Amazing nail salon-- clean, spacious, with helpful and knowledgeable technicians. I recommend the upgraded pedicure options; the two of us opted for the collagen one which includes a lengthy foot and leg massage, aromatic foot soak, scrub, lavender or green tea lotion, collagen foot mask, and more. The massage chair you sit in during the pedicure is strong and really effective to loosen muscles in the back. They will offer you wine to sip as you get your nails done. There is an option for kids too, and men (just ask). Inside there are many stations for feet and hands, so it would be great for a group appointment. Soon there will be a full bar and Kereoke. Kelly does an absolutely incredible job with the nail art, and every technician we experienced has a great eye to detail. Highly recommend! read more

Zenith Nail Lounge - Collagen pedicure is super nice - Nail Salons Near Me - Raleigh, North Carolina

This was my second visit to this location, and unfortunately it confirmed why I shouldn't have returned. I didn't realize it was the same place as my first bad experience, so I decided to give them another chance. I got both a pedi and a mani, and neither service was acceptable. The first technician who started my pedicure cut my big toenail unevenly. When I pointed it out, he said he would "file it down" to fix it, but filing it only made the nail crooked. Already frustrated, I asked for someone else. June stepped in... while she was kind and gave a great foot massage, she also did not correct the issue. After realizing neither technician could fix the mistake, I ended up filing it myself. Then came the manicure. An older lady, who was the only person not wearing a mask, began doing my nails. I immediately noticed smudges and polish all over my skin. When I pointed it out, she grabbed the acetone and (supposedly accidentally) squirted it in my face. This was honestly the part that upset me the most. While she shaped my nails pretty decent, the polish application was sloppy, and she even scratched my skin. She tried to file my other hand, but I declined because I was already marked up from the first. After all of this, no one offered a genuine apology -- and they still had the nerve to ask for a tip. I do not recommend this place. read more

I was honestly really excited to visit because there were so many great reviews, but unfortunately, my experience did not live up to what I was expecting. I got a basic pedicure, and there wasn't any hot water available for my pedicure. Instead, the technician took what appeared to be an Amazon massage turbo/stick and placed it in the water. That was already disappointing because I expected a more relaxing and polished experience. There was also some confusion about the pricing. The technician showed me the total price, but I was simply asking for a breakdown so I could understand exactly what I was being charged for. Another employee, who wasn't involved in the conversation, jumped in and repeated the price breakdown in a way that felt passive-aggressive and unnecessary. I didn't feel like my question was unreasonable, so the reaction made the situation feel much bigger than it needed to be. Unfortunately, the quality of the service has also been disappointing. It has only been a week, and my "gel polish" is already chipping. For the price I paid, I expected the polish to last significantly longer. I also understand that I came on a Friday about two hours before closing, but I still feel that customers should receive the same level of professionalism and courtesy during business hours. Overall, I was disappointed because I came in with high expectations based on the reviews. I wasn't looking for anything extra, I simply expected a basic pedicure, quality gel polish, clear communication about the pricing, and a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning. Everybody was rude. read more

I came to Zenith to get my nails done and I was extremely disappointed in the service I received. I had one technician doing my hands and another doing my toes. In the middle of the service the women doing my nails left and another one took over. I did not realize at the moment but, they painted my nails on one hand different than the other. I also noticed there was nail polish on my cuticles. I had an event to go to which I was late to because they had to fix the one hand that had the wrong color. When I asked for a discount for the inconvenience, they threatened to call the police if I did not pay. I will NEVER come back here again. I am not even happy with how my nails came out. read more

My pedicure was amazing. My mother in laws not so much. The guy did not do a proper pedicure. Went straight into painting her toes and then cleaned them and ended up chipping her toe nail polish. They did not offer to fix it or anything. She got the most expensive pedicure too. If you want a proper pedicure ask for Julir she was so detail orientated and clean!!! read more

I call on short notice since I was not in my area of NC and they said just walk in. Although unfamiliar with Raleigh, My BFF was in town from IL, so we found in Yelp. A true nail bar, that serves alcohol and mocktails too. The nail tech Emily was very personal and did tell me that my nail that was broken in the middle could not be fixed, other nail salons would just cover the broken nail. I did appreciate that. read more

Be aware that the least expensive traditional pedicure at $38 is not shown to you when they hand you the menu. It is on another page but they hand you an open menu to choose from pricier services, the traditional was hidden. Then the woman at the counter/register asked my tech what I was getting. She responded "only a traditional pedicure"? So inappropriate and unprofessional! I wasn't offered any beverage, I guess I didn't spend enough to get that service? I left feeling like I was wasting their time. Not coming back! read more

My polish chipped within the first week, the boss here is very rude! For the price the service is terrible. You don't get the basics for the price at all go somewhere else if you want to be treated decent and get what you pay for, also when called about wine options they said you get a complimentary glass but expect to pay because that's a lie. read more

In the area for the holidays and luckily they had a lot of available time for us. :) We both got gel mani pedi and love how they turned out. Everyone was super friendly! This would be a great spot for a large group or celebration. They have a large front area with lots of seating and a bar in the future. Kelly is the person who did my nail art, she was so sweet and did an amazing job!! She totally saw the vision. I came in with two different photos and she was able to combine them and they turned out even better than the references!! The massage chairs were so comfy and I'm impressed that they even had the wrist rest. I felt so pampered. We'll definitely come back here next time we visit. read more

I guess I shouldn't expect health and quality from a nail salon, but if I'm paying $90 for a manicure, I'd just expect a little more care in my nails... I never had my previous nails ripped off, my cuticles were cut down with a drill which led to cuts, and my builder gel has never been this thick. Paint still left on my fingers... I came before with another lady and would just expect better... never again. read more

Place is run very disorganized, with multiple techs swapping to work on you, overfilling the basins for pedicures since they are rushing all around (keep in mind this was on a weekday). For $120, I'd hope my dip mani (and gel pedi) would last more than a week... nope. 6 days later the mani dip is chipping off on multiple nails. Disappointed read more

got gel acrylics done, and while they looked pretty, they only lasted one week. normally gel acrylics from my hometown spa last 3 weeks and only cost $70 with the design i got here. At zenith, it cost about $90 for the gel acrylics and only lasted 1/3 the time! Also it smells like hookah in the lounge and looks quite dirty. read more
