In my many years of getting pedicures NEVER had I had such a great experience! Cool area, beautiful and clean salon, EXCELLENT SERVICE! The ladies engage in quality conversation, have a great sense of humor and make you feel welcome! Don't go anywhere else! read more

Came into the nail salon this morning in need for a gel mani. They did an amazing job! Definitely come here if you want a really good mani! read more

Seaboard Nails - Love my gel mani! - Nail Salons Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because they did decently good on my nails but while getting a pedicure the girl stabbed me in the leg with the tool and I get it was an accident but they only wanted to take $2 off which I didn't feel was good enough considering my leg was bleeding and is sore now. I will not be back. read more

Never disappointed....I took a break and tried a couple of other salons in the area, such a BIG MISTAKE. Glad I went back read more

Seaboard Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

This is the absolute best nail salon in Raleigh. The salon is gorgeous, clean, extremely well ventilated, decorated beautifully, and the owner and staff will treat you like family. They have an impressive selection of OPI gel polish, among other brands, and always have the newest collection or trend that is available. I followed my nail technician Amy here and am so glad she moved!! If you're looking for someone, she is able to give a perfectionist like me, long lasting and flawless nails every.single.time. read more

I keep coming back because it's convenient to where I live, but they are so inconsistent. Today, I got a regular polish manicure for a wedding I'll be in this weekend. I told them this was for a wedding so I assumed they'd take extra care to make sure my manicure was perfect. The manicurist rushed me to pick out a color, cut my cuticle on one finger, left a hanging cuticle on another, didn't get polish all the way down to the nail bed. When the polish I picked turned out more sheer than expected, I asked for a third coat and was denied! I don't have time today to complain and get it redone... but in the past I've received EXCELLENT manicures and pedicures. read more

Professional. High quality of work. 2nd time there - and let me stress - Amy is truly a Wonder Woman. Will recommend this place without hesitation read more

$20 for quickest polish change I've ever had. The color I picked wasn't going to cover a bruised nail I had so the nail tech blended it with a more opaque color to make a color that is so pretty!!! Quick and friendly service. Free beverage was a bonus. Clean and pretty facility. read more

Used to go here and really enjoyed it, but now they've taken away all student specials and they have raised their prices astronomically. They went from charging $5, maybe $10 for a French style add on to $20!! I will not be back until they adjust their pricing. read more

Third Update: Just don't go here unless you want a gel mani. It will likely last a couple of weeks, but it may not. Other than that, no. They aren't a powder or solar nail place. Do that at your own risk. I did and I regret it. Gel mani from one tech only. Cheers! read more

I love, love, love, love this place! Don't look any further! Lots of colors to choose from and a very clean, relaxing atmosphere. Exceptionally great experience with Helen! read more

I've been coming here for a few years now. I leave and go to a more conveniently located place and always end up coming back. The reasons are: they never rush, they do a thorough job cleaning up my nails and give a long and awesome massage. Really a relaxing and friendly environment too. I'd give it 5 stars if all the technicians gave the same incredible massage. read more

Wonderful (fairly new) place in Seaboard Station next to Peace China. It's very spacious and could easily accommodate a party of sorts (bridal, birthday, etc). I was there on a weekday so it was easy to walk right in for a pedicure. They mentioned they get busy during the weekend so an appointment may be needed. The space is relaxing and the lady I had really took her time with me. You can tell they take pride in their work here. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not five is simply because I paid $3 more than what I usually pay. Even with that, I will be back because it was a great experience and within walking distance. read more

Had one of the best gel manis ever here. It looked great and lasted a long time. I can't remember my technician's name, but she was careful, friendly, professional, and efficient. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. Choose OPI polish for the best quality. read more

Nail salon is clean, the women who work there are extremely nice. Its a little pricey but its great!

Honestly I don't want to give this place five stars purely on the notion that I want to keep it all to myself! I got a dip manicure here that lasted FIVE WEEKS! They know how to do it right! The technicians are also very kind and down-to-earth. I love coming here and they seriously deserve all of the kudos. Their pricing for services is average and their facilities are super nice. They have a HUGE selection of colors and I've seen them do a wide array of nail styles and age groups. My only advice is to call and make an appointment -- they get super busy. read more

I decided to try a new salon because I was in the area at the seaboard wine store. When I entered I was asked to pick out a color and sit. Another woman came in and they offered her a drink and asked her how she was doing. I did not receive the same type of warm welcome. The technician did an okay job with painting but she kept adding alcohol to the nail polish bottle. She also painted the top coat all over my skin surrounding the nails. The next day my nails started to chip and the polish bubbled. It's day three and 4 fingers have chipped and some peeled right off! I called today and they offered to re do them. I arrived and they they made me wait 40 minutes. Finally the technician started painting and tried to convince me that regular polish should only last 3 days on average...that's why I should have done gel instead. I've had plenty of manicures in my life from many different places. I've visited High-end spas as well as small local shops, and the polish has at least lasted a week if not 10 days (depending on how active I am with cleaning or washing dishes etc) This second paint job was worse than the first! The polish doesn't even meet the nail bed , it was awful job. I will never return and you shouldn't either. Try Paris Nails or village spa nails in Cameron Village if you want a professional relaxing environment with technicians who know what they are doing. read more

Seaboard Nails - Awful paint job. This is the second time. - Nail Salons Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

Clean. Fast. Really liked the color choices offered. I got a pedicure and it was pretty good. Good location with easy parking.

