I loved this spot. It's conveniently located in Lafayette Village. Upon first glance around, it is pretty crowded inside with stations/chairs/products. But I received a fantastic power dip manicure. The tech was kind and funny, and made sure it was exactly how I wanted them to be. I would definitely return! read more

Love Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

I've been coming here for a year and was happy with it. It's a shame this new management gets to keep the rating of the old one. My first time here under new management not only do my nails look like my 5 year old niece did them, but I was laughed at the entire time by my nail tech (Linda) who cut my skin with the drill 6 times and called me a baby when I flinched back. I had to ask her to paint all the way to my cuticle so my nails didn't look 2 weeks grown out. I had to ask her to file down a lump on the side of a nail that looked like a growth. I had to ask her to get the polish off of my skin. And I still left with the worst nails I've ever had. I now have to pay $ at another salon to have them fixed and I'm so upset. Please don't come here. read more

LaFayette nails is amazing! The attention to detail was incredible. I had the best manicure and pedicure I have ever received here. Thank you LaFayette nails. read more

I don't get my nails done often but when I do I usually want something specific. Usually my nails don't turn out how I wanted or they turn out just plain bad. My sister always gets her nails done here and they look great every time so I finally went and Natalie did an amazing job! She didn't glob on the powder making it thick and bulky, she shaped them perfectly and the design is exactly what I wanted! read more

Love Nails - Acrylic nails full set gel - Nail Salons Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

LaFayette Village is the new home of Love's. Happy they moved here and my wife and I gave them a try. The staff is all very nice and experienced. They technicians, if that is the proper term, all take their time and get the job completed the way we like it. I go once a month for a pedicure and no matter who my technician is they do a great job. They take the time to really remove my calluses. In the year I have lived in NC Love's is my 4th nail shop and so far it seems like they will be my last. read more

Used to be good, 10/10 would not recommend now. I received the most painful manicure I've ever gotten. The technician sawed the sides of my nails into SHREDS and my nails are now half the width they normally are. I've never in all my years of getting gel manicures had this happen. I'm so disappointed and upset. And lathered in neosporin. Never again will I return. read more

Love Nails - One of ten shredded nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

I was visiting Raleigh and needed to get a mani + pedi done last minute. I walked in to see if they could fit me in and there was no wait. The place was really clean and they put shields up in between you and your technician. I really appreciated that they put effort into keeping me safe as well as themselves. My nail tech was Glen. She was so lovely and did such a great job on my nails! I ended up doing gel on my fingers and paint on my toes + got my toes waxed! The whole experience was great and price is affordable. I highly recommend. read more

One would think because of its location it would be a little more upscale. It was gross. The older man (I forgot his name) was filthy, his nails were beyond sharp, long and dirty and he didn't know how to file. Plus at the end after my nails were polished I smeared one and he was just going to polish right over it leaving it bumped looking!!! I will never walk into that salon again or recommend. Also there mail color selection is slim. read more

Okay so I had been going here for a few years and I assume they're under new management becaussseeeee....... I literally went in for a simple pedicure, I left the salon feeling pretty good, and although I received a deluxe pedicure my right big toe was a little sore. when I looked at my feet when I got to the car, I realized the paint job was so bad that I could've done this at home. The next morning I still had pain in my right big toe and as I examine it and compare it to my other toe, my right toe is swollen and turning PURPLE!!!!! Long story short, I ran to urgent care and had it checked out turns out I had a minor infection from the salon tools or something which was verified by a doctor!!! Won't be returning EVER! Uhm good luck if you do decide to go here! read more

This is my favorite place to bring my daughter when I come to town. Their chairs are clean and comfortable Additionally they are so friendly and do a wonderful job on our toes. . read more

This is such a good place to get your nails and toes done. I have been going to Love Nails for over two years now. I don't have good nails, but somehow they manage to make my nails look great! I have old wrinkly hands, and bite my nails...bad me...but yet they still make my hands look good. I highly recommend Love Nails! Great customer service and they always put customer first. I cannot recommend them enough! read more

One of the nail ladies was BEYOND rude to my friend! Judged her and laughed at her and did not make her feel welcomed! And she cut her finger with the drill at least 6 times! Not what I'm looking for when I want to treat myself to a manicure. So rude and unprofessional! Will not be returning! read more

I love Mia! I get my nails done pretty long and they have never chipped! They also have so many colors to choose from I find myself wanting to change the color before it's even time for a fill! Highly recommend read more

First time visiting this place, and definitely won't be back. Linda, the nail tech, was using the drill to remove top layer of my dip manicure. She was reckless and took a piece of skin off my finger. The place was a bit dirty and cluttered, and my dip manicure was less than desirable. The tips of my fingernails are showing through, because the paint job was terrible and she filed everything off. My fingers were also left a mess with the dip powder dried on and around the nail bed. I should have never strayed from my original nail salon as this was a waste of money. read more

Spent 2 hours there for one color no designs, acrylics. Didn't get what I asked for at all, I asked for a cloudy color, sheer grey if you will, and was given white so make that make sense. read more

