I will not return to this establishment or recommend to anyone. My daughter provided a picture each time she had her nails done and they would never match the picture. It always looked completely different. When we returned to get it fixed they blamed my young daughter. I also had my eyebrows tinted and I looked like a clown when it was done. They refused to do my nails anymore and said it was because I was too picky because I wanted it done right after I paid for it. read more

Just received a pedicure and asked her if she was going to get the dead skin. She goes that's dry skin and can remove. I'm sorry. But what did I just pay for. This is ridiculous. Will not be coming back here. Not to mention it was the fastest pedicure I ever received. Unacceptable read more

Best. Salon. Ever! Highly recommend. First time here at this brand new nail salon. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and friendly. The pedicure, especially the massage, was to die for!! Lei-Lei (not sure of the spelling) was phenomenal!!! Thomas did my 15 yr old nails and hand down (pun intended, LOL), he is by far the best at his profession. Lee gave me my first pedi at this location... it was well done, and has lasted thru a trip to the beach. The salon was very comfortable... the light jazz music was a nice touch. I'll be back. read more

Great place and clean. Did a great job. I highly recommend orange/citrus pedicure. My feet are so smooth. I felt bad for them cause a demanding and condescending woman came in who never had her nails telling them how to do nails. Made everyone feel super uncomfortable and our relaxing experience became a Karen experience. People need to treat people better just because you come in for a service you don't need to be condescending and rude. read more

i asked for a simple chrome nail and proceeded to show a picture of what i wanted and they denied to do what i asked for. They talked me out of getting what i wanted and when i looked over my nails they were crooked and botchy. I do not recommend coming here and i will never return. read more

I had seen this place driving by many times and finally decided to stop by! I called to see if I could arrive within 15 minutes and they said yes. I walked in and was immediately seated and offered a drink. The salon is very aesthetically pleasing. Everything looks new and clean. The menu emphasizes how they use disposable items to avoid cross contamination. I got the green tea masque pedicure, which included: a special salt in the water, cut down my cuticles and filed my nails, put lime on my toes, applied callous remover while using a foot scraper, exfoliated, the green tea masque, a hot towel treatment, a light massage, and the polish. my Dip manicure lasted 1 whole day. I wanted a refund, but the manager said no. I was offered another manicure, but I want a refund. I do not give repeat business to an establishment that is below satisfactory. Will NEVER return. read more

My 1st visit here and the salon is gorgeous! Cindy did my nails and she was great provided me with great conversation and took her time. I did not feel rushed or like they were all about numbers! Like some of these salons they push you in and Push you out! I got a dip manicure and she did a great job they don't have opi dip power but they do offer OPI nail polish! I will definitely see Cindy again!! read more

Took girls to get a pedicure and sat in the chairs , mine didn't work so I couldn't move it back or enjoy the massage part. My technician was very pushy and tried to upsell me to a more expensive pedi. My daughter and friends' pedicure lasted 25 minutes!!! Mine was 30 minutes!!! I felt as if we were in a factory. Color and selection of OPI polish was extremely scarce. read more

It was as if she was doing me a huge favor by allowing me to sit in her chair! One comment she made that springs to mind was, "while you have a lot of hair, it's *very* thin". You know, that's great you have opinions, but there's a little thing called tact and it's considered unprofessional to treat clients rudely. For the record, there is nothing "thin" about my hair which is why I was so taken aback by her catty comment. Stylists usually ask for more time because my hair is so thick and wavy. For the record, it wasn't just the one comment, it was the overall experience of making me feel uncomfortable, so much so I couldn't wait to leave. Obviously I didn't go back. Who wants to pay to be insulted? Even if she was having a bad day, I still can't imagine the owner of ANY business having such a nasty disposition toward their clients. *update* Not long ago a local hair stylist friend of mine mentioned that Impressions Salon had moved to a new location. My friend also mentioned that she knew the owner so I told her how my experience with the owner went. My friend replied, "I've known Ashley for a long time and yes she has been known to be rude to her clients. That's just how she is."

The experience itself was fine -- not great, but just fine. Someone asked me what I wanted to drink, and I asked "What are my options?" They replied "Water or soda". Then I asked if they had coffee, and the woman said yes. So...I'm not sure why she just told me they only had water or soda. I needed two tips put on my shorter nails because they recently broke. One of my tips broke within 5 hours. The other is so noticeable. The technician did unfortunately a really bad job at filing the tip to make it blend in with my nail. What's more, it is not fully glued onto my nail. It will likely break within the week, probably sooner. I would go back for a redo, but as I said, I wanted to give my nails a break from gel polish. I do not want them taking off my gel polish (probably by scraping it) only to weaken my nail further. That, and I live far from this salon. I'm unfortunately disappointed in the service here. I called yesterday asking to speak to a manager and was told somebody would get back to me. Nobody has gotten back to me.

For the detox part we were hooked up to a machine and our feet placed in buckets of water for 30 minutes. We both kind of dozed off because we were so relaxed. I think next time I'd skip the detox and do more of the reflexology, and maybe add a pedicure! I wasn't sure what to expect but this was a really nice experience. I think it was great value for money too.
