Looks great! I was a walk in on a Monday and they could see me immediately. Got a basic French nail gel shellac mani pedi. All for about $110 for both without tip. My manicurist was efficient, open to my requests, and checked in often to make sure it was what I liked. I will be back! read more

Great experience, very relaxing and clean. Personnel are nice and always pleasant. Always do a great job and service is wonderful.

The only place I've been in Holly Springs that has it all! Great color choices, the gel looks great, not caked and thick, and every tech is super friendly! They actually carry on a conversation! And....the prices are great! Highly recommend. read more

Dont go without knowing exactly what they are charging you for. they will overcharge for everything that's normally standard. and they don't care! DO NOT GO THERE, no personality either! read more

We have been going to Lavish Nails for about five months now after trying several places in the area with little success. All of the nail techs are wonderful, friendly, and skilled her nails are always beautiful. read more

Just finished getting my nails done here. It was $109 for a gel manicure and their basic gel pedicure. Probably one of the worst I've ever received. I'm told it was this price due to the chrome. I usually have a full set on my nails currently taking a break and have literally never in my life paid this much with a full set and pedi let alone a manicure and pedi. Please be aware of this when going as I had no idea and would have never ever assumed this. Mind you I would be less upset is the service was good but to have paint all over my hands and feet for $109 is absolutely insane. I will not return I'm sure they could care less as the front desk man told me I would go elsewhere and he's at least right about that. read more

Worst experiences ever ! My husband and I went to get a pedicure and the lady didn't want to do my husband foot .She didn't massage my husband leg or even talk to him .She had seemed to be upset she had do his leg and when the ladies came she talked to them and even asked if they wanted something to drink read more

I love this salon so much! I have been going here every 3 weeks for about 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The owner is so sweet and really cares that everyone has a great experience. I've even brought my 3 year old daughter in to get her nails painted and they were so great with her and insisted it was free. They are wonderful. read more

Came for the first time on a Saturday and was seen pretty quickly. My experience went well with my nail tech (got a pedicure & gel manicure), but I can't say the same for my friend who came with me. She was treated poorly by a different nail tech and when she asked questions or wanted her nails filed down a little more, she was received with an attitude and poor manners. I hope management is able to retrain her on customer service skills and how to approach people. Definitely will not be coming here again. read more

Great Service and Staff! Didn't like the length of my nails they let me come back the next day and redid them entirely for free! Will definitely be going back:) read more

The customer service for me was great, they fed us and gave us water for free. They constantly made sure we liked it. They paid so much attention to detail and did not rush like other places ive been to. It is very affordable as well. This is definitely my new spot! read more

Front desk/owner is nice enough but the quality of the staff is horrible. Paid $30 for my 5 year old to have her nails painted & for a simple manicure - like an old school, regular clear polish - manicure. She finished my nails before my daughter had 1 hand painted. As I went to "dry" she called the next girl to the station without even sanitizing the seat / station. Seems like they're really taking this covid prevention seriously. Thanks for the square shape & cleaned up cuticles I requested! (Read the sarcasm there) read more

I was looking to get my nails done in Holly Springs and decided to give Lavish a shot. My mom and I both got a manicure, it was gel polish for me and no polish for her. The manicure was good but the polish part was just okay, it was uneven at the base. I wasn't very impressed by the service either. It seems that the reviews here are mixed so it can depend on the nail tech that you get. It is larger and more open than I thought it would be but a reservation is recommended. read more

I went in for an SNS manicure. The prices were great, cheaper than many in the area, thank goodness! Everyone was so nice and helpful. The salon was very nice and clean. There were a lot of people in there when I arrived, so I was super glad that I called ahead and made an appointment. They were able to get me in within 30 minutes of me calling. I had a wonderful experience and love my nails. I will definitely go back! read more

I went in for a gel manicure and a pedicure... well let's just say the pictures do justice for my review... holy cow this like a child painted my toes... I'm so upset I don't ever want to go back.. I would return to get it fixed but they were done for a wedding and I am leaving town.. very upset at this... and mind you there was only 2 people in there at the time so this shouldn't look like this. read more

I have been getting mani/pedis at Lavish Nails for 2+ years. My experience has always been good, and my nails always look nice. My nail tech, Jessica, is upbeat and fun, and checks with me often to be sure I am happy with her work. She does awesome nail art too. I recommend calling for an appointment if you want a specific nail tech, but they do take walk-ins. read more

When I walked in everyone was so nice and I got seated right away. The guy who did my nails was talking me through everything he was going to do making sure I was ok with it. Horrible service. The one lady was so rude, didn't listen to what I wanted and rushed through the service. She absolutely ruined my nails , these are my real nails too!! and now they are going to take forever to grow back. I asked for rounded nails like I currently had and she shaped them the way she wanted. She made me bleed from trying to attempt to take my cuticles off with the electric buffer. I also every one looks completely different from the way she filed them. I didn't want to include a manicure but she kept pushing it to up charge me. Very pushy!! Also very rushed To pick out the color I wanted as she was taking off my previous nail polish. My mom had her last time and I had her this time. When my mom had her she was also very abrupt. This is the last time we come here. read more

