I stopped in on a whim before grabbing food next door. Overall, I would give this salon 2 stars. I visited on a Thursday afternoon, and it wasn't busy -- only two other customers were there when I walked in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was greeted with a very dry "How can I help?" which unfortunately set the tone for the rest of the visit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I waited about 15 minutes, which was fine. The nail tech who assisted me had just finished a pedicure. When she sat me down, she immediately reached for my hands while still wearing the same gloves from her previous service. I gently asked whether they were fresh gloves (I already knew they weren't), and she sighed, removed them, and continued without washing her hands. Because I work in the medical field, this made me extremely uneasy -- gloves that were just in pedicure water should never be used from one service to the next. From that point on, every tool she used made me wonder if it had been properly sanitized. Instead of enjoying the service, I spent the entire appointment worried about hygiene and "what ifs." [[HIGHLIGHT]]Throughout the full set application, she barely spoke to me, so I didn't feel comfortable asking questions aside from reminding her about a corner of acrylic that hadn't been filled.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The nails themselves are nothing special to comment on. They do offer a quick 60-second hand and back massage afterward, which was unexpected but pleasant. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also noticed the same dry, dismissive energy from the person who greeted me on Another customer who tried making small talk about the weather, and the tech replied, "I don't pay attention to the weather," in a very blunt tone. The customer looked uncomfortable[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]On a positive note, there was one tech -- I believe her name was Gigi ? -- who came in with a client waiting for her. She was upbeat, warm, and so friendly. I genuinely found myself wishing she could have taken over my set.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was my first visit to this salon, and unfortunately, I don't think I'll return. read more

The environment is relaxing and the nail polish selection and technicians are the best in Raleigh I've been to.

This was the worst Gel polish manicure I have ever had in my life!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I stopped by because I was in the area and I should have left after walking in all jovial, said hello and no one responded.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] EVERY nail was drilled down and left my nails paper thin. I was leaving for vacation and every nail off to the skin. This has never ever happened. I would not recommend this nail salon. read more

This Salon was formerly Eva Nails and is now K3 Nail Salon under new owners. Love this place! It's right across the street from my house and I've adopted it as my new salon. It's clean and the all the staff is super nice and very efficient. Katie is the best--been looking for a good nail tech since my guy of 11 years didn't come back after COVID. The techs give you a neck/shoulder message while your nails dry as well as a great hand massage. I highly recommend! read more

They did a fantastic job on my nail dip! Everyone was extremely professional and the establishment is immaculately clean! And don't let the "Eva Nails" sign out front confuse you. I've been leasing home in NE Raleigh for 11 months . Let me tell you hands down Eva Nails ( Annie is the Best) is best nail salon in all of Raleigh ! It's so clean , so friendly and affordable. Everyone is respectful and the pedicures are to die for. They take their time and even use hot stones to massage legs at end. Annie does such a natural looking acrylic nail on me but they are a full service salon in the Food Lion plaza. While I am there I hit the DG for my paper goods !! Go there , you will love it !! We just bought a home 52 miles away and I am so sad to leave my Annie ! read more

I came for gel polish on nails and regular polish on toes. One tech completed toe polish, another completed fill in while yet another tech applied the gel polish to fingers. The gel polish was very thick, off nail on finger and very unprofessional looking. They tried filing & rubbing to correct problems. II had to request that all nails be redone. read more

Awful service - I went in for a solar fill in - the guy started with the pink base first - I asked why he did not do the white fill first said not his way ... ok ... then next thing I know he's breaking out white nail polish - I said no I want the solar white powder - he tells me no his better and I don't want powder - I said yes I do - he refused - and painted them anyway - I had to get back to work or I would have just left with my nails half complete - don't waste your time or money - just a bad job all way round - brush streaks thru the gel - awful unprofessional!!!!! read more
