I feel like my experience with this location.Has been very mixed. My first time going there, I felt like they did an amazing job. And were immensely friendly. However, my last time, what really made me not want to go back. I got a gel x manicure and a gel.Pedicure and it was done poorly. The acrylic nails were fine.However my toes were not. The nail tech did the wrong color and I mentioned it three times and was dismissed. As I was leaving, I very much noticed the difference and brought it to the attention of the staff. It seemed like the nail tech got upset due to the lack of communication, but I felt very uncomfortable. And dismissed because I had mentioned this several times and the lack of communication made the layers way too much. They ended up putting the layers that I needed to make the right shade. However, because there were so many layers, the nail polish ended up not being dry.Even like fifteen minutes after leaving. My toes because of this were essentially chipped, and the nail polish was stripped as I walked. This was very frustrating because it could have been avoided. Because of the issue with the nail polish, it ended up taking much much longer than expected. And that also cut into my work.And I had to reschedule a client because of it. I know people make mistakes.However, I wish that I was heard at the first time. That would have saved my nails being done incorrectly. That would have saved my extra time it took. read more

This used to be Fingertips but there are new owners and staff and the service is terrible. The guy who gave me a pedicure absolutely did not know what he was doing and I ended up with messy looking nails. Their standard pedicure offers fewer services and costs more. I will never go back. read more

Made an appointment for 3:00pm, showed up a few minutes early. Waited 20 minutes, not one person acknowledged our existence, two people came to the front desk to check someone out, still not one word is said to us, we got up and headed out the door, it was only then the woman exclaimed "I am ready for you now". First off, the staff is very nice. The ladies are very sweet, but unfortunately, I wasn't crazy about my finished product. The manner in which they do a dip French manicure is unlike I have had before and I wasn't satisfied with the process or my nails. The nail tech I had was a little rough and I had to tell her several times that she was hurting me during my manicure. I was in a pinch traveling the next day and this as the only spot that had availability. I called them because they were in my neighborhood and had stellar reviews. I will not be going again. I seriously needed a pedi and seriously went to the wrong place to get it done. I asked for the signature and got the citrus which I didn't realize until I started to smell the fruit being rubbed on my legs. She didn't use the cuticle nippers which was really why I went in the first place and then cut me somehow with the tool to push back cuticles. After I got home I noticed there was polish on my skin but the top edges of my nails were missing polish. The next morning I woke to a throbbing toe which felt better after drenching in peroxide and watching it foam up a few times. I won't return. read more

Nice classical music going. Two walls have what look like waves on them so the place sounds and looks like you're in or on the water. It could have been a little cooler. I had a citrus pedicure and it was pretty nice. Orange slices were put on the water and grapefruit later rubbed on my legs. Probably doesn't do anything but the pampering is nice. Fresh fruit going to my legs and feet! This is a nice place. I just wish more people spoke English. When the talk among themselves I generally thing they're talking about me. This place has the worst customer satisfaction I would say a nail salon could ever. My friend and I went in there we are both 18 and may not be taken seriously yet, we are still customers. She got dip power and I got gel. I went over to sit with her when I was done to talk to her. When her nails got finished she told the lady very politely that she did not like her color because her nails were see through. On the dip powder color wheel to choose from her color did not show as see through so she got it. After she her nail tech aka the manager that she didn't like her nails she started talking to her coworker and rolled her eyes. I explained to her that it is customer satisfaction to fix her nails that my friend was unsatisfied with. She started pointing in her face about how "she choose the color" and "it's not my fault" to us. After we were in there arguing for 5 minutes her co worker agreed to fix them for her. (Thank god). Then we got home and realized THEY ARE GLOW IN THE DARK. When she did not want glow in the dark nails and it did not say anywhere that they were glow in the dark.... moral of the story here is go to glow nail spa if u want bad service, false advertising, and if you want to waste your money. read more

