I tried this place based on high reviews hoping for a great service. The person who did my nails was very nice and my pedi was perfect. The issue came up with my SNS manicure. The lady kept adding coats then asked me three times if I wanted chrome after chipping my nails in various places. I think she was offering to not redo my nails. I declined the chrome. No cuticle trimming, lotion, or consistency. Worst experience ever for 90$. Will not go back and will drive 47 minutes to Village Nails where I always have a consistent and good experience. read more

He took his time with my manicure and made sure the color and shape were exactly how i wanted them. I stopped going to salons and was doing press on for a while but I woke up this morning decided I wanted to go to a salon. My technician was named Terri and she was fantastic. I love the way my nails look!! The nails aren't too thick and I was frequently asked if I liked them before moving on to the next step. I walked in wanting something really complicated and everyone there was really polite and was very upfront about what would need to be done for me to get the design I wanted. The design I wanted was a little over budget so we compromised and I just did two nail designs but I really love it!! I also bite my nails and have really short nail beds and they were still able to give me the shape I wanted. ( I've been to other salons where they told me I couldn't do something because of the length of my nails) As I was leaving I made an appointment in two weeks to come back to get them filled. We have gone to oasis a handful of times. Their massage chairs are great. I love that based on your pedicure they will set a timer and do the massage for the amount of time stated. The actual pedicures and manicures have been hit or miss. Some have been really good while others have been lower quality and Have chipped right away. We would love to see more consistency in the work they do. read more

I've been coming here occasionally for a couple of years for acrylics and have always been satisfied but today my nails seemed very rushed and messy. I did not have an appointment but i never have in the past and it hasn't been a problem. The french tips aren't even and have spots that are more bumpy than others. My nails look a bit bulky at the tips, very thick and not filed down. I felt bad saying anything at the salon since the nail tech had gotten so far before I started to not like them. Best nail salon I have been to in Holly Springs! I am new to the area and have tried a couple other nail salons in Holly Springs and did not like those. I have been getting my nails done over 20 years so I appreciate quality service and products. Today was my second visit here, and I have been very pleased both times. My first visit I received a gel manicure with A.J. and he did a great job. My nails were damaged from having removed acrylic nails and he took the time to make sure my manicure looked good, even doing an extra coat of polish. Today I received an exfoliating pedicure. I did not get the name of my nail technician but she did amazing. It is very relaxed and they do not rush to get you out. I definitely recommend getting a pedicure here. Not sure how they're getting high ratings. Came in with a friend and later 3 more friends joined us for pedi. Had sns nails done. My friend had a nice outcome and as for me- not so much. Tech skipped the hand washing step and sealed all the grains into the polish and had an attitude about redoing it. My friend was serviced by what seemed to be the owner who continued to talk down to us and any move we made she'd tell us how the nails would get damaged. Felt like 5 year old. Nobody offered us a beverage either so my friend asked if they have any wine- they only had champagne. Moving on to pedicure- I got the upgraded one and it literally lasted 10-15 minutes. And my nails were not cut as asked. I think it's safe to say I will stick to Lee nails in the same plaza!!! read more

If giving zero stars was an option, that would've been my score. I received a dip powder pedicure. Took 2 hours and my nails turned out lumpy and the lady cut my fingers several times. I went back the next day for a refund and the owner was put on the phone and was extremely disrespectful. He told me that my nails were fine and that they would fix them. I did not want them fixed I wanted my money back to get them done properly elsewhere. He told me he had me on camera if I did anything, as if I was acting irate. After being there for 30 minutes I finally received my refund. I would NEVER recommend this salon. And the way the owner talks to clients is extremely horrible. Not how you run a business. read more