I had a great experience today. I didn't have an appointment but they got me right end and were very friendly. I usually go to Cameron village for my pedi but you can't get near the place anymore. This salon was clean, and prices were competitive with other salons. read more

Michelle is the best. The location is great and I enjoy getting my nails done here. Ask for Michelle or Kristen! read more

Seaboard Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

I love Seaboard Nails. They are by far the best nail salon in Raleigh. It is a very pretty & clean salon and the ladies that work there couldn't be nicer. I have always had a great experience and this is my go to place for a mani pedi! read more

I've been here twice now and it's my new favorite nail salon. The music is good, they don't have TVs blasting, the staff is super friendly and the salon is clean and comfortable. The price is great and it was hands down the best manicure I've ever had. A week later my nails still look great, and all I got was the basic manicure. Highly recommend. read more

I always struggle to find a nail place that I feel is both comfortable, relaxing and affordable. This place is it. The design and layout were reading and the space was large so you didn't feel cramped in. The gel manicure I got was done efficiently but not rushed. They pampered me and yet I paid 33 dollars/ not crazy for the experience and quality I got. I will definitely go back. read more

Love this salon. Very clean, professional, and consistent. No nail place is perfect, but this one comes pretty close. Anytime I go somewhere else I'm always disappointed and end up just going back to seaboard, so I highly recommend. read more

Best nail place in Raleigh... full stop. Amy is my go to girl for gel pedicure and manicure. And, with the powder dip nails I've started doing, the girls are awesome. My nails always look amazing and I feel so relaxed after I leave. I don't need to come back to have them fixed. Ever. I've been to almost every other nail salon in Raleigh .. even the most fancy and I drive here from NH to get my nails done. It's super clean, always have great new colors, and the staff are super friendly! You know a nail salon is amazing when 90% of the people are regulars. Make an appointment if you want to get your person and need to get in and out. They are amazing about keeping to the time you schedule. With the popularity of this place increasing... just call ahead and let them know when you will be there. They'll have your pedicure chair waiting!! read more

Awesome! These ladies are truly sweet and personable! They know all of my family members and do their nails! They have OPI & Essie! They don't talk about you if you know what I mean The basic pedicure includes a foot scrub, massage& lotion application Totally worth it! read more

I have been twice now for gel polish manicure. The polish last 2 weeks and I have been very happy. I see Tammy and will use Christina soon. Happy coming here and lots of color selection. read more

I used to go here ALL the time for Mai. Mai did amazing work-- pedis, manis, and acrylics. However, now that Mai is gone, the service is really poor... I went for a fill-in and pedicure and was there for almost over 2 hours. I had an appointment and they were behind. The first nail tech was done very poorly and I had to switch nail techs-- the pedicure was rushed, sloppy, and overall poorly done. I would strongly recommend not going to Seaboard. It is a very nice place, however, their service and quality are lacking. read more

I LOVE this place. I enjoy getting my nails done but since I do hair and my hands are always wet, keeping them looking nice can be tough. I have gone to a lot of places for just polish, acrylic sets, and gel sets and never seemed to get what I wanted or had nails break, chip, or pop off. Recently, I stopped in and decided to get a full set of gel nails with gel polish. Eva did them for me and I have since had them filled 3 times. Every single time she does exactly what I want and I have yet to lose or break one!! Seaboard Nails is clean, bright, beautiful, and so relaxing! I've also have pedicures here and even made my boyfriend get one (he loved it)! Check them out! You won't be disappointed. read more

See all

I've only been to this salon once before, and I loved it! This time, not so much. My nail tech was a very sweet lady and looked like she had experience. I've been to a few other salons in my lifetime and it seemed like she might have missed some steps or just didn't really care. My nails are very thick, misshaped and still have superglue one the sides of my nails. I couldn't tell her I didn't like them bc I didn't want to seem mean and it's a quick fix, I guess. I appreciate their work but I will probably not be returning. read more

First time trying this salon and I am so glad I did. Great atmosphere and all the staff was very friendly. I was not rushed and she took her time and my nails look great. Definitely recommend. read more

The salon is nice, but the woman who did my nails was very rude. She cut my nails very short to where it is painful. I have received much better service elsewhere. read more

I tried this institution 3 times. It is close by. Each time I was given a relatively incompetent person to give me a manicure and pedicure. 1. The pedicure was terrible. All 3 times the pedicurists had no knowledge of how toenails should be trimmed and how to prevent growth problems. I had to complete the pedicure at home all 3 times. Even after requesting they improve their process. 2. Manicure was poorly executed. Cuticles trimmed instead of cared for. 3. Polish was old. Applied to thick and required over 2 hours to dry even with an application of quick dry. Overall, this was close to the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. 4. Tips applied were not prepared correctly and were noticeably bumpy and ill fitting. I am writing this in the hopes that they improve. They have offered to try again with someone who seems to know what should be done. I will try one last time. If you have ever had a manicure or pedicure anywhere else you will surely know what I mean. I do think the place is clean and well maintained. I hope they train the staff better in the future. read more

Amy did my mani/pedi. Helped me pick out a great color. Great to talk to and did a great job on my itty bitty nails.

A great place to relax while you are pampered while receiving a relaxing pedicure. The salon is very clean and the staff is amazing. Christine is the best for French pedicures. Another plus, they use the best polish (OPI). read more

horrible. to start none of the spa pedicure stations get cleaned after someone uses them. i would see them share tools without cleaning them. i've been about three times for a deluxe pedicure and they all did horrible. nail polish everywhere and not cleaned and did not properly scrub. don't bother going. it is over priced for a horrible job. read more
