Came here based on the good reviews and so glad I did. The employees were very friendly and nice. They make you feel welcomed. I walked in with no appointment and I didn't have to wait at all. The lady who did my pedicure was super nice and took her time and did an amazing job. They do offer complimentary drinks soda, water bottle or even beer and wine. I opted for the deluxe pedicure. Which had me feeling wonderful. My feet were in bad shape and needed this tender loving care. Hot towels and good lotion and greaT massage:) I I'll definitely be back. Although just a sidenote if you're a helper like me and read reviews before you go places, they offered a 20 percent off first time clients on Yelp but once I went to pay for my services and pulled up the coupon they wouldn't honor it. They said it was an old coupon that the previous owners had. But no big deal I enjoyed my service regardless b it to others who aren't as nice may not be too happy lol. read more

Lena greeted me and asked what kind of service I needed told her pedicure and eyebrow wax. She took care of my pedicure and my eyebrows. The prices aren't bad but again I'm new to the area so I don't know what other salons charge. Although the service was fast, the job that was done was sloppy. I had to keep reminding my nail tech to do basic requirements to get the job done such as filing my nails down or cutting my cuticles. He did a sloppy job with filing them down evenly and in alignment with the other nails. One of my pinky's have a duck like shape to it while the other is a basic square shape like how I asked. I needed to find a new nail place as my old one had a technician that was routinely nipping the skin by my nails and it hurt soo bad afterwards. As a result, I put off going and my nails looked hideous. I only had 1 hour on a Sunday and thought I'd give this place a try. Sue welcomed me with a big smile (even before I walked in the door) and took excellent care of me. She realized gel was not the best option for me (I guess I'm too rough on my nails) and I went back to powder/gel. She was super fast but also meticulous. I walked out one hour later with beautiful nails that 3 weeks later (now) still look shining and amazing. I'm so glad I found Sue and I'm definitely going back to her. I have been going to this nail spa for over a year now never had any issues. A couple of weeks ago I went to get a pedicure and the manager wanted to charge me an extra $5 because I had gel nail polish. I was told because I wasn't getting gel nail polish again that I will be charged but if I get gel nail polish 25 dollars will be added on to my service make it make sense. read more

Well... I would've never guessed going to a nail salon I would end up feeling like I'm visiting with friends. I have been coming to get my nails done since they first opened their doors. Sue and Henry offer First Class services. Your always greeted with a smile and Will never leave dissatisfied. When I was getting married Henry ordered all the special nail supplies needed to get the look I wanted. They went above and beyond for me. I have never had that experience when going to a nail salon. All of their staff is friendly. My favorite go to for my pedicures is Kim. She always remembers birthdays, anniversaries or any special occasion. I went to this location to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The gel manicure was not done correctly at all. I had to tell the lady multiple times to go back because my nail was not even completely covered. Then my nails did not last two weeks. Gel is supposed to last at least two weeks and mine lasted a week. After a week the gel started to peal completely off on its own. I will never come back here again. These people are not honest. They asked me which pedi I wanted and I said Spa which is $30 or $33. They scraped my feet and rubbed my leg with salt and charged $45 each for 2 people = $90. I'm very generous but I don't like being cheated. I tipped $40! But I do not like being cheated. I called and spoke to the man who owned the place and he pretended that he didn't own it. The other owner, his wife spoke to me too and was belligerent. They pretend that they don't understand and overcharge you. I called them and they refused to correct my bill so here I am. I went to go get a set of nails for my birthday. I got a regular french acrylic and a full set of gel nails. I went to the nail station showing the tech and inspiration piece and she made it seem like she could do it no problem. I ended up sitting in that chair for two hours along just for my nails to not look anything like the picture. She waited until she realized she could not do it to tell me the style that I wanted was used with materials they don't use in the store. I was charged $65 for a short full set of a acrylic nails that weren't even cute. The polish job was poor. I had to go home and add the rhinestones myself. The only reason I give it two stars is because a guy took over and really tried to fix it explaining why the lady couldn't do it. I will never come back here again. read more

Good experience here. I came in with a couple of girlfriends and got a manicure while they got a pedicure. Typical service you would expect from such a place, but the environment was nice. Everything seemed very new, color choices on the walls were pleasing. Nicely designed and decorated inside. The men's manicure was perhaps a bit pricey for what it is, but that's how it goes in this area, I suppose. They didn't have a specific Men's Manicure listed in prices, which I would recommend to get more men in the door. One thing I will say: Everything seems VERY clean here. It could be for show but they seem to sanitize everything and bring it out in a sterile bag. They also use a fresh liner for each pedicure. Not sure why every place doesn't do this, but they should. It's environmentally wasteful, perhaps - but better than spreading fungus and disease. So I commend this choice. read more

My sister, my niece and I went here for pedicures while we were visiting Raleigh area on family business. The place was clean, no doubt, as they are new. That is probably the only positive thing I could say about them. My niece's pedicure was interrupted several times while the technician went to mop up floors from a spa tub overflow. My sister and I paid for upgraded pedicures to the tune of $47 each, and we were both completely disappointed. This was no where near an upgraded pedicure, and definitely did not include a leg or foot massage. I pay $30 for a far superior service in Florida, one that includes both attentive massage and paraffin treatment; my sister pays far less for her pedicures in New Jersey as well, and they include the paraffin treatments. Additionally she walked out with inadequate nail polish coverage. Unfortunately I cannot give this nail spa 5 stars. They were too expensive for inferior service. We've both gotten far better attention, service and quality elsewhere. We will be meeting up in the Raleigh area again shortly.... but we won't be returning. read more

I came in with a predicament. I had a dip powder mani done out of town just 6 days prior and all of my nails were cracking. I just needed a top coat of some sort to prevent them from cracking more. They wanted to charge me $40 to do them all over again. No. I literally just spent $45 plus $10 tip ($55) to have this done days ago. The color was fine and my nails weren't broken. I just needed something on top to prevent more cracking or eventual breaking. I asked for a simple service and it was not possible. I went to Raleigh Nail across the street and they buffed my nails and did a gel clear coat as I requested for $10. I'm sure they offer great services here but I didn't have a good first impression. read more

I'm in town for business from Atlanta- and Allure beats every nail spa I've been to back home (even my favorite one!!!). I got a spa pedicure with gel polish and SNS dip powder on my fingers. There was incredible attention to detail - despite my appointment running past closing time. My nail tech didn't rush or cut corners, but went beyond to make sure I was satisfied!! Every regular polish color has a matching gel color which is great if you want to *see* the color before committing- & there is a great balance of colors for every season. Had gel mani for $40. Technician in the black Guess Los Angeles t-shirt has no business doing nails. She cut pinky nail to the quick which caused it to bleed. She then sealed the bleeding wound with super glue. She also used the cuticle trimmers to shorten the nails and cut them half way then ripped them off the rest of the way. The edges of the nails are still rough, jagged, and feathery. CUSTOMER LOST! WILL NEVER RETURN!! read more
