I walked in wanting a French gel mani/pedi and also ended up getting my eyebrows waxed. I was serviced by Lily, we didn't talk much but it's ok, she was kind and professional. I liked her perfectionism, when she didn't like the way something looked, she re did it which I like cause I also want it to look good! she took her time, I didn't feel like she was in a rush, and she did a great job. Nothing hurt, the cuticles were cut perfectly, no bleeding, no burning. I asked the eyebrow waxer, whose name I didn't get, to keep my eyebrows thick which she did. The eyebrow wax was relatively quick and again, no burning. This business prefers cash so I paid $143 total for mani/pedi and brow wax + tip. read more

I came in here, never having come before, and I will not go anywhere else after this. I've never felt 100% satisfied with my nails being done, never did anything out of my comfort zone and always got a basic colour. This time I went in wanting a French tip acrylic set. Jasmine was so professional, clean, gentle and just talented. She did not cut me even in the slightest way, she was efficient and detail oriented with everything she did. She offered her opinion on what to do with my nails since adding the white tip probably wouldn't have looked the best (too bulky since my natural nail added enough with the regular tip and acrylic- having two kinds of tips would just be too much) so I got a beautiful natural pink colour added and I could not be more happy. They are the prettiest I've ever had done and I cannot express how grateful I am! I 12/10 recommend Jasmine! read more

EDIT: The business owner is very sweet and apologized for the problem with the polish. I will be getting a free re-do. They clearly do great business if they were so busy when I went the first time. I'll put new photos soon. I had an opening in my weird work schedule but my normal nail tech is in Cary. Tuesday (Oct 25) I work in Garner so I scoped out the area and thought I would try this place. The place took me immediately, no wait, I didn't even have an appointment. They were really nice and had a lot of business at 10am! My nail tech was really nice, knew exactly what I wanted and went to work. My nails looked great. I was really happy. I got a gel manicure. Today, Friday (Oct 28) I noticed two of my nails had paint coming up on the sides. They began to peel. And the underneath is really sticky. Like it didn't dry correctly before she kept applying. So 37 dollars later (before tip) and as I type, 3 nails are peeled and sticky. I was satisfied with the look but I'm very disappointed with the results; 3 days later. Because it is gel, I know just typical hand washing wouldn't do this. And hand sanitizer shouldn't either! We've been in a pandemic since March 2020 and this has not yet happened to my nails. read more

I come here once a month for a pedicure & eyebrow waxing. Tina knows me by name which is nice and helps for when I call. Hlan is awesome!! My pedicures are always amazing and last for a month, even through all of the soccer that I play. She forgives me for the struggle that I put her through when she tortures my feet with the pumice stone. And, she shapes my eyebrows so well. Plus, the price can't be beat. I've been coming here for six months. They called me 3 days before my scheduled appointment and tell me my nail lady won't be in that day. No problem I say I can come a day earlier. The day earlier appointment needs to be rescheduled because of severe weather conditions in the area. So I tell the owner I will just come in the next week to see my normal girl. She's like "are you sure? Why not just come in tomorrow?" I tell her I like the one girl I go to and don't want to see anyone else. She's like just come in and I tell her okay even though I'm not comfortable seeing anyone other than Kim. I come in the next day to a man extremely rude but I just excuse it because if he can do my nails there's not a problem. 30 seconds in sitting down he cuts my finger TWICE with the drill. I tell him to stop doing my nails because I'm not going to risk further damage to my nails. After I politely ask him to stop he just got up and walked away without apologizing or saying anything. I tell the manager because she waving me down to schedule another appointment before I leave. I let her know how rude and cold he was and that he cut me twice in a matter of seconds. She proceeds to tell me that's just the way he does nails... excuse me? So she condones her employees haphazardly cutting people. Which I asked her that question and then she said it was a "misunderstanding" and that my fingers are just "sensitive" which in the six months I've been coming here they've never been sensitive before. My fingers are only sensitive when you take the DRILL and shave my skin off nowhere near the nail. There was no accountability for him being rude, doing a bad job, and wasting my time and gas. Also they are pretty much a cash only business so you'll have to go out of your way to get cash if you don't carry around cash and you plan on coming here. Also Kim was never kind or friendly but I excused it because she did a good job on my nails which is the most important thing. The manager needs to do trainings on customer service and have a 1-1 with the man that cut me on how to do nails. 1/10 would never recommend. read more

This was my first time at this salon. I stopped by to see if I could get an acrylic fill in. It was close to 5, which I knew was a busy time and probably unlikely to be seen, as a walk in. Much to my surprise, they were very friendly, accommodated me really quickly even though they were extremely busy. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. I have'nt been here in a couple years after a bad pedicure. I'd gotten a nail fungus which takes forever to clear and I thought two things..maybe I didn't get it there, and I thought even if so what are the odds of having it happen again. I had a really good experience at this nail salon. The staff is very professional and thorough precise and friendly. I was on vacation the last time I got my nails done from a not so great place and apparently they had put acrylic under my dip gel and it was a nightmare to get off but they did not complain. They also did my nails beautifully and gently. Tony did my manicure and make nails look super fab. The receptionist was really nice and the parking is easy. The salon itself was okay, very small and cramped with one manicurists table being right behind the cash register. The pedicure I got was horrible, I actually left in pain with numerous visible cuts on my toe, foot and ankle. I had to ask twice for her to stop exfoliating one of the cuts on my ankle. Put too many layers of lumpy polish on my toenails and when i asked her to do them over, she get an attitude with me. Seem nice enough, and I'm sure some techs are better than others. But I asked for a gel set on one nail because my natural nail was broken and I don't think it was done well. It didn't match the other nails and cost $5 just for that. At my normal salon one nail like that would be free. I also didn't like that they started mopping the floor 45 min before close while the salon was full of people. A stinky mop and bucket isn't my idea of a relaxing salon experience. read more

Tina is the best. My pedicures have also been great. First time in along time I have used a tanning bed but this year I purchased a month while visiting my daughter and the high pressure bed is very good, you can tell they keep the bulbs updated. Worst nail salon in the area . My daughter had an ingrown nail that ended in disaster and cut skin . The girl Could not speak any English and did not know how to do a decent pedicure. When getting ready to Leave she was charged for a nearly empty bottle of nail Polish that was accidentally dropped on the floor . They charged full price . It would not be so bad if the pedicure had been like it should but now she has to go somewhere else to get her feet done properly and has to wait til the place the girl Cut heals and hope theirs no infection.
