I stumbled across this place while I was driving around last Friday. It's kind of hidden in an upscale apartment/ restaurant area. When I walked in I was greeted very warmly. I showed the young lady what I wanted to ensure that someone could do it. A nice lady named Jolie (?) did my nails. She was very nice and very funny. We chatted a bit. The other girls chatted. I never once felt uncomfortable. Jolie made sure to ask me if I liked my nails all throughout the time I was there. She wasn't overly pushy but I know she wanted to make sure she was doing my nails to my liking. My wish pic and nails look almost identical. By the end of my visit we were on a first name basis and she said she'd see me again in 3 weeks. I love her attitude and for that alone, I will be back. Updated review:6/28/2022 Well my nails were nice while they lasted. I got my nails done about two weeks ago. Two of them broke on June 21 (I remember the date bc it was my birthday). I took the other nails off with basically no force. I was kinda shocked how none of my real nails were damaged. Usually acrylic nail take off leaves my fingers sore. I thought that bc these nails were dipped (used dipping powder?) this had to be the reason why my real nails were still in tact. About a day after I took my nails off, I noticed that a few of my nails looked "funny" and my pinky is kind of sore. I looked online and it seems like I may have a fungus of some sort. I am really hoping that I don't. I got some OTC treatment just in case. Hate to say that, as nice as the staff was, I will NOT be going back here. My initial visit was with Helen (if I remember her name correctly). I was forced to come back 2x within a 2-3 day span for repairs. Jolie (the owner, I believe) was adamant that my nails weren't lasting due to something "I was doing." She even went as far as saying, "What did you do? And tell me the truth." Very insulting! I explained to her how rude that is to say to a customer & that she's basically insinuating I'm lying about something. She then blamed on English not being her 1st language & that I "misunderstood her." Sidenote: on the 1st visit Jolie boasted how quality their products are AND that they have a 7 day guarantee (I believe that is the correct # of days) if anything happens to your nails. 1-2 months later, I went back but scheduled an appt with Jolie thinking maybe she had a different technique than Helen (she micro managed her the entire time she did my nails) & that I wouldn't have to come back for repairs. I realize I shouldn't have gone back but I needed somewhere quick & last minute. Jolie did my nails the 2nd time & everything was fine. However, a day later, same issue-chipped nails. I took a photo & also called to let her know what happened so she would know it happened within 24hrs of the appt. I went in 4-5 days later (I had been out of town) & she again, insinuated either I had something or that dip just wasn't for me (I used to get dip for almost 3yrs consistently in DC & never had an issue). She also stated "this never happens." I decided to just have them remove what was left & refund me. Jolie is the epitome of "nice nasty." She's cool, talkative, etc until something goes wrong, even if the shop is at fault. I was in town visiting my daughter for N.C. State parents weekend and wanted to treat her to a nail appointment. When we got there I asked how much SNS would be. I had no nails on, and I did not want tips. The nail tech clearly stated $40. Which I thought was great. The usual rate. When my nail tech came over to do my nails I immediately knew it was going to be bad. She did not shape my natural nails and I asked if she could shape them. And she said she would once she the dip was on. Then she started the dip and did not put a base coat on. I know from experience that if you don't put a base coat it won't last over a week. She also was very haphazard with the dip and it overlapped the skin. I'm writing this review not even 48 hours after the service and the nail is already lifting on most of the nails. Lastly when I went to pay she said $50 for my nails and $55 for my daughters (and she had tip). When I told her "you said mine would be $40" she got loud and said "no I said $50." I obviously wasn't going to argue with this woman because I can afford $50 nails, however it was the blatant gas lighting. My daughter was on the phone and asked her "how much did the tech say my nails would cost" and without hesitation she said "$40." Regardless, I still tipped $10 like a kind human being, but regret it now that they are already lifting. Would absolutely never go here again, nor would I recommend. Again my daughter and I went to get nails fixed(I broke my thumb tryna unlatch my baby boy's car seat and my daughter well let's just say 14 yr olds aren't ready for the stiletto shape). I called Jolee who is so sweet and amazing and she gave us an appt to come in. We ended up late, which I still