Came here for the first time with a friend and at first glance it's very upscale fancy, (love that) the prices are actually worth every penny!!! I got the detoxification pedicure and it was pure relaxation!! The scrub, the foot rub, and the hot wax was amazing!!! The staff is very friendly and welcoming!! I loved how clean the salon is and everything feels very upscale!

I loved this place! It was so lively and all the tik toks of people nails I've seen have looked so cool. I just got the champagne pedicure. It was really enjoyable and I loved getting the candle wax poured on my legs! I was really afraid it was going to burn at first lol but it was a good temperature. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because I watched a video of this pedicure being done and it was supposed to include getting massaged with those sticks with balls at the end (sorry I have no clue what they're called) and they brought them out but never used them. For $75 before tip, you'd hope they would do all the things they should be doing. I will probably go back and try a different pedicure at some point

I got there at 9:30 and they took me right back. I wanted gel x nails. My tech was friendly and fast! I was out in an hour!

I got my nails done around 2pm and around 7pm same day my nail cracked open because it seems he put too much top coat on and didn't allow me to cure it long enough. I am so frustrated because this takes time out of my day when I have to go back and get it fixed. it was definitely a rushed manicure and I hate that I have to go all the way back here to get it fixed. but it'll be my first and last time here for sure.

My personal nail was in tack it's just the this acrylic broke on 4 of my nails.

Nice place but they don't honor their point system so you can get additional amenities. The workers are mid in customer service and technique. My nails broke on multiple occasions and Im a stay at home mom. The last straw was my eye lash extensions for the 2 time came off juat by touching them. One thing I lean u gonna find a way to pay them.

I have never been to a busier nail salon. But it was well organized. I did make an appointment, so that helped. It's a beautiful salon and they offer so many different services. They were able to accommodate my request for 11 pedicures. Our nail technicians were very nice and even gave tips to help with the health of our toe nails. If I am ever in the area I will definitely be back

There's a difference between getting your nails done and having a nail experience and Nail Lab gives you the experience every single time. I don't take my "little luxuries" lightly. I had a pedicure and gel manicure done on October 9th for a wedding on Oct 11. My nails didn't even make it to the wedding. I reached out this week to the staff to let them know. They offered to redo them or give me a $10 credit for my next visit. I told them a couple of times that I didn't have time to take to come get my nails redone but also that the nails were for an event that they didn't even make it to! and a $10 credit towards my next visit? extremely disappointed in the follow up service. I asked them to refund my nails only as my pedicure is still fine and I don't want to take tip away from the tech, but they just stopped replying. I was hoping to resolve this without writing a negative review... but here I am. This place came highly recommended and although I had a decent day of experience, i'm extremely disappointed that my gel nails didn't last 2 days and i am disappointed in their customer service. be cautious when coming here. I don't think i'll ever visit again. read more

I loved this place! It was so lively and all the tik toks of people nails I've seen have looked so cool. I just got the champagne pedicure. I've tried this twice and today was my third and most likely last time. The nail tech I had didn't do a good job at all. I spent $120 for a gel manicure and pedicure that I could of did at home, my cuticles weren't even done correctly. I just wasted and money and leaving extremely dissatisfied. This is suppose to be a treat, I couldn't even relax because I constantly had to keep telling hin they this nail was uneven, this is to long, can you do this. It was actually exhausting. My cuticles look horribe! read more

Do not come here!!! Went in to get acrylic, showed them what I wanted and got quoted $80. I sat down got my nails done and then they charge me $95 at checkout. They were supposed to be short French tips snd they charged me more than they said it was going to cost. Not only that but they didn't go off of my inspo picture so it wasn't even what I wanted and they weren't willing to fix or give me back the extra money they charged me. very rude and not worth your money. We did a walk in and waited a little but not super long. We got a drink before being seated for our pedicures and mine was the cranberry mimosa and my SIL had the grinch punch. Super cute drinks and taste was perfect! We picked the detox pedicure and it's been a super wonderful experience. My tech Lee took his time and really did a wonderful job on my pedicure. We ordered 2 more rounds. We tried the snowfall mojito and then I tried the grinch punch and she tried the cran mimosa. $6/ cocktails and super cute, can't beat it! We have a DD so we were able to try each of the speciality drinks besides the chocolate martini. Everyone was super friendly. Definitely love the vibe of this place! read more