Service was good. The staff was friendly. The manicure was not good at all. The polish was uneven..too thick polish caused some bubbling...some spots were missed all together. I would say the price was very reasonable at $14 but the result was not professional. read more

Ok I hate that I have to repost....although I still agree with my previous post below, the service in the nail salon was great but my gel nail polish that cost over $30 did not even last one full week. Less than a week later I was washing my hair in the shower and multiple nail polish completely peeled off. Before that, a couple days after my manicure, two nails chipped. Super frustrated. Previous Post: I've struggled to find a good nail salon in Raleigh and I decided to give this one a try after the gym on Saturday. Awesome mani and pedi - hopefully they will last long. They were very attentive and pretty hilarious as well. Will definitely come back! read more

Busy for a rainy Monday night. But we got in a reasonable amount of time. You can do appts. My tech was great. My friend said her pedi was the best pedi ever. read more

Great service. Nail artists were very friendly. My sister and I were seated close by so we could get our nails done together but the conversations were fluid amongst the whole group. Made it a fun experience. My gel nails turned out great! read more

Not good, more like TERRIBLE. First the owner was working on my feet- or whom I was told was the owner. He didn't cut my nails before he started painting them. So, I ask him to../bc I've never had a pedicure where they didn't do that to begin with. he proceeds to keep Painting until I ask again, and another worker had to tell him. my nails were cut jagged and uneven. The nail polish job looked like my child did it. I will never waste my money going there again. read more

This was my first time here and what a great experience. Lynette did my eyebrow waxing. She was very careful and made it as painless as waxing can be. She also trimmed my eyebrows in addition to tweezing some strays. I do not think I have ever had someone take the time to do such a fine job on my brows. I will certainly be returning. Great addition to Lafayette Village. read more

Love Nails - Beautiful job. Everyone was so nice and a very good price. Everyone needs to go check them out! - Nail Salons Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

I thought I was getting a good deal, but not so much. I called to ask if they do SNS powder nails because I am tough on my hands and need that extra strength. They said yes so I made an appointment. Although everyone in the salon is very friendly, SNS is not their forte. Just two days after I got my nails done, I broke one by putting on my pants. Putting on my sweatpants. I couldn't believe it. They did welcomed me back and fix my nail for free. But the next day another nail broke. And just before writing this another nail broke by putting on a shirt. Just a warning that they are not great at SNS read more

I've been going here regularly since September and I love this place so much. I see Mai and she is so amazingly talented. I can go 4 weeks and a nail doesn't chip or come off... granted they desperately need a fill in at 4 weeks but they stay on! I'm known to change up the shape of them quite often and she always does a phenomenal job every time. She'll squeeze me in when I swing by without an appointment. It's just a really great nail salon and I'm so happy I found her! read more

On top of a really bad pedicure, it turned out that I contracted a toe nail fungus from their dirty tools that will not go away. I've tried over the counter treatments to no avail so now I guess I'm going to have to go to the doctor. This place SUCKS. read more

Great spot. Switched from gel to SNS. Love it! It's quiet and clean. Very relaxing.

Nice people, but the few times that I've gone, I've left less than pleased. Most recently I got acrylic tips put on with colored powder, and the color turned out fine but the nails themselves are rather lumpy and some of the tips were not put on straight. read more

Great new location in Lafayette Village. Comfortable chairs and great service.

I was referred by my gf. She told me exactly who to call and schedule the appointment with since I had just moved to the area. The location is (not the actual salon-it was average) was a great place to hang out for the day. I will NOT be returning due the owner. He is rude, overbearing and pretty much in the way creating a buzz kill. The pedi was mediocre. The nail tech (younger girl) was creative and offered some great ideas. I had a couple of issues in addition to the owner: there were no prices quoted, no prices posted and no collateral for me to verify my pricing was what others were being charged. There were no options for type of pedi presented so I'm assuming a basic is all they have. I received gel on toes and SNS/ANC powder dip color. I paid around $88 for the combined services. I'll definitely visit the shopping center to check out the boutique restaurants but I'll skip the nail salon visit. read more

I love this place. It's clean. The staff is super friendly and they take their time. So relaxing my pedi usually lasts a couple of weeks. Great location! read more

On a whim I stopped by here to get a horrible nail job fixed (from another salon). I had seen some nail art a friend had done here and she raved about it. While they were busy, Jason had no problem taking me right in. I explained the issues and he walked me through how he can fix it. The knowledge and professionalism was outstanding! The conversation was extremely pleasant as well. I now look forward to my next visit! read more

I used to go to Love Nails (my tech left) so I tried someone new today. Unfortunately it was a disaster. The guy I got for a gel polish change did a pretty bad job, and when I tried to offer suggestions or tell him the nail shape I like, I realized he didn't speak a lick of English. I get that everyone learns at different paces but not to understand basic words was frustrating as a customer. I left with uneven, lumpy, and patchy gel nails and won't go back :( read more
