BEST customer service and most fantastic salon I have EVER used, and I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years! When Carol told me they were opening a new salon in CARY, I was so excited for them, and was more than willing to make the drive from Nashville, NC to Cary to continue having her as my nail stylist!!! SHE IS SO WORTH the hour drive! The salon is exceptionally beautiful, and clean, the staff there is welcoming, and goes out of their way to make your spa experience everything it should be - totally pampered! Carol is extremely talented and an amazing nail artist; there hasn't been anything I have asked for on my nails that she can't do! I have been getting the GEL X on my nails for the last 3 months, and while it may cost just a bit more, it is sooooooo totally worth it. My nails look as good 3-4 weeks later as they did the day I left the salon. I also tried out their eyelash extension service. I had never ever tried anything like that before. Carol was very skilled in this service, and the entire experience was relaxing, and the lashes turned out wonderful - and very natural looking. I will be a repeat customer for this service for sure! Like I said, I will make the hour drive every month to continue going to this salon. Worth every minute it takes to get there, and such a great experience! If you are looking for a pampering, warm atmosphere, and great experience, you have to try Heaven Foot Spa Nails Lounge!

The place when i walked in was very clean and didn't have any nail or ammonia smell that some nail salons have. I had a regular basic mani/pedi which the service was great. cut, filed and cuticle care was great no roughness and left both my hands and feet nicely cleaned up; However, during the service I kept making it clear I did not want gel for i'm not a fan and prefer natural. I understand it is a business and gel is more money but I did not want that polish which ended up leaving the rest of the service a bit awkward. The polish job looked great but after 4 days it began to bubble, crack and one nail had the polish cleanly peel off. ( now I have used DND polish before and have gotten at least 2-3 weeks before i need another service. I'm not rough on my hands, use gloves when cleaning, and my nails are short) Luckily I had a similar polish at home and i was able to fix it. Maybe if I gotten the gels as it was being pushed during the service, they would have taken care of it better, but I definitely can tell it was a product issue for regular nails. If I decide to go back I would bring my own base/ top coat and polish with me....which kind of defeats the purpose.

The staff was rude and argumentative when I asked for a specific service. I knew exactly what I wanted, but they repeatedly tried to convince me to choose a different service, even after I made it clear I was only there for the one I requested. It became frustrating and made the experience uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the nail technician nicked my cuticles on three different fingers badly enough that they bled, and I now have scabs around those nails. After giving this salon multiple chances, I will not be returning. They definitely need to improve their customer service and be more respectful of what their clients are asking for.

They said the couldn't do that with dip so I asked if they could do a regular French tip with dip. The older gentleman in the salon stated that he could do regular French tip look with dip powder, so I agreed to that. He began prepping my nails but did not ask what shape I wanted so I thought he would do that later. He began the dip process to create the French tip and had some issues on a few nails which caused the powder to become thick and bulky. Instead of him starting over he tried to salvage them. Long story short, I figured the nails would look mediocre just from watching the dip process and I was right. They were a bit misshapen, lumpy, and very thick. I was never asked what shape I wanted and for this general purpose, I just needed some nails that would photograph well enough that photoshop could assist. The total for my nails was $50 if anyone is wondering. This place used to be such a great place with workers who did excellent work, but there was a change of management around 2017-2018 and it has not been the same quality since. I'm sure they can do basic acrylics and manicures well (I did not experience a pedi) but specialized attention to detail is not an attribute that I observed in the last few times I've been since new management (this includes a long period of time between trying them after new management until now).

I've had mostly pleasant experiences at this salon in the past, but my most recent visit with the…read moreowner was unfortunately my worst. Her customer service and professionalism left a lot to be desired. I felt she was dismissive and lacked the warmth and attention to detail I had experienced from other technicians there. The gel manicure itself was also disappointing. In my past experiences, my gel manicures have lasted for weeks, but this one did not hold up as expected and the overall application seemed rushed and less careful. What stood out to me was an interaction during the appointment when a nail became smudged. Another technician initially suggested redoing it properly, but the owner stepped in and insisted that only the affected area be fixed. The other technician's reaction suggested that this may not have been the salon's usual standard of service. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience felt noticeably different from the level of quality and care I had previously received.