quite literally obsessed with this salon!!!! been to so many and you can never guarantee you'll get a good set - not the case with nail lab raleigh. every time i walk in, i know that im going to get exactly what i asked for and a consistent experience. i get my nails done by bryan but have visited another tech in a pinch who was also great. forget her name. both sets shown here are done by bryan. not only can he copy a photo i give him 1:1 he can improvise with very little input. i'm indecisive and he helps me improvise when needed. he is also the fastest nail artist i've ever had that can deliver quality. both of these sets with designs on each nail have taken him end to end around 1:15 hrs which is just insane because his prep and shaping is on point too. vibe is very nice! they offer you beverages and have a cute drink menu but i usually just take a free diet coke. can't rave about them enough!!! price is fair but definitely up there due to the designs i get. never felt like i've been priced unfairly though. will never stop talking about this place!!! i have even told friends and sent them here and they loved it as well. read more

The vibe was great and I got the best pedicure I've had in a while here. Everyone was extremely friendly. My only complaint is that my toes chipped very quickly and my nail polish looked a bit messy/bubbly like 30 mins after leaving. (I got gelx so it wasn't that I smudged them). I think this is somewhere that you go for special nails and book someone specific. Maybe not worth your every two week nail spot. read more

I recently moved to the area and my old nail tech in VA suggested this shop to me. I'm always weary of trying a new nail spot but The Nail Lab did not disappoint! I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment and was seated within 5 minutes of arriving. Alex completed my full set and I LOVE the end result. The process was quick and painless. Alex was extremely kind, patient, detail oriented and gave me exactly what I asked for. He took his time with each nail, but still moved pretty quickly. The shop was packed while I was there, but I never felt rushed or as if he was trying to get to another customer. I will definitely be coming back to see Alex and am looking forward to getting other services done. read more

Negatives: -was told the wait would be 45 min, waited 1.5 hrs -not much of a selection of polish colors, most were very bright and not many muted or cool options -was rushed out of the chair bc they were busy yet there was no where to sit and wait for nails to dry (they had us sit at the waiting area) -they charge a fee to use a credit card Positives: -massage chair and pedicure were great no complaints read more

The lady looked me up and she asked my information and guess what I wasn't in the computer! I was starting to get very upset and frustrated because I know for sure that I booked an appointment. The lady checked the computer for both locations and I wasn't in neither of them. So, I walked to my car and spoke with the lady at the falls location and she told me that normally they send a confirmation a couple of days before and I never got that which tells me that the lady never put my appointment in the computer. It was a waste of time. They were both really professional and nice but I don't like when my time is wasted. So, my suggestion to you make sure that you call them, get the name of the person you spoke with, make sure they have all of your information and send you a confirmation email. I have attached a photo of the phone call I made to them last week to book my appt!

I didn't mind, it only made sense. I used the bathroom and sat down and within minutes, i was next. It was very fast, which i liked but worried me a little. I sat in my chair and I specifically asked for cleaning and not thinning them, whatsoever, as i always do anywhere i get my brows done.They offer threading or wax, i went with threading. I did brows, upper lip and sides. She worked very fast; within minutes, i was done. i paid and tipped and went to my car. Still in the parking lot, i look at my brows and notice that one side is thinner than the other. Brows are cousins not sisters, i know, but naturally. You can tell one was threaded thinner, and it looked like a mistake. I used my phone light to look closer and found a white line under my left brow that my right brow didn't have, showing how much of it was threaded off. I also saw hairs still in the middle and under both brows, so i went back in and told her about them. She told me that she didn't use her glasses so she didn't see, which i didn't like because for intricate work like that, you should use ur glasses. No biggie, she cleaned the random hairs. I then told her that she threaded too much on one side. She told me she didn't see it and they looked even to her. I got close to the mirror and used my phone to extend a straight line from one end tip of one brow to the other, and showed her how one is thinner. She told me she could make the other thinner to make them even; which not only confirmed the unevenness but also i didn't appreciate the lack of accountability. I told her i didn't want to do that and instead i'd rather wait for the other to grow out. I was hoping she was quick because she's been doing it for so long, but quick in this case meant rushing and nothing good comes from that. People make mistakes sometimes but i think it's important to take accountability and maybe don't rush. It's not a cheap service and it's important to do it right. I didn't make a big deal of it because with brows and hair, there's not much you can do, the damage has been done. I simply told her about it and showed her and she didn't say anything other than telling me she can make the other side thinner to make it even rather than apologize.

