form so that we can arrange for payment. Wednesday afternoon a woman called me saying she would have it sent to me right away- sure enough, nothing was ever sent and that was literally the last time I heard from anyone at the company. Fast forward to the actual day of the move, I called Ken another 5x, left voicemails and nothing. I had to spend my entire morning calling other moving companies to see if they were available FOR THE SAME DAY. Not to mention, the weather was awful with snow. In the end, I ended up booking Move & Care Moving Company with about 4 hour notice. They were AMAZING! Had this awful company not completely disappeared, I would've paid them 1K when Move & Care Moving literally charged me $295. I was more than happy to give them a great tip due to their service and last minute flexibility! Even then, I still spent less than half the money. Stay away from Moveinit Moving And Storage if you want to use a company that will actually show up the day of your move.

I was put at ease as soon as I met Kelly and Stephanie who work the front office. They are extremely professional, friendly, and accommodating. The facility is very clean. It's on one level with entrances on three sides (with dollies and carts at each entrance). If you go after hours there are security keypads to let you in, as well as security cameras. They also allow you to borrow a truck should you need it. The prices are reasonable and it's conveniently located right off Boston Road (3A) in Burlington. I highly recommend this storage facility and am surprised that there aren't more (glowing) yelp reviews.

Also, at any time mice can be seen scurrying between storage units. Again, see the photos. Lots of mouse feces in her unit. Vile and unsanitary, to say the least. Personally, I would avoid this particular storage facility at all costs. Oh, and at 5pm, the elevators lock and you cannot get up to your unit.
