I had the best experience. I can truly say this is where I'll be coming now. I was impressed with not only the quality of the manicure and the cleanliness of the studio, but also the conversation with my nail tech Paulina and owner Crystal and the small, intimate feeling of the salon. I wasn't elbow to elbow with other clients or squeezing around work stations! Further, I felt super safe in regards to COVID precautions being taken by the salon with everybody wearing masks, receiving a temperature check at the door, being asked to wash my hands upon entrance, and Paulina wearing gloves and changing out paper towels and towels on her work station throughout my manicure. Finally, I'm really impressed with the social media presence of Nail Yeah!. I love that Crystal uses her business and her platform to amplify important causes. I love that I feel not only safe, but welcome as a gay client. I love that their values align with mine and I know I'm supporting good people and good values when I come to Nail Yeah!

I installed right before bed (so that my nails could set without any use after install). At least three didn't even hold up for a full 24 hours. The application process was a bit difficult compared to other press ons (like Kiss).

As soon as I put my feet in the water, I asked about my go-to polish color--Mellow Yellow by Perfect Match--which I've gotten many times before. Without even checking, Khanh immediately told me they didn't have it. I mentioned that I get it often, and the eye roll and stare she gave me were completely uncalled for and honestly disrespectful. She then stormed off with clear attitude to go look for the polish, and at that point, I decided to end the appointment. I put my shoes back on and left before the service even started. I called the owner from my car to explain what happened, and while I did get an apology, I was also told to "just book with your regular nail tech next time."
