To say I'm upset & embarrassed is an understatement...i called this morning to make an appointment for after work...they scheduled me for 6:30 & i managed to get there early around 6:15. I haven't had my nails done in a salon for over a year, due to the cost & how stripped my nails had gotten from doing them consistently for 3 years. So for THIS to be my first experience & them being my birthday nails, not just a daily set is SO SO SO upsetting. I'm mad at myself for not speaking up but as a guest to a service business it shouldn't be my job to do that. I say this because i gave 3 design options to the girl & she looked at all of them like i was crazy so i did my best to simplify them for her, even let her talk me out of the gold design and THIS is what i got. I'm really upset that they didn't just tell me they couldn't do it...i would've just got my toes done instead. Worst part, the cost was outrageous. They told me the price of set 1 that i wanted would be $120+ so i agreed to go with design 2 to avoid such a high price. I still paid $75 for these because of the "French tips" I'm sorry but she did less work on the tips than she did on the solid color nails. Also the length when she put the acrylics on was perfect, they didn't get this short until she shaped all of them several times over again...I'm just confused and shocked honestly that she even thought this looked like what i wanted. Let's not forget how rushed the entire process felt since they closed at 7 and i was the last customer in there a little after 7:15. Im just beyond upset and shocked that anyone would think this work looked remotely similar to my request. read more

This review is long overdue. I love coming to this salon. It is always clean, professional and relaxing. The owner, Nancy, is awesome! Some months back, she came into the salon on her day off to fix my broken nail and that meant a lot. I also get my nails done by Julie and she makes me feel like an absolute QUEEN when I visit. Both Julie and Nancy are super talented. The reddish looking set is a custom cat-eye done by Nancy. The other set was done by Julie. I absolutely loved both sets. read more

I always get pink and white acrylic and it has become harder to find nail technicians that do this nail style. Queen Nails is open 7 days a week and they were so helpful on the phone. I made am online appointment and you can request a specific technician. Nancy is the acrylic expert and she did a fabulous and flawless job with my new set. The salon is very clean and the pedicure chairs are very fancy. They are very transparent about their pricing and tell you up front what it will be for the services performed. They currently have a student special so students take advantage and check out the Instagram promotion. I will be back and thank you for taking such great care of me! read more

I went in for a birthday pedicure and have been looking for a place with the massage chairs! The local prices have been ridiculous, but these guys were quite reasonable and what I got for the price was fantastic!! They were clean and kind and my nails look great! I wound up getting a manicure too, and I have sensitive cuticles and consistently get ignored. She did not!!! I'm so happy! read more

Went in today on a whim and saw Sandy for a pedicure/gel manicure. She gave me hands down the BEST pedicure I've had in a very long time, listening to what I wanted and following my requests to a tee, especially when it came to the thickness of the white strip for my French pedicure. While this may sound minor/silly, the nail technicians I've seen over the past year in this area rarely listen to me when I request a barely there white line for my French pedicure, and it drives me batty. Sandy listened AND did it perfectly the first time. Additionally, the salon appeared impeccably clean and the staff were all incredibly nice and professional, which made it overall a fantastic first experience. I absolutely love this salon. Every time I've come they have always taken care of me. You walk in and feel like family. They greet you and make sure your needs are met. Im leaving two stars because the people are actually nice. However, I have NNEVER in my life had fungus grow on my nails from a nail shop. I took the acrylic nails and gel polish on my toes off last night and discovered to find my nails were GREEN!! It wasn't just one, it was at least 5 nails and one toe nail.