feel horrible about, but she took us without any complaint. I decided to jus get a refill which Jolee did and Vivian did my design by and no less and I absolutely love my nails!!! My daughter got hers removed and I think she got the coffin shape. By far the worst pedicure experience I have EVER had and I've been getting pedicures over 25 years. I was a walk in and they were able to accommodate be immediately, which was nice. I asked for the pedicure menu. I selected the one I wanted for $55.00. A few min later they came back and said they didn't have the supplies for that one so I chose a different one for $45.00. I was to get lavender in my water while I soaked- they did not do that. I was supposed to get a massage on each leg- that was less than 1 min per leg. I was supposed to have hot towels- they put them on and immediately took them off. I could tell the woman was in a rush the entire time. She didn't even offer me a beverage when I got there and it is part of the service. When I left they asked me how much I wanted to tip. It was the woman who did my nails so I was uncomfortable. I asked her if I could just write on the tip line. She told me they don't have a tip line. She told me my total was $60.00. I asked why it was so much as my pedicure selection was $45.00. She told me that's what the total was. Then she asked me how much tip I wanted to leave. She was in a hurry because her next customer was already waiting there. I said $8.00. I would normally tip much more than that. She confirmed my total would be $68.00. When I got my receipt not only did it have a line for a tip but it was also for over $70.00. I asked why and they said debit card fee. Which I looked around and saw posted no where. Had I know I could have paid cash. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes for a "deluxe" pedicure. Needless to say I am very disappointed and won't be going back. My pedicure looks average at best. read more

Cindy took her time with my pedicure and dip powder.... she listened to what I wanted and did just that .... as she was doing my nails I was prepared to tell her what I wanted her to fix and she fixed it without me having to bring to her attention. I received a SNS manicure on my natural nails and a pedicure with gel polish. I left Manor with the same amount of callus on my feet that I walked in with and within 3 days the SNS on my nails began to crack - 3 nails on my left hand, 4 on my right. I wound up purchasing some acetone and soaking the SNS polish off to prevent further damage on my nails. I moved here from California about 8 months ago. I have tried at least 8 different nail spots around the Raleigh area. All of which didn't have the knowledge of how to do nails properly. I have read reviews on how "pricey" they are but if you go to any other salon, this is the going rate around here. I paid $60 for a dip and that is the price I would pay anywhere else. Today, I even priced some other spots just to compare and after you include all the "adds" nail take off, full set, gel polish your at or over $60. So the price is comparable. But on top of that, this place knows what they are doing! My nails lasted over 5 weeks!! They are very experienced and I enjoy the atmosphere. This is located in a very convenient place. They have a dog who is very well-trained; however, the customer service was horrible. I got a pedicure & the lady wanted to go back and forth with me about how hot I wanted my water (my water was room temp). The pedicure chair broke (fell back) and when I asked to go to another chair, I was told to sit back and relax. So I was laying back to get a pedicure. The pedicure was rushed (15-20 mins) because there was a party of 3 coming in after me. I was asked if my pedicure was relaxing (let me remind you that the chair was broke & water cold). I usually come here for my manicures and pedicures. However, the manager never does my nails and on this day I realized why. The acrylic tech who usually does my nails was not there, so the manager ( Jolie) said she could do them. When she proceeded to doing my nails, I could already tell it was going to be some BS by the way she was aggressively handling my hands and cuticles. I showed her what I wanted and she said that was no problem for the second time. All in all, she rushed my nails to the point where they started to look uneven and lumpy from how the acrylic dried and she barely filed them to fix her mistakes. The polish was poorly painted and the base color SHE CHOSE was not a good combination for someone who claims to have been doing nails for 20+ years. If you could avoid her doing your nails, buy all means avoid it. No one should be treated like this. Especially loyal customers who spend money to get "professional" work done. This was unprofessional and I ended up having her take it all off and left the shop. I know she was embarrassed but you should not lie for selfish/money- hungry ways.
