That honestly made me want to come back and support them even more, especially for such a special occasion weekend. Unfortunately, my second visit was disappointing. Instead of feeling welcomed and appreciated as a returning customer, the whole appointment felt rushed. Having my nails done while getting a pedicure at the same time completely took away the relaxing experience a pedicure is supposed to be. The prices and add-on fees were also excessive. It seemed like there was an upcharge for everything, plus heavy pressure toward builder gel and larger tips. I don't mind paying for quality work or tipping generously when the experience matches the cost, but this visit simply did not. What salons need to understand is this is exactly how you lose good-paying, loyal customers. Most people don't mind spending money when they feel valued, relaxed, and receive quality service. But when customers leave feeling rushed, overcharged, and pressured, they usually don't return. They don't point you to the normal colors. My daughter had a hard time sitting still so hers came off within a week. My tips were so crooked that they broke off within a week.
