New management and nail technicians at LB Nails are wonderful! I have followed team from their previous location because they are good! I usually have a dip manicure and Linda does such a wonderful job! I have broken a nail, or two, before (my fault!) and she always is always happy to fix my nail. I have had both manicures and pedicures here and will continue to come back as they do a great job, are reasonably priced and very nice! read more

I'm not a complainer. Days ago I had them paint some polish on my nails and toes. I added sparkle to it. No full manicure, no pedicure. They said $59. I knew I was overcharged, but I just paid it and left. Was in a hurry. Came in today told the lady twice I need them redone- was not satisfied- paid $59 before. Not paying . I said do you understand? She said yes. Someone else did my nails. She told me it was $15 new color, etc. I told her to ask manager. She came back and said same. No one understood. I paid it. Tipped lady. Do not recommend!! Found out a full pedicure was $32 which is reasonable. Ripped off. Do not go there! If I could give it zero stars, I would. read more

It was easy to make an appointment and the team was welcoming, however I was a bit underwhelmed with my manicure + pedicure results: not much intensity to the pedicure massage and by week two, my cuticles (both toe and fingernails) look a bit neglected. The color work is great, though, and no chips to speak of! Just some food for thought... Ultimately, I'd go again, but with different expectations and maybe a gentle nudge re: cuticle care during my appointment. read more

Replaced Excel Nails in the same space without any noticeable changes. I called ahead and made an appointment for a $38 deluxe pedicure. No wait. I chose my color and then after trying to open it, even with a pliers, we gave up and chose a similar color. At first only two of us were in the salon then it got crowded busy. I was there almost 2 hours. The last 30 minutes, my manicurist went off to help someone else and then apologized for forgetting about me and my final coat. Up until then My feet, toes and nails were getting deluxe treatment. Space is clean, massaging chair worked, tools appeared to be sanitized, towels used were clean, foot basin was lined with disposable plastic liner, staff wore masks, and tv muted with subtitles. I hate a blaring TV when I don't want to watch it. I will certainly return and recommend to others. Pedicures, manicures, gel nails, and waxing all available. read more

This salon is very near and dear to my heart. I used to go to Midtown Nails in North Hills and always requested Jenny. I first had Jenny as a nail tech back in 2014 and she was a NAIL GOD, I was hooked. Flash forward 5 years, Jenny opened up LB Nail Spa and obviously I followed her over there. She is warm and personable and always super attentive. I can text her day of and she always manages to make time for me. The salon is extremely clean and they're following all covid guidelines. The selection of colors is beyond anything you can possibly imagine and suits every occasion. I can not recommend this nail salon enough. Ask for Jenny or Lina when you go and your life will be changed forever . You're welcome in advance. read more

I would give worse if I could. They DO NOT SANITIZE THEIR TOOLS. I saw them using the same tools on several individuals. I asked them if they cleaned them when they replied "yes" however I saw them put things back with no sanitizing. They were even putting things away slyly due to me previously asking. Not even the foot scrubber was cleaned after me (or before me I bet) it was simply rinsed and put back into their drawer for next lady. This needs a health violation!! Do not go!!! I've been here twice for a manicure. I get manicures every six weeks or so, and get my nails buffed instead of polished. The first time wasn't great. They didn't buff my nails went more than they would if applying polish instead, and the ends of my nails still had edges where they'd been clipped but not filed properly. But I like to give places a second chance because we all have bad days, and the location is convenient for me, so I tried them again. And the second time was worse than the first. Again.... No buffing to speak of, ragged edges that I had to file myself. But also, did a poor job in my cuticles, and the length of my nails aren't even uniform. Maybe they aren't used to male customers; maybe they're subtly trying to discourage them for some reason. They did seem crowded when I was there; it's not because their prices are anything special, so maybe they do a really great job on acrylics or something. But I'll say this: I will not give them a third chance. read more