I had my first visit at Glow Nail Spa today. It was very clean and modern. I was specifically looking for an SNS manicure. I started using SNS gel powder in January 2017 and won't turn back. It's not the cheapest, but it's better than acrylics. Anyway, the salon was running a grand opening sale of 20% services and it came to about $32, not including tip. I didn't get the gentleman's name who did my nails, but he was careful in taking off the previous SNS powder, filing my nails, and trimming my cuticles. The one bad thing I found was that they did not have a large selection of colors, but I'm hoping that will change. I will definitely come back because my nails came out beautifully and it did not seem to be a rushed job at all. read more

Came here for a pedicure since I'm new to the area and don't have a nail salon I like yet. One of the worst pedicures I've ever gotten. Flooded my cuticles with gel and then cured it so it'd still be there till I got them redone and I couldn't do anything about it. They looked terrible so I pointed it out and asked for her to fix it and she tried to clip it off and ended up cutting me. Also the massage was aggressive and actually hurt to get. The cosmetology board inspector came in while I was there and the employees seemed panicked when she announced who she was and became more aggressive with the massage, cuticle clipping, filing, etc. Will not be back and don't recommend read more

Awesome!!! Had the best time getting pedicures with my boyfriend and have been coming already for my liquid gel nails. A+ service and the staff is all so friendly! And the atmosphere is so relaxing I usually fall asleep! I will definitely be back in a few weeks!!! She just took a girl with no appointment and I had to wait over an hour with my son bored to death. I made appointment for new set but sat and nothing was done for the over one hour wait. Had to get NEW SET filled 4 days later. Gel on top of inferior acrylic is so detrimental. Shawn did my nails to perfection. They told me he was the best when I walked in and he lived up to that title. Very few people can shape round nails perfectly. He took his time (without taking too long) and shaped and polished. The SNS is amazing and I can't wait to see how long it lasts. My review is specifically for a pedicure - the other reviews look like they're for manicures. So please keep that in mind while reading. My regular place was booked for the day so I went here, based on yelp reviews. I called and made an appointment - I WAS NOT a walk in. I was totally rushed because the person doing my pedicure had another appointment directly following. I got the mother to be pedicure based on what was shared about the massage - it was more then I normally spend but I thought, why not? It's my due date and my feet are swollen. I wanted to make sure I had a good massage. Well the pedicure itself was 30 minutes - which is usually the time when I get the base pedicure at my other place. It was super fast and really too quick to enjoy it. The nail tech was awesome - very polite and talkative. Again, I think she was rushed it wasn't that the quality was poor. She also painted my nails fast and I have paint on my skin. It looks sloppy. They also hurried me out of there because they had other appointments and wanted me to pay right away. so I sat in my car to wait for the polish to dry. Most likely not going back considering here are so many other nail places in the area they are less money and do a better job. read more

I chose to visit this spa because they were new in the neighborhood and they offer the powder dip that I wanted to try out. Overall I walked out with good looking nails! But a few things needed improvement: I was taken care of by three different people, it took 3 hours for a mani pedi and the nails had to be buffed and redone three times. This place can be good when it's not overbooked and you get the right tech (Jenny was my favorite). I've gotten several decent gel manicures here and generally everyone was pleasant (one male tech can be a bit rough when doing manicures, and one female tech looked at my cuticles once and said "Ugh do you pick at your nails or something? Because that is very bad if you do", not a fantastic customer service experience). But the reason I stopped going is because they asked me to call each time I want to make an appointment vs. booking through Yelp. Calling is not convenient, I prefer to book online. Came in here last Wednesday for SNS and 4 days later it is lifting at the base of my nail and snagging when I run my hands through my hair. I've been to other establishments and had the SNS last up to 3 weeks. For $45 I'm disappointed. *Update*: I gave the salon a call and scheduled to come in and have my nails redone. While there was concern for my dissatisfaction over the phone, when I arrived at the time scheduled there was no sense of urgency to get my nail issue resolved. I waited for 30min after the scheduled time and did not feel very welcomed compared to other guests being serviced at the time. Maybe my review had a part in that. Chen redid my nails and they are much better. After the redo, I was lectured about how my review is bad for the salon and urged to remove it. I have chosen to provide an update instead. I get my nails done for the expertise of certified nail technicians. Given that expectation of expertise, I don't feel quality should be compromised. I will seek another salon in the future. read more