Got my nails and brows done. Cindy, my technician talked me into getting my brows colored too. I did it once before and wasn't crazy about it so I wasn't super convinced I would like it. Dayum. I look great and I'm hooked! Been looking for "my spot" and I think I found it. You can tip on a credit card which is nice, and they said if my nails chip or anything I can come in and get them fixed. Update: I told Cindy on my recent visit that I gave her a good yelp review and she blinged-out my holiday nails for free read more

I had a 10/10 experience getting a polish pedicure and a gel full set. I called ten minutes before I arrive to make sure there was no wait and I was shown to a chair as soon as I walked in. My nail tech was Liam and he did a great job with both my pedicure and manicure! He replicated my reference photo perfectly, and checked in with me multiple times to make sure I liked the length, shape, etc. While Lavish is on the expensive side it was completely worth it. read more

Extremely pushy about doing gel. The lady literally asked me over 6 times if I want gel. Telling me it was the only way to keep them looking nice. I've never had gel, and on my toes, the polish always lasts forever. BUT, from this place, they chipped in 1 week. She probably wanted to prove her point? I saw no top coat go on. Just moved to NC and found this gem in holly springs! A bit on the expensive side but worth it! Great pedicures and manicures. Very clean and practicing social distancing, you have to wear a mask and all of the nail stations have a plexiglass glass screen. Ask for Henry if you go! read more

I got a manicure with my daughter here and did not have the best experience. The guy was a little rude and rough. I would not return.

Jessica was wonderful. She did a great job with my pedicure and my gel nails. She's kind and pleasant.

I went in today for a pedicure and while it was really lovely, I didn't realize they charged an additional $17 for gel color until I paid at the end. Usually the polish part is part of the pedicure package. I think that's kind of outrageous. I will look for other salons in the future. read more

Horrible! Dirty restroom, tools were not sealed. I was just desperate to get a manicure but I regret coming here. 20 mins for gel removal & gel manicure! That's like speedy fast! I've gotten dip there multiple times and it lasts a long time (3-4 weeks) and they're quick. The salon itself is well decorated and clean.

I hate to give a bad review but I had the worst nail experience here. waited about 30 minutes, and the man doing my nails kept getting up and leaving. Then he tried to charge me 5$ extra because my acrylics were "long". I have gotten much longer at other salons and never been upcharged. read more

My sister and I showed up on a Thursday afternoon and had a great experience. We had a glass of wine and a fantastic paraffin treatment and left relaxed and polished! I highly recommend them. read more

I've had good service here, so my issue isn't with the service. They regularly do not answer the phone, and are closed during hours their sign and website say they should be open. I came here a few weeks ago for a gel manicure. For $37 + tip at a 4 star establishment, it looked as though my nails were already 2-3 weeks old due to how far from my nail bed the polish began. I also ended up with two cuts on my cuticles. I will say the gel has held up very well.. but again now that it's 2.5 weeks later they look insanely grown out. Overall, I wish I had a better experience because the owner seems kind and it's very conveniently located but unfortunately that's not the case. read more

They are rude and seem to mess up my nails every time that I go there. I had to go to another nail salon to fix what they did to my nails.

I came here for the first time today and asked for a full set of a pretty basic design. The most I have ever paid for nails it 65 max. I came in she put on the nails and acrylic and shaped them, she stopped and said "this is 60 without design, design is extra 30 dollars" so I told her to pain them white she responded with "no they will turn yellow, I will do different design for cheaper" so I let her do the one line and she asked if I liked them I said sure. She finished all of them only to go back and put the second line like in the original design that she was gonna charge me 30 extra dollars for which I said no to. I stopped her restating that she was going to charge me way too much and she said "no I will only make it 75" still an outrageous price I agreed. We got to the check out for her to tell me 85 dollars! I stopped in my tracks speechless, this is absolutely ridiculous to say a full set is 32 on their website but I got charged 60 before color then 85 after saying forget the design. Will never come back I paid left no tip and have never been more angry in my life. I got robbed after repeatedly telling her I didn't want to pay that much. They also charged my friend 50! For a fill in and basic gel ridiculous! read more

Horrible service and overall experience. Was excited to go with my 2 nieces for some quality time. I selected a Jelly Pedicure priced at $57 and it took him no more than 20 minutes. I'm use to high prices since I live in Miami and not complaining about that but 20 minutes for an extra service. No callous was removed, my cuticles not removed and rushed through it. Was annoyed when I asked questions about colors and services. Almost asked for a new person to do my nails and regret I didn't. I shared my experience with the owner just to get dismissed and treated with disrespect. I was appalled. My nieces who live here will never return and I as a visitor much less. Nothing was done to turn this bad experience to a positive one. I'm a a General Manager for 3 hotel properties in Miami and this type of behavior would be unacceptable from any member of my team. Zero Star on my book. I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this place. Be warned!!! read more

I went in for a walk-in today to get gel polish on my fingers and was rushed picking out my color, the filing job was extremely rushed, and the gel polish was rushed. The paint came out chunky, didn't cover any of my nails completely, and didn't even reach the front edge of some of the nails. The man doing them also slapped the top coat on with no care and got it all over my skin, so when it grows out it will catch onto my hair in the shower. I understand that it's the day before a holiday weekend, but they shouldn't take extra customers if they don't have time. Also, $25 for a 25 minute max, botched polish painting? Will not return and would not recommend. read more
