The second time I went (only because I really needed my toenails done fast) the experience was nice, until they finished my nails. They just told me to pay and leave. I was telling them my toenails were still wet, the younger kid that works there was trying to be helpful, when the owner (who has a nasty attitude told him to stop). Perry is usually my nail tech & im very disappointed in the set he recently did on me LAST WEEK (6-19-24) ! He rushed on my set & my acrylic is paper thin, so thin in fact that soon as I got home, the tip on my pinky on my left had snapped. I don't have time to come RIGHT BACK in to get it fixed ! Then yesterday, my ring finger tip snapped, & today my middle finger tip snapped AND my thumb nail BROKE in half ! I see Perry all the time, & this was my first being disappointed in a set he did! Hmmmm.....how do I put this in a way that doesn' t make people run from this place? Ok, well, I went in for a pedi with Friendsay. She has been to this place plently of times and likes it because it is cheap and close to her home. I will say this place is cheap but you def get what you pay for. 1. The staff was nice but not as attentive as I would have liked. For example, the lady who was doing my pedi was chatting and not paying attention and left nail polish on the skin around my toes. 2. Once Friendsay was finished, we still wanted to chat and they made her move to the waiting seats for drying even though no one was waiting for a pedi. Weird! 3. There was a slight altercation from a girl who apparently was waiting for her nails to be done and they took someone else ahead of her. Whoa!! It almost went there but thankfully it simmered down before it actually did. 4. The chairs and the place in general is old and not kept updated. If you are looking for a quick fix or cheap pedi, then this is your place. I most likely won't be back but it was worth it to have a pedi with Friendsay so we could chat but it would have been even better if we could have finished our convo without her being forced to move away from me. read more

I went to this establishment on 2/20/2021 for an early appointment to get eyebrows and lip done. The gentleman that works in the front took my temperature (which is more than fine) but was not wearing a mask. I figured he would put it on since I was the first appointment, but he did not. He started to cough, which had me worried and I watched as he continuously spit into the trash can near his station. He continued to clear mucus and spit over and over.
