TINA!! This is hands down the best place to go to in the Raleigh area for any and all manicure/pedicure needs. The staff are friendly and funny and absolutely amazing! I highly highly recommend Tina!

I'm visiting from ca and I'm very particular about my pedicures and dip manicures. The Milk and Honey pedicure by Helen with callus remover was a special treat and felt amazing. Tina, the owner did an exceptional job with my dip manicure. I really liked the fact that she allowed my previous dip to soak off and she hand filed my delicate nails. She blended this beautiful bling color which suits me perfectly for the holidays.

Staff was friendly but services were not done well. Pressured me into getting liquid gel Despite me asking for acrylic. At some point, when someone keeps asking you to get something different multiple times you can assume it's because they don't have the skill set to do what you requested. Ended up paying $70 for what was basically an overly thick uneven gel polish that was not done neatly. Giving two stars because they were polite and friendly and the technician took care when removing my acrylic set. The search for a regular place continues. read more

I was excited to get a new set of acrylics, and left disappointed. My cuticles were pretty grown out, and they didn't do any cuticle maintenance. Over the next week, I did my own cuticles and it looks like my acrylics had grown out for 3 weeks! The application itself wasn't great out: sorta bumpy, each nail shape was slightly different, and actually my middle finger nail fell off about a week and a half later. The staff were very nice, but I was disappointed with my nails. read more

Gel powder manicure, gel polish, lacquer polish. Had them all at Nail Care. Excellent service, very friendly and caring technicians. I have used this facility for my nails over 10 years. Even though ownership has changed several time, I have always been very pleased with my nail results. Very comfortable seating in pedicure and nail areas. If unhappy about anything, just let them know and they will make right. Highly recommend read more

I would be careful coming here unless you're very forward (can tell them you want them to re-do something, will stick up for yourself) because the quality is very lacking. The dip nails are extremely thick and they're lacking the care for producing quality manicures, if something is uneven, messed up, etc. you WILL have to point it out and get them to fix it. Most likely multiple times in a session. I ended up having extremely thick dip nails and realized when I left that they didn't paint on the tops of my nails, so you could easily see weird patchiness. read more

Run, run, run away from this place. Pedicure I got lasted 10 days and then cracked off. Nails were not trimmed and are too long. Calluses remain on feet. Man named Johnny is incompetent. This used to be good but no more. save your money for somewhere professional and conscientious. read more

New owner and service is so-so. My technician NiNi cut my toe while clipping cuticle during pedicure. Fortunately I did not get an infection. Both the manicure and pedicure were less than relaxing and my nails were unevenly cut, filed and buffed. read more

Friendly staff and good service. My daughter came and unfortunately her nails were done unusually thin and they did not last. They broke off within the first week. Where they stand out and charge a bit more for is the massage you get afterwards. You have to leave your pedicure chair and go into a different part of the salon where you sit in a recliner to receive your 20 minute foot and leg massage. I did enjoy this portion of the service. I just wish they could have also finished the polish there also, but instead, you have to the go back up front to the pedicure chair for the polish. The place is clean and well staffed. I'm not sure it would be my normal go-to place, but I would go back and would recommend.

For the detox part we were hooked up to a machine and our feet placed in buckets of water for 30 minutes. We both kind of dozed off because we were so relaxed. I think next time I'd skip the detox and do more of the reflexology, and maybe add a pedicure! I wasn't sure what to expect but this was a really nice experience. I think it was great value for money too.

She didn't put any alcohol on my heel. She put it on my toes before she did the nail polish. The fact that this woman did not even care to hear what I had to say and immediately started aggressively denying anything happening at all is incredibly frustrating and, if anything, just proves that she knows she messed up. At the end of our phone call, I let her know that I was trying to call so that the business had an opportunity to fix this accident, but that since she was not working with me in the slightest, I would be leaving had bad review online. She told me to go ahead and do it, so here ya go!!!!!