I'm leaving this review as someone who personally witnessed an interaction at Nail Lab Raleigh that made me extremely uncomfortable and concerned about how customers are treated. While waiting, I observed a young woman calmly return within the salon's stated policy window (1-10 days) to address a broken nail. What followed was completely unacceptable. The front desk staff, including a female staff member wearing glasses and a male staff member, began speaking to her in a raised and dismissive manner. When the customer asked for the manager's name, the situation escalated further instead of being handled professionally. At one point, staff began speaking to each other in another language directly in front of the customer, which felt inappropriate and dismissive, especially given the tension of the moment. The customer appeared visibly uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of a full salon. What stood out most was the lack of de-escalation, empathy, or leadership. A simple service concern turned into a prolonged confrontation that no customer should experience, especially after spending a significant amount of money. The lady stated her and her mother spent $500. I also attempted to leave a Google review afterward, only to find that reviews are currently disabled due to suspicious high-rated reviews being removed. That alone raised concerns about transparency and accountability. Additionally, as someone who pays attention to sanitation practices, I noticed what appeared to be inconsistent sterile techniques during services. I did not observe proper sanitization practices that are typically expected in licensed nail establishments, which made me question whether all technicians were properly licensed or following state-required protocols. Luxury pricing should come with luxury professionalism, respect, and hygiene. Unfortunately, based on what I witnessed, this establishment fell short on all three. I just got my nails here yesterday. My tech's name was Khloe, she was very personable, funny and very kind. I did have to ask for refreshments but it was no big deal because she went and got it for me right away. I needed a soakoff and I was late to my appointment, so she did pop my nails off, I am from NJ so ive had this done before but it was a little bit uncomforatble, but nothing i couldnt manage and she made sure to stop when i said it hurt and was very gentel. I get short nails as I am a legal secretary, but I have to say these are the most beautifully shaped little minies I have ever seen in my life! I asked for short short almond and she DELIVERED! the price was very in par for the quality and the wine was great as well. Athmospher was pleasant and I trully enjoyed my service. I will never go anywhere else. I can tell these will last me quite a bit. I also had a brief comversation with the owner and he was also very nice. I cannot wait for my next appointment and also cant wait to try their pedicures as they look very relaxing. this place was awesome and I will surely be telling everyone about it! also note that parking can be a pain in the butt because of how many popular shops on this strip. read more

I came to this nail salon because of their TikTok videos and the quality of work they showcase online. Unfortunately, I was slightly disappointed with my experience. A new gel French tip set cost $99, which is far more than I've ever paid at a salon for this service. Additionally, my nail tech began popping and ripping off my original set instead of soaking it off properly. I had to ask him to soak the nails on my other hand because I was concerned about damage to my nail beds. I was also taken to a separate two-chair room in the back rather than being serviced in the main area, which felt a bit strange and unexplained. Overall, I'm not sure what justified the cost of the service, and I agree with previous reviews suggesting that pricing may not be clearly communicated or consistent. read more

Everything about my experience at the NAIL LAB was absolutely PERFECT. When you walk in, it looks so luxurious yet calming. They offer light refreshments like cocktails, wine, tea, snacks etc. Khloe was my nail tech both times and she perfectly executed the styles I wanted when I showed her a picture. The entire ambiance completely passes the "vibe check." I loved it so much I brought my daughter and nieces there the very next weekend. I would highly recommend this location if you and/or your girls are looking for your next nail shop home. I also think it would be the perfect spot for a bridal party.... pics and videos would be amazing! read more

I'm relatively new around here, and after trying out numerous nail salons, I've finally found my go-to spot. The owner and his wife are incredibly skilled, the lady who did my pedicure was fantastic, and the atmosphere is just right. Their range of nail colors is unlike anything I've seen before, and to top it off, they remembered my name when I returned for my second visit. They have a lot of unique colors & charts, the options are endless, astonishing. Prices are well worth the level of care that these people give you! I didn't feel rushed at all! Plus the massage chairs for the pedi were the best ever, they even have the slots that you can insert your whole arms for the massage, the most luxurious pedicure experience I have ever seen in Raleigh.