I had a very disappointing gel mani and pedi for $78 (after tip). I opted for one of the more expensive pedis. However, during my pedi they proceeded to give me my gel mani... with the light in my lap sitting on top of a very lint filled wash cloth! Gel mani was happening during my pedi massage... needless to say, I couldn't enjoy my massage because I had to focus on keeping my legs still so I wouldn't mess up my gel mani. Gel mani was poorly done and I had to point out that the gel wasn't even touching my cuticles. Plus, they have these cool pedi chairs with arm massagers that I couldn't even enjoy, because they gave me my mani while I was sitting in the pedi chair. As I was drying my toes the manager/owner asked how my experience was and I was honest. He told me it was their first Sunday open and he didn't want to bring too many employees in Incase they were slow. Nail salons are a dime a dozen in HS so not the smartest decision. I have since taken my business elsewhere. My pedicure barely lasted 2 weeks. read more

My friend and I stopped by after work last Friday. We called on our way over, it was a last minute decision, and they were able to get us in within 10 minutes. Awesome! We both were getting pedicures and our nails done. They accommodated us so we could sit together for each service. It was really great. They offered drinks and snacks. The color selection was great, they have colors for everybody. My pedicure was one of the best I've had in a while and the pedicure chairs were the most luxurious I've ever tried. I've had pedicures done here in the past by the females, they're fantastic. I'm sitting in the chair with a gentleman who just did my pedicure, quickest and most uninvolved pedicure I've ever received. He didn't engaged me at all, my feet were in the water for maybe 4 minutes total the entire pedicure. My pedicure is $49 and he spent less than 20 minutes on my feet. Super unsatisfied, I'll come back to the ladies but never to this man. He doesn't act like he wants to be here. read more

I went to have my nails fixed twice. They were on for four days! Why should I have to come in twice to have them repaired? Thuhan did my nails and Aj fixed them. They continued to just lift and not stay on. I was pushed to get dip nails when I wanted something I was more comfortable with. Then to be told my nail bed is too short, and to be really easy with my fingers. Other women that I work with were told the exact same things. My nail beds are far from short. Bella beside bed bath and beyond, soaked them off and did a brand new full set gel. They didnt charge me for the service of removing the nails that were put on by oasis. Along with the other women at my office. We have all tried to give this place a chance. We gave them several chances. They just don't have the skills to run a business. Save yourself the time and go to Lee Spa Nail across the street or one of the many other nail salons in Holly Springs. I have never in my life experienced such dishonesty from a nail technician at an establishment. If you appreciate being up-charged about $30 more regardless of what you get then go here. Specifically the technician that sits at station #7, throughout my appointment prices were made up and then when I went to the register he charged about $30 more than the price he gave in the chair. Overall, they're very limited on what they can do here and they don't have many colors to choose from. I was switched between nail technicians throughout my appointment because their skill set was limited (if one couldn't do the shape, they would switch me to another nail tech. Then when it was time for the design they switched me again to a different nail tech). On top of that, they charge way more than the should for nails with shape and length. Just save your time really, there are plenty of other nail salons that can do what they do, if not better for a way better price and experience. read more

Love this place. I get a fill with gel and gel polish on top and they always turn out perfect. I get my pedicures here too and the massage chairs are really nice and relaxing. This is the best nail salon I have been to in the triangle. Everyone is so friendly. I have got my nails done by several different employees at oasis and I'm never disappointed. They have tiny kids chairs for the kids to get pedicures and they have amazing massage chairs for the adults. I feel like a lot of nail salons in the area try to be very fancy and may be, but they do not do a good job on your nails. This place rocks. So happy I've finally found a great nail salon in my area. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Oasis. I received a hack job of a powder dip a few weeks prior at another salon (out of town for a wedding) and it needed to be fixed. Tu Ha and Coco patiently took the time to remove the previous work without damaging my nails one bit! Then they meticulously redid the powder dip and it looks PERFECT. And because it took so long to remove the initial powder dip they ended up staying 40 minutes after closing to make sure my nails looked perfect when I left. Talk about AMAZING customer service. I have been searching for a good nail salon for months, after traveling around the triangle this place has me sold! Oasis is clean, relaxing, affordably priced and most importantly a joyous staff. Jason (the owner) is so attentive to all of the clients that walk into this salon's doors.
