We dropped the truck off on the same day as pick up, about 40 minutes prior to the time we had set at pick up. A man met us outside and took the keys from us. A few days later, I received an updated receipt with an additional $65 in fees. I reviewed the invoice and realized that I was charged for 2 full days of rental and insurance. I called to question the charge and a man named Anderson answered, he was rather rude and said that his co-worker didn't receive the truck and keys until more than 24 hours after I actually dropped it off and turned in the keys so I was charged for an extra day. I disputed this and asked Anderson to pull video if they had surveillance cameras as I knew that would show when the truck and keys were returned. He asked to call me back. He called back less than 2 minutes later and said it was a mistake and he would refund me the difference. I received another updated invoice a few minutes later showing that I was charged the incorrect amount again. I contacted Anderson again and he said he fixed it. I received an email for a receipt showing a refund a few minutes later. It will be a week tomorrow and I'm still waiting to receive my refund. I won't rent from this location again and would caution anyone considering using their trucks.

I wasted my morning and afternoon waiting for them to deliver my…read moreu-haul box (a move I already paid for through u-haul, so now I have no idea how I'm going to get my money back). They were supposed to come at 10. At 11, the receptionist texted me and asked me if they were there yet. I replied that they weren't and she said she would check in with them. After a number of texts and calls to them over the course of two hours, they finally responded that there was an "emergency" and that they are forced to "cancel" the job. They said they were on the phone the whole time (3 hours??) trying to deal with the worker's emergency. It's unprofessional that the receptionist wouldn't return my calls and texted me back that they were canceling the job. She still hasn't responded to my last text message. When my u-haul box was loaded in California, the company I used for that side of the move was incredibly communicative and let me know when there was a delay at the u-haul center in getting the u-haul box. This is how customer service SHOULD work. I already prepaid and will probably have to spend hours on the phone with u-haul trying to get my money back from them and figuring out another company to deliver my ubox, and possibly might be charged for another month of storage at u-haul.

    At first, I was very happy with the service. I hired Bourne Solutions through Uhaul (Moving Help)…read moreto pack up my Ubox for a move. They were quick and mostly professional. However, when my items were delivered to my new home, I was HORRIFIED. The way they packed this box resulted in hundreds of dollars worth of damage. My sofa was taken apart and the pieces to put it back together cannot be found anywhere. Plastic bins were packed in there in a way that caused many of them to literally split open and spill contents everywhere. My bookshelf was not blanket wrapped, and therefore ended up with HUGE gashes in the wood. Additionally, I provided two plastic bed bags for my mattress and box spring. They used it on the box spring, but NOT the $1,800 mattress. It arrived horribly dirty. When my items arrived, I reached out to the company to voice my concerns and ask for some kind of compensation for the damage. I still have not heard back. I'm disappointed in the service, the treatment of my items, and wasted money. I hope Uhaul discontinues their relationship with this company. I wish I could post pictures of the mess my furniture was left in.
